I could not get down many isles. I had to leave and go to dollar general A huge fire hazzard.The managers say they are not hiring even know they can't keep up with putting stock away.

Clean staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a good morning/afternoon/ evening. With store being overly crowded this time of year and the hour wait in lines it was nice not to have to wait very long to check out. There is always in the isles who are always available to assist customers with finding a product or to answer questions. The staff is always pleasant and courteous I would recommend going there

It was the worst! The cashier overcharged me than what the price was supposed to be for multiple items and when I went back to the store to exchange them, the closing time said 9pm but the doors were locked at 8:10pm. While she was ringing it up the alarms kept going off and kept telling the other cashier that everything I bought had alarms (not everything I bought by the way). Overall the customer service was very unprofessional and I will not be visiting this store location to purchase anything ever again

Me and my family was in line for the cashier and a rude lady starts harassing us, they just stood there and waited to be over.None did nothing as we defended ourselves. Disappointed. First time ever experiencing racism and harassment . Honestly, scared and still shocked.

The problem I have with this location is they close early a lot it say closed at 9 they will close at 8:30 it happens often.

Theresa the manager is the best, it seems like she is the only person there who will actually help you with whatever you need or looking for and if you dont see it she will find it for you, she has a great additude and the only one out of any store I shop in that doesn't make me feel uncomfortable by following me around the store or rushing me and my fiance to leave the store she speaks to us everytime we come in and and we do spend very good money in this store so the great additude and convo she gives makes me shop there even more. Great Job 👍👍👍

Sorry. I love Family Dollar and was excited to see this one , but no back packs allowed. I work all over the city and opt out of carrying a purse and carry a back pack instead. It's a safety thing. I was happy to shop in my neighborhood but I guess I will stick with my regular family dollar spot instead. (Anyone asking I am clearly an adult, I dont look like a troublesome teen and would have gladly let him look in my back pack when I left. But with daily medication and money in there , no dice)

Every aisle was crammed with stock you couldn't even look at anything or walk through the aisles without tripping cashier manager was very rude bad bad experience this is why I don't come to this location never again

Finally decided to come check them out not that bad just wish good customer service can be given a little more but I will go back cause it's close to home and better than the torresdale location
