This store is packed they have everything you could need or want. The checkout staff was friendly, respectful, helpful and professional. This will be my go to Family Dollar for now on even though it's a drive for me it's worth it.

So Friday the 27th of October around 6 pm I went to this location family dollar, the cashier among other staff were fricken horrible!! The manager decided to tell the cashier In front of a line of customers that she wasn't scheduled for the time she clocked in which gave the cashier an instant attitude with all of us customers to take the attitude she was serving up.i said thank you when the transaction was done and the damn young girl responded OK like whT the hell is going on in there .

Got dog food. Now if we could just get the employees off of the phone while they ring you up and show the customers some courtesy. It would be a better visit.

There's a lot of stuff in this store! Too much stuff compared to floor size. For it to be a morning visit, nothing was neat. There were items littering the floor. Now maybe off season it's a bit more appealing to the eye. That being said cashier was friendly and addressed my issue nicely.

Revisited Family Dollar on City Ave and noticed they reorganized the entire store which makes it much better space wise and makes it easy to find things and moving the food closer to the checkout aisle. Racks was stocked better old and new items

FYI:Family Dollar & Dollar Tree are the same company.They (F.D) had the cat food I was looking for (Fancy Feast $0.90 single), and Friskies Glaz'd & Infuz'd $1.25 ea (this one is hard to fine), but F.D is the only one I believe is carrying it.Some things you have to get a price check, as there isn't any prices for some, and some the prices has been changed (as the item may be higher than marked).****I BELIEVE THEY ARE HIRING

Rude.My mother was in line waiting to be checked out with a basket full of merchandise. Young girl at the register says NOTHING until the woman next to my mom goes to the next register. At that point she then says the register my mother (elderly) was closed. Like she was at the register right behind the woman she just checked out, she goes to do other things then says she is closed. Did not even directly speak to her just announced like it was an announcement. What is with these young people with 0 customer service skills/etiquette

Great customer service. Left one of my bag. And the stuff was put back after a long period of time. After I finally got home realized it I went back. I had misplaced my receipt. Jim store manager and Amanda. Took the time to look through the days receipt found the missing items and collected them for me. They were awesome.

I gave it a 1 star because of the staff(customer service). The store itself was clean and Tidy, However the staff makes you afraid to say anything. You ask a question they give you a nasty look then when the. When they answer it’s with attitude. Today was my first trip back since the remodel cuz I just start shopping at the New DOLLAR General on Haverford. That’s where I’ll continue to go not only a clean and tidy store but the customer service is PHENOMENAL

It's Family Dollar, what are your expectations? It's always slightly cluttered, the workers are always busy, and they have a pretty decent selection of random items including non-perishables. Not everything costs a dollar (that's a different discount chain) but they are still pretty decently-priced for what it is. 5 stars because I can't think of what they could do to improve, and I have never had a bad experience at this Family Dollar!

I appreciate the presence of the store but it does not feel good to shop in a place where there are boxes everywhere, plastic wrappers on the ground and a feeling of disorganization. I want better for the community. Please keep this store clean.

When this store first opened it was great. Nice and clean very well organized. Now its a mess you can't get through the aisles there is boxes everywhere.

This store is a mess! The manager Jim was very rude and disrespectful! I had a coupon that was for luvs diapers that said “ $2 off any box of luvs diapers” and the manager JIM was very rude just because my box was not ringing but it said any box so I’m very confused 🤷‍♂️!

Crowded! There is always a customer to employee imbalance at this place. This store always seem to have what you need so I guess why it's always busy. Just needs more people working there.
