customer service depends on the day and time but its always an issue doors always broken into .. they close whenever they want and don't have anything stock is real low don't keep it well stocked as they could I'm shocked that this location is still open but its a mess it needs a whole store makeover and better security

It was pretty cool. But the air conditioning was cold ❄️ I didn't realize it. It was still cute. Pillows were cute, the picture frames were awesome. Everything with cute!!?💜♥️💙 😀😘😚

I really like this store. Aisles were clearly marked, store was clean and neat ( unlike most dollar stores). Store was adequately stocked and check out girl was nice. I found everything I was looking for and more. Also, plenty parking.

TERRIBLE!!! Never open on time, system always down, never got bags this store just needs to be shut down because it’s always something going on and I work across the street !! Everyday it’s something!!

Maybe it was a hectic day for this store but it was extremely messy. I had to find a cart somewhere in the store that was abandoned by another shopper (I just love when they do that 🙄) because there weren’t any by the door. I did not get greeted until I was checking out. The cashier was extremely nice and the security assisted me to my car. I got most of what I needed, I’m happy about that too.

Manager Kaseem is very rude and unprofessional. Got an item that rung up a different price than advertised; asked about it and he rudely said oh no that’s the price. We don’t match prices. I explained that the shelf said something different and they should honor that and he said “ look the the price went up, you want it or no; I’m not honoring the shelf and I don’t have to. I asked him another question and he stood there and ignored me. That is horrible customer service. I will be calling corporate for this horrible experience.

Worst family dollar I been to in Philly. They never open on time. ALWAYS dirty. Employees rude, will talk to u any way, don't get smart back they will make u leave and wont ring you up. Then none of the prices are accurate. You see the price but once you get to register it will ring up a different price and they don't honor the price that's on the shelves.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. Normally, I can find what I need out of this store. They seem to be always stocking, which I see quite a bit in a number of Family Dollar locations.

This family dollar was clean and even though they weren't fully stocked and I couldn't get the diet ginger ale I came in for it was truly reassuring to here them asking me people to mask up as they came in. They had atleast 2 people that I seen stocking and one on register who was quicker than most cashiers I've come across and friendly. I got in line and with 3 people in front of me I was at the front of the line in under 2 minutes time.

This is a good FD in my area dealing with supply chain issues so lots of empty shelves now. The staff here pretty friendly and helpful. But outside on the side of the building needs better lighting

This location sucks ass. They never have their shelves stocked. Shipment is always in boxes n floor. You can never shop at ease because the aisle are cluttered with merchandise that is never stocked. And to make matters worst there is only 1 working register. Which according to the cashier the other are "burnt out"😒 this is the last time this store will inconvenience me.

I Got to this family dollar often and it's usually just one line open, today was no different. They're slow and when a second line did open the cashier continued to say how he only had ten minutes until his shift was over. I love family dollar but not this location

This is the worst Family Dollar that I have EVER been to. The store is suppose to open at 7am the manager was late so it didn’t open until after 830am. The shelves are never stocked because the merchandise is in boxes in the middle of the isles. The employees are always just walking around or outside on smoke breaks. The lines are always long to check-out. Ridiculous

This Family Dollar store is conveniently located and has plenty of parking however, the store is cramped and they could use more customer assistance like cashiers. They also need stock people. I like Family Dollar alot but it would be nice to walk into one of them without the clutter

I purchased 2 $5 bath sets yesterday for my granddaughters. One pink set. One purple. Their favorite colors. Once my girla saw the sets they were excited. But the pink set was missing one of the gels. So i returned the item. The line was slow so I asked the supervisor #997344 if we could just swap it. He answered no.... That's cool. They have a process. He asked for my phone number. I declined. As a Senior citizen I protect my personal information. This is were it all went wrong. He suggested I stole the item. He then told a woman old enough to be his grandmother to hurry up so he can be done with me. This is unacceptable behavior even in a black community. My family and friends will be boycotting your store in the future. Grandma will not be mistreated where she spends her $$$...

Family Dollar serves a distinct purpose to the communities that they serve. Customers are able to purchase national brands products at a discounted price. I purchase all of my paper products from this location.My only complaint is that there is always merchandise on the floor in boxes waiting to be put on the shelf. The customer service is good as well, especially from the young man who has been working here since this location opened.

It was just disgusting the service was terrible and they need more training. This morning i was not allowed to use my coupons and the manager referred to me as those ppl. The so called manager had on a dirty shirt with holes in it. I couldn't believe the service that was given. I will be writing a letter to cooperate because it was just out right horrible. Family dollar should be ashamed of the employees they have working at this franchise. JUST SAD!!!

This store is a newer devolopment and the have a great range of goods includong softlines. The only issue I have about this location is the chaos of the aosles which makes it hard to navigate. Being as though the devolpment is new you would expect for the store to have an internal presence that matches the outside.

The line was extremely long. They only had one cashier working. The man at the door didn't even bother about open the door for the customers that had several packages in their hands.Overall it was a horrible experience
