I am sick and tired of shopping in this store and the employees have extremely profane rap music playing LOUD in the aisles. I can't do my shopping without hearing words like bitc# , pu$$y, d!&k...etc. No one wants to hear that much profanity when they're shopping in a so-called family friendly store. I am taking this to corporate.

This store is definitely revamping. I love the fact that it is stocked and the staff tries their best to assist.

The staff, from what I have experienced, are friendly and helpful. There's a small parking lot for customers. Most items that I have needed have been in stock. Howver, there are some items that are either low in stock or out of stock. As with most Family Dollars I have shopped, it seems like they are always stocking. There's a cart in the aisle with products that needs to be on the shelf. It makes the store look cluttered. Despite this, I go when I need to pick up a few items. It's convenient.

Ok this is my go-to Family Dollar for cards. Have you noticed that there aren't many cards in stores these days. Family Dollar on Hunting Park near ShopRite gotcha. They also have nifty items you rarely see. I bought a beefsteak tomato grow kit! Happy shopping. 🛍️

I go to this family dollar 2 or 3 times a week. These past 2 months it’s difficult to walk around because nothing is put away. Also, at least twice a week you can only use cash because their system is down. Today I walked to the store and had to walk back to the store because again the system is down. I get inside get my items and barely can walk around because the store is so cluttered. When I get to register I put my phone number in to use the $5 off coupon and couldn’t because the system is down. I was still going to buy the items even without the discount. I look at the total and noticed the cranberry juices were .40 cent more than what was displayed on the shelf. I told the cashier and she called someone to help her. This lady usually has an attitude when I go into the store on a few occasions. She proceeds to tell me that her supervisor can’t over for a little bit of change with an attitude. I had 4 juices which was 1.60 over charge. I left because I didn’t want to cause a scene. This store is very unprofessional.

Brought a box of zero tang drink packets price on brand new label stated $1.15 got to the cashier to check out the price change to 1.50I understand that thing changes however the negative attitude of the staff was over the top this store need to at best train there staff on how to interact with customersService was very poor and store was in disarray don't waste your time coming to this location unless you have time to waste!!!!

Its good for a quick stop to get home goods and certain groceries and snacks. Staff is always nice. The aisles are very crowded when they leave the U-boats out while stocking the shelves.

Worst family dollar store ever!!! I don't know how they stay in business, they're hardly ever open. I would have given it no stars, but that wasn't an option!!!

The isles were full of boxes, so much so that you couldn't walk down them. Also, the front of the store was blocked by shopping carts full of merchandise. There was frozen food defrosting in front of the freezer. This store was in complete disarray. The cashiers were polite and helpful.

The store barely had anything in it. I went in to get Sensidine Toothpaste and AA batteries. They had neither, and no one at the register or anywhere that could be seen to ask about the items. When the associate did come out he was helpful and curteous, that was a plus.

The cashier and managers don't do anything and play around all day and they're alway selling broke product . There's always no room to walk around ans shop because boxes are in way. One day I when there for a few things and when I was checking out the cashier says I was basically try to steal 3cups, but the 3cups was inside water pitcher with that hard plastic around it. So you tell me how was I trying to steal 3cups when the cups came with the pitcher, but if she could read she would have known the cups come with it and the manager thought it was funny but it was to late because I'm already hype because you already waste 20 minutes of my time and said the I was trying to steal. Other Family dollar is really nice but the one at 19 & Allegheny needs new crew and managers and the store needs to be clean.

Cashier(s) were always talkative and never ashamed to communicate with anyone. Store is dirt though wish the crew was not so lazy. Everytime I enter the store there alwats worrying about stealing but I would to if the store is not cleaned up correctly.

All family dollars look like they are constantly doing inventory. Unboxed merchandise all over the place, dirty floors, and unprofessional staff. At this location the young lady was very polite. She was the only one working the register, but the store looked like a disaster zone.

I stood near the register for two minutes speaking with a childhood friend right in front of one of their workers who did not even greet me when I came in. I was visibly wearing a pair of headphones that I purchased from a better family dollar in Kensington. After I got my items to purchase, the same person asked me if I got the headphones out of the box from there like I would steal a pair of five dollar headphones. They are not attentive to their customers. The store is ALWAYS A MESS. I have brought products there that were defective. Customer Service there is highly lacking. As a former customer service manager, it is one of the worst retail stores I have been in.

This store is so ghetto the cashier is very rude they are always being robbed so they take it out on Customer never shelves are not stocked no one is helpful and I didn't know they were not taking cash so the Cashier was So rude telling me I heard something i didn't when she was speaking to another customer it's not safe and they don't care everyone they hire could care about the job don't waste your time

Pretty easy going shopping. Just go get what you need at great prices. You can find identical items here that you would find in a Rite Aid or a Supermarket for almost an 80% cost difference.
