This is one of the worse Family dollars I been to. The employees are rude and don't open when they supposed to and disrespects their customers when I asked a question from this guy he got smart, flagged me, then said yo wait and leave the customers in the rain!!! This one guy that works their needs to be fired! Their store always dirty and things thrown over the place and no one wants to do their job. I been to better family dollars and this is beyond the worse.

Let me start off by saying the manager (tall older man) is very polite and has no problem going above and beyond to help find what you need. On the other hand the staff members are ghetto. There was a mop randomly laying in the aisle, boxes pile up in the middle of the aisle, and mislabeled prices. But what bother me the most was the refrigerated area, it's a bacteria pool waiting to happen. DONT NOT BUY ANY COLD FOOD PRODUCTS HERE

1. How is the store even opened if the website says temporarily closed?2. Whoever’s running this store should definitely be fired. It’s no reason why they NEVER honor the prices that they put on their shelves. And it’s never a small amount in difference. I bought a case of diapers that were marked at 22 on the shelf but rung up at $26. Then they look at you like you did something wrong. Just trifling.

They change the prices randomly according to their moods. Its always a situation about what the price on the shelves read compared to what they said it is when you get to the register. I shop according to the prices in front or underneath the product. When you go to check out the prices have changed then they say. " That the wrong price or...The worker put it in the wrong place...This have happened numerous of time when shopping at this location. So always check the price it changes at the register.

Either closing early or coming in late, what kind of family dollar is this...down other areas in north east, they come in early and leave late, multitask. Numerous times I went in during unloading they was able to unload the truck, work the cash register, conversate and tell me where the stuff I needed at...with only three people working..again they're short staff...just close it down at this point.

If corporate gave a damn about the store then maybe it would run smoother. Cashiers work hard to accommodate with no bags or enough change at times. The cleaning crew are rude when they do arrive and they are understaffed.

Ms. Mildred and her manager on duty were very friendly and understanding. I apologize for not knowing the managers name but she went the extra mile for my digital coupon to work. They presented patience 100%. All family dollars need these 2 employees on their team.

Its ok, I give 4 stars bc they always had cleaning supplies throughout the pandemic. No real problems or issues other than that.

This is the worst Family Dollar I've ever visited and unfortunately the only one in my new neighborhood. The few times I've been there, they weren't stocked with common items but had plenty of unprofessional and/or poorly trained staff. Today I was greeted by a security guard holding the door and cursing about something and shouting to staff in the store. The cashier didn't know how to scan a digital coupon and asked the manager for help. The manager on duty this morning clearly wasn't knowledgeable on simple matters such as a manufacturer's coupon and initially lied stating my coupon wasn't for their store. I swiftly scrolled the screen up and pointed out to her their store name, store #, & address in bold print at the top of the coupon. She still refused to honor the coupon citing some other excuse about a store policy preventing her from correcting her cashier's initial error when it was clear from the 1st lie she told that she simply was lazy and not managment material. I'm a former quality evaluator and would have this entire location retrained, at least, if this had been a work situation. I dread ever having to go back to this store and will probably warn all that will listen.

The associates here a very rude and disrespectful, I had to replace a power strip that was in my living room. I did not have a spear one, so of course I thought of family dollar since it was in walking distance. Before going researched the time in the store closed. when I got to the location it was 20 minutes s before closing time. I was refused service, when i called to speak with a manager, an associate hung up on me.

Really 0 stars, customer service at the register stinks. The cashier acted as if he didn't want to ring my things up, nor bag up what I bought. In my head I was ready to shoot his ads when he gave a bag to bag up my belongings.

A shame, this place is a dump. Always trashed, understaffed, nothing on shelves like a tornado went through it. I don't understand why its like this. I love family dollar and when I need certain things, this store is in walking distance to me but every time I go Im very disappointed. This place needs real management bad and a total do over.

My manager Danita as well as the other two ASM’s Amber and Pam are more than willing and pleased to help you with any comments and/or concerns. I am very well aware of the past level of unsatisfactory customer service and we as a company, team and store have made dramatic changes to improve the levels of service you will be receiving in the future. I am so sorry to hear of those unfortunate experiences that you all may have received and we encourage you to help us do better always. Since the merger of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree we have recently implemented many of Dollar tree items within and under the Family Dollar stores. Please help us celebrate our Grand Reopening on July 4, 2019 so you can see and be delighted with all the new items we have. This store is always in disarray . The line is wrapped around the store while associates wander the store. Which causes customers to use the smaller dollar store across the street or ride to another one. Which is why I no longer think of this store when needing to purchase a few items. Definitely need new managers.

They rarely have the few things that I would like to purchase in stock even though there are always boxes out on the floor and sales associates stocking the shelves. When they sell out of certain items it takes a long time for them to come back into stock. The line is usually longer than it should be because they usually only have one cashier on the register.

Although they didn't have the sensodine toothpaste that I was looking for, the employees were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I'll go back just because of that. 😉

The store was not stocked and the cashier was not helpful in explaining how to use their app to receive discounts and rang me out before I could get all my discounts to rush and serve other customers and I had spent close to $100.00. I will only go there if I have no other options.
