Highly recommend. Kelsey was amazing to me. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was so nice and helpful , and sweet to me and my family. She definitely made the experience great here at 5 below!! And the manager Lew was great as well. I will be back.

This Five Below location has a great selection of items. There is definitely something for everyone. The store was clean, organized and maintained. The employees were friendly. Although there weren’t many available. There was a short wait time at the register. The Halloween section wasn’t stocked well. And, they have limited sizes in T-shirts. They need to stock more large and extra large.

The staff are disrespectful . From the moment I walked into the store, I felt uncomfortable. The employee who greeted me made a rude remark about my appearance. (Skin discoloration) . Then, the security guard began to follow me through the store . Not professionally, either he was invading my personal space. I did nothing to make him respond in this manner, and it is people of this nature who cause individuals to isolate.

Very nice store with lots of good stuff. I was looking for weights and found here with amazing price only 5$. Eventhough it was plastic but worth every cent. Store big and bright which makes shopping experience quite well.

This Five Below is located on Roosevelt Boulevard in the strip mall near Welsh Road. I was very pleased to find the art materials I was looking for plus a few other items. However at self checkout there was a glitch with the scanning machine and the customer service representative had to get a manager. The manager then proceeded to shut down the machine then reboot it. No luck the machine would not take my payment. Teo more times of shutdown and reboot. No luck. Finally she made the cash transaction at a drawer so I could get out of there. Took her too long to make this decision.

Awesome place I got here some massage tool - hand roller, which is very important part of my everyday practice.. Also they have self checkout so you can always come through or at least have such option.

The associates were very young and not very helpful. I specifically asked if I was purchasing an android charger. When I opened it, it was for an I phone.

I love the store but Management needs some working. I didnt even have an issue except the item wasn't ringing up the price that was advertised so the cashier standing at the front calls for management.. it took her over 15 to 20 minutes come to the front and multiple pages over the walkie. So I in The meantime go back take a picture of the sign and caught her chit chatting with whoever she was talking to and I run up front again waiting. So she comes up and starts telling me that's what they ring up someone tagged I wrong. So I bring out the photo I took and she says oh I wasn't aware and lowers the price of the one from $8 to $4 and starts walking away so im like mam no its 5.55 each then half off the one. So she corrects the price of the one still marked 8 to 5.55 and walks away again. I gave up and just paid bc im not being a Karen on a Thursday. But now I get why people freak out. These employees- right down to management- don't want to do their jobs. I miss the 90s customer service.

Went in for a job opportunity after filling out resume online at this location for a recently posted position (2 days ago it was posted) was told by one employee “im not sure we’d just hired 2 new people and the manager isn’t here I could take your name down” then proceeds to ask my name and walks away.Then I happened to spot said manager and she goes “I’m the manager” and I said “oh the lady up front said you weren’t in” Then she says “oh but what do you need” bluntly.I explain why I was there and she goes “we’re not but try cottman” and was completely dismissive.Like at this point if you don’t like your job quit when the nasty attitude takes over 🤷🏽‍♀️

Love the little section of pet supplies and toys, mostly geared to cats and dogs, which was exactly what I was looking for anyway. Overall, they had a nice variety and selection and well stocked. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you and I'll be seeing you again real soon! 🤗

Take my 3 grandchildren there and usually spend over $65. Have a big selection of candy. All self checkout that scanners work great.

Lots of great deals here, you can't walk into this place without picking something up. The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. Really like visiting this place, my wife loves the candy section I tend to drift to the toys and electronics.

I must say...my girlfriend and I made out quite well...we got everything we needed and also everything we were looking for...the store it actually had a good variety of merchandise in just about every Department ...SO MANY CHOICES...time to redecorate...pillows - furry rugs - and alot of different selves...and the price is right for each and every item...MAKE-UP...

Needed a physical therapy ball, pt suggested 5 below... there it was for $5! They had so much more for PT and excercises, I was quite amazed! Good quality too... until my cats put holes everywhere!! So for $5 I'm getting another!

If you have five dollars to spend and don't really know what you want then this is your place.Seriously, it's the modern version of the five and dime. For the price it's good stuff. Lots of toys and candy. Also sort of a random selection of books.

They're always very well stocked, staff is super friendly. Otherwise only complaint is that $5 adds up and I always go in for one thing and end up with $50+ worth of stuff, guess that's a me problem.

I was given a very hard time on a return. If the store doesn't want to take back cheaply made merchandise then don't sell it. I know it is only 5 bucks but headphones shouldn't fall apart.

Extremely rude employees and extremely rude manager! To announce that they are closing in 10 mins they yell across the entire store. While people were still shopping I went to checkout and was confronted by an eye rolling employee.I found a cute cup when I was shopping but the straw was broken so I asked if she could give me a discount. A firm no and then was asked if I wanted it if not she was putting it in the trash! I was baffled. You won't let me pay $4 for it instead of $5 so you can throw it in the trash! I asked for a manager and that employee looked past me and started giggling. I then heard the manager yelling something to me from the door. Once again, baffled! I ignored the yelling bc I work in customer service and have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years... If I ever spoke to a customer the way I was spoken to I would have been fired!!! EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I will never shop at five below again... I want to spend the money I work to earn at a business that appreciates it. Five below has proven to me that this is not that place!!

I absolutely love this store.!!! You can get sooo much in here especially time for the holidays if you really don't havr alot of money. Most of the store's now are starting a thing where it's basically $10 or below which is really cool. I'm always spending wayyy more then expected. Thanks. I strongly suggest for you to go any of the 5below store's.
