I have been using this company for years to supply products for my grooming business. I order online then drop by the warehouse and pick it up often the same day. They have always been great if they don't have it here in Philly they send it out of SD and I have it in a few days. The service is terrific, friendly helpful people. Also if you call the customer service reps in Sioux Falls know their stuff and are very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Bought a broken table for almost $1,400, came with a year warranty. Their "It guy" is apparently the one who makes the decisions on whether they are going to honor the warranty or not. He never answers the phone and never replies. It has been 4 months now and I finally spoke with someone today after contacting them Non-Stop. The only solution is to send out more screws to replace the screws that keep falling out of a misaligned table. I was then told if that doesn't work we'll send you more parts until it does work. The "It guy" refuses to call anybody back refuses to give any answers or basically refuses to do anything. They will run you in circles until the warranty is up. How about honoring the warranty? How about not ripping off small businesses? You should honestly be ashamed of yourselves.

I absolutely love groomers choice in PA. I place an order and they have it ready for me within the hour, despite always ordering a ridiculous amount of stuff.Anytime I place a huge order, I have it shipped to me for free & it’s there the next day. It’s absolutely insane how great they are.I once ordered tubs from them & it took them less than a week to get to us! Everywhere else takes weeks. Not to mention, their quality workmanship is outstanding. Their brand tubs are welded by them at their warehouse… they even include instructions AND tools to put the little bit you do need to assemble yourself.I have purchased over 10k in equipment and product alone this year from them since starting my business and have no had ANY issues from shears to product.I love groomers choice and I’ll never get my grooming supplies from any other supplier. Our shop has dealt with the company, and Paul for over ten years. Always excellent service, seems like we have winers out there.Grow up, I worked construction all my life outside, it was hot and dirty. Can’t handle a warehouse job, still living in moms basement?

I bought the bather box, It does not work. I contacted the company and they asked for photos of my set up. I have sent multiple emails to get this issue resolved and I haven't received a response. Very poor quality product and terrible customer service. I'm out 600 plus dollars.

Frustrated.As a startup mobile groomer, ordered $700 of product and equipment. I received incorrect product, I ordered 1 gallon of Tropiclean Fresh Bath pet shampoo and recieved 1 gallon of the Tropiclean Fresh Pet Cologne. I was asked multiple times to text them photos of the incorrect product. They said they dont carry gallons of the pet Cologne anymore. It's been 2 weeks still no response. Inthe meantime I still dont have the shampoo I paid for to bath clients pets.

Ordered two gallons of shampoo and was told one of the two was out of stock, even though their website says otherwise. Sent an email back to the representative who emailed me to tell me about the inventory issue and have been ignored for the past week. Very unprofessional and will not be reordering .

Very poor customer service, and do not buy the bathing box. The parts are plastic and break down quickly. Spent a lot of money to be treated poorly by them.
