This store is either understand staffed or poorly managed. There is an abundance of product. Which blocks some of the aisles, making it A little frustrating to maneuver Around the clutter. For the most part the staff tries to be friendly and Polite Even when challenged by some Difficult patriots. So if they seem a little off centered, I understand. They're still human beings As well as professionals. Best wishes always.

Understaffed, need more assistance at the front register. No floor staff to ask for assistance in finding anything.bi don't expect the aisles to be near when you don't see any staff throughout the store.

I went to this family dollar yesterday April 6th at 8:40, the people inside of the store were looking at me and refused to open the door. It was raining, there were 2 other ladies out there trying to get a gallon of milk for their kid in the rain. The cashier asked the supervisor wearing a gray hoodie over her red shirt if she can open the door and the supervisor told her not to open it. They should just change the hours operations at this point because they always do that. I felt so bad for the other ladies because they walked to the store in the rain. Shame on you family dollar and your employees.

I honestly would like to get this family Dollar no stars! One of the most disgusting establishments I've ever seen! They can't even open up their store on time. They have poor customer service and are very rude... They will stare at you while you're standing at the door without even giving you any information on why they haven't opened the store yet. 😩😡🤬🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ This place is a dumpster really... I was only getting dog food anyway..👀👀

Love the lovely lady cashier. Always helpful and polite. The young kids working here need to stop all that cussing in front of children and customers! Store was messy, and boxes and boxes of things in every aisle. Need to take more pride in themselves and their job too. I almost tripped twice! I guess it's still one of the nicer Family Dollar stores..... 🤔

Yesterday at store# 11363 (1955 W Hunting Park Ave), I observed at about 5:15p a store employee out of uniform, trying to fight a customer unprovoked because he assumed he would steal. The other employees implied there was a history with this particular customer and that he stole goods before. What I witness yesterday was unprovoked verbal threats and then following him outside to make good on those threats while nearly all the employees left the rest of us customers in the store unattended in line with our merchandise. I understand an employees right while acting in a working capacity to confront the customer for stealing at the time he or she does it but was an employee acting like a thug. A customer was talked down to, threatened, and followed outside, and dared to say something so an employee could punch on him. I had every Intention if the employee did physically swing to put the employee down because the old man was not capable of defending himself and I made this clear other employees. I don't not like bully's. The old man may be a thief but he couldn't take a hit from anyone so that was just bullying and he didn't actually take anything that I witnessed yesterday. I have already reported this to corporate but I won't be shopping there anymore if thats the type of trash you hire for employees, Neither will my family or friends.

Family dollar is the same all over..you might come across one that has more and better products but it is mostly the same. The only differentiation is the workers...there may be a family dollar with nice and helpful employees but everyone I go to is all the same. Most employees are rude, nasty, not helpful, and act like your bothering them when you ask for help.

It’s actually a pretty nice little store takes apple pay. People are nice and it’s normally stocked pretty well.

I stop going to this location because of the large female manager who was very rude and the staff at the counter were very professional who should have been the manager instead of the lady. Today I had no choice but to go today and thank God she must not work there anymore since it has been months to a year since my last visit to this location. The staff was very polite today😀

This place is weird, whenever I go in the people all seem to be working hard and are vice nice and pleasant. But there’s been more than a few times I went there in the middle of the day and they were just closed with no explanation. Sometimes with people still inside, it’s bizarre and extremely inconvenient.

Store is always cluttered. Have to step over boxes to get down some aisle, othe aisles you can't even get down because of empty boxes and shipment that had arrived.

This store is a mess every time I go into this store its NEVER clean. Shipment in the middle of the isle and u can't get pass. Today they didnt have money. U could only use debit or credit. Like this is the worst store I been in so far

They customer service skills is horrible they move very very slow and don’t lose any personal items like house keys wallet etc because they will not hold it for you until you get back to the store to get it the main manager wasn’t really helpful at all it was like they didn’t care

I have tried to call this store to speak to a manager over 100 times but noone ever answers the phone. Went into the store and called while there, employee was playing on her phone and just let the store phone ring.

A hot mess...there was 1 cashier, 15 people in line, (no exaggeration) and a horrible smell like something died in there.. never again will I be at that family dollar..
