Overall a good selection of products and lines move pretty quickly. Aisles can be a little chaotic from customers leaving things all over the place but that's to be expected at any family dollar I've been to. Staff has been helpful in my experience and when I come up to shop, I always get what I needed and then some.

Every single home I go into this family dollar the staff is always in a big group laughing, joking and talking amongst others. It’s perfectly fine to be social with co workers. However, if a customer needs help provide them with professional assistance. Not give attitudes and storm off. We go to this location recuse it’s close to home. All staff needs to be retrained and have some etiquette.

The staff is friendly and helpful but it's really appalling that the store plays the same 60 second song over and over again all day every day. I've shopped there a couple times and it is always the same song. I find it disturbing that the company would have such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and employee sanity.

the prices are cheap but the staff sucks. they're slow, they have personal conversations while ringing up customers, I've seen them be rude to other customers but never myself. part of the issue is that they're always understaffed. there's never enough people at the registers. one time, a new cashier gave me $5 extra in change though so that was cool.

It's never enough staff, always long lines. The store looks dirty and smells. I would never purchase food from here. Management isn't professional the cashiers are having personal conversations while at the register.

This has to be by far the worst location. They do not open up at store times. And I came back to the store later on in the day. And they shut down the hole store for a hour break until 7pm. Horrible, huge inconvenience.

Find another dollar store. Parking here is horrible. If the shelves are empty you find unloaded boxes in the aisles that you can't get around. Two months before and a week before Christmas u heard OK we're getting gift certificates. Till the day before they still kept trying to run the nonworking gift card from day. They were good sell the store, move out an run you stink. The lines are horrible. Make sure you bring a chair to sit and wait because you'll need it

It's usually crowded and only one register up, always a 10 minute wait in line. Security is a little tense due to frequent theft, but it's definitely convenient for quick shopping trips... if you don't mind paying the extra cash. It's pricier than as grocery store...

Be careful in this store. Bad sanitation/hygiene. At 6:15 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2020 during the pandemic, I saw four employees and none were wearing their masks in the store, though the customers were all wearing masks. There was a Hispanic cashier when I came in (she was speaking Spanish to a customer). She was there when I checked out and did not have a mask on her face and was using one hand to rub her nose.(both the back of her hand and then the front of her hand was wiped across her mouth and nose.) She was about 23-24 years old. I told her and she smiled.

They kicked me out the story because I was black! They are black too but since I GRADUATED from Lincoln they denied me and my friend service. I was trying to apply for a job but now implore everyone to stay away. They have THE WORST customer service I ever seen. The ONLY time they did good is when the manger was there and assisted my mom. They store should be SHUT DOWN.

Employees try to help you outand friendly , story is so busy needs more registers bc those lines are always LONG. Another piece of critism is the store is a mess. Clothes on the floor , prices missing from shelves, stuff not where it belongs. I don't believe this is the employees fault tho. They get an overwhelming number of school kids in there on a daily basis. They probably need an overnight shift to clean up or 1 person who only does that.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The manager showing pics on her phone to the assistant manager while laughing and talking with 1 line open and like 8 or more people in the line. I asked her if the register she was in front of socializing was open she snapped a strong no at me and kept scrolling thru pics in her phonne. GREAT JOB. So i gave the girl at the register 5.00 for my 3.50 item and said keep the change and started to walk out AND ALL OF A SUDDEN she's all proffesional " sir sir wait a minute sir' F O H I'VE BEEN WAITING

Their return policy without a receipt is bs. They saw on camera that I purchased all the I bought that day there. But because I didn't have a receipt, they gave back too me a gift card with the money on the card but it's their card, like really? I will never spend with them ever again.

Always greeted by someone when you enter which is nice. I usually find what I'm looking for fairly quickly and the price is always what I expect! Also I enjoy the fact that I can always ask for something if I don't see it and they're happy to help. Even if I move, I'm sure this will be my go to Family Dollar.

I came here to buy deoderatant. I've only been here maybe five times. Never once have I had a problem. I even thought of applying for a job here. But the way I was just treated I will never come back. This place really deserves a negative star.

Store is a mess. The dirtiest family Dollar I've ever been to. Plus the staff, Dominique is always on her phone Everytime I come in the store. The store always lock their doors 12 to 15 min early. So unprofessional!

It's cluttered and dirty. The front desk was rude asking to take my purse cause bags aren't allowed in the store. Then talking in front of customers saying they are mean cause of the shoppers

Items are all over the place. Boxes in the way. Cashiers have personal conversations in front of customers and they goof around too much BUT i wont complain for getting extra $$ twice when purchasing my goods 😁

This stores hours says they close at 9pm but this is the 2nd time I went there at 8pm and the doors were locked. I don't understand it. If the store really closes at 8pm, then someone needs to adjust the hours on Google.

They make their own hours. They never open on time; they close early. It’s literally 8:15, and they still aren’t open even after calling. It says they are supposed to open at 8:00 am.
