This is one of the worst stores I have ever been in, looks like a hurricane hit all the aisles. Also depleted stock. Checkout was a joke 🤣 line up the aisle with one register open waited about 20 minutes before they opened another register and she was not friendly at all, personality of a Dead fish.

Well I know I love my Dollar Tree Stores, but after this experience last night I don't think I shall be returning to any of these stores. First of all the store is supposed to be open until 9pm ,at 8.50 the customers were told to start to head up to the regesters because they were closing. Then they had an employee walk up and down the aisles telling everyone that the store was closing and to get up to the regesters, now mind you it was Friday night and I got there at 8,30pm .... So I have a half an hour. to shop the employee was very rude to me and another woman who couldn't believe she was treated so nasty and she couldn't believe she couldn't use the bathroom because they were closing in 15 minutes . Well luckily I was with someone who was able to get in the bathroom in a few seconds.The bathroom was just filthy it was a disgrace . The store was in need of cleaning big time !!!! They did not clean between customers , and the employees needed masks themselves . The shelves were in need of stock , they were out of just about everything and the shelves were stocked very sloppy. They do take food stamps Coupons debit cards and cash .Then after all that rushing us to get out of the store the doors were locked and we could not get out .I will not be going back to that Dollar Tree Store the other customers also said it was a disgrace to be treated like that .Also I have been there a few times and I can't believe how big a change has happened there.

I've been to almost every dollar store in almost every neighborhood in philly and usually you make your dollar store the one that's the closest to your house cuz its just more convenient so when I moved up near fkd. Ave& Academy i tried this one cuz it's a couple blocks from my house and it is definitely one of the most cleanest ones I've ever been to and always stocked and neat not stuff thrown all over and on the floors like other stores they definitely have way more of a selection than the other ones do it's a nice size and the workers are always 100% helpful and nice and polite which you dnt see very often anymore at these other stores this is definitely my new dollar store that I will be going to for my shopping needs.

Horrible customer service and no effort or attempt to even resolve a simple solution. I went to make a purchase and checked out, I went to pay and I didn’t have have any small bills, all $100 bills. The transaction was $21 and the cashier called for the manager to verify the $100 bill which was understandable however they said they didn’t have change which again I understand that it’s still early. I explained to them that I didn’t have anything smaller then $100 bills and all the manager could say to me was, “there’s nothing I can do “. Really? As the manager there’s nothing you can do smh I’m a vary understanding person but the lack of customer service and resolve really bothered me. I will not come back to this store.

This is by far the cleanest dollar tree i go to and i go to them all. There is an employee Dana this lady deserves to be recognized she is always working hard i see her stocking keeping the line down always helps me and has great customer service . There a never boxes all around the staff gets it out . Iam going to say this dollar tree is voted the best one by me and i go to dollar tree a least three timea a week.

I was at Dollar Tree today oct,12th in the afternoon .well when I was ready to pay for my items and at the end of paying for my items I said thank you very much,And she respond in a very low welcome like she didn't went to be there..oh well

I would say this the cleanest Dollar Tree store I've shopped. Staff is friendly and helpful 99% of the time. Always my go to place for inexpensive household items, stationary, decorations, and unique gifts.

It's a dollar store. Not a junk one, they do actually have useful stuff you may need on the fly. It's cleanest Anna more organized than most dollar stores I've ever been to.

I luv shopping at Dollar. They have name brand products for $1. They even sell food, eggs, milk, juice, cheese,pizza and ice-cream in the freezers. All ur holidays needs.

I don't know who this manager of this store is, but I asked her to put a side some items till the next day she said NO!I have been going there 4 the past 9 years will not go back there other managers have been very acomadating

Have always loved this place that is until today. My wife was accused and put down in front of other customers by the MANAGER for stealing a bottle of baby lotion that she saw in my daughters coach. We purchased this lotion three weeks ago at this store. I understand the little bit of confusion and asking my wife if it's in fact a new bottle of lotion, but once the MANAGER was told by my wife that it was previously purchased she should have said, " O.k. ", but noooo the manager continued on and on. Unbelievable. My wife dresses nicely, carries herself with respect and she also had my 16 month old daughter with her. Who the he'll in their right mind would steal something for a buck and jeopardise their child?What's even worse is after my wife called me crying,I decided to call "Dollar Tree" myself. When I called and the manager picked up the phone she was nothing but very combative. I am not the type to argue or name call but this one had me so angry so quick that I had to hang up. Well, Happy Fathers Day to all. I'm so sorry for making this a long statement but, this just happened 20 minutes ago. My next call is to corporate which I doubt will do anything about, but I will follow and up- date everyone here in around a week.Thank you for reading my wharever.
