As a witness to the previous comments posted it is sad what your own people will do to you because of a gesture or what they portray of you capable without even actually seeing nothing. Let me get into some story telling the picture posted below is the assistant manager and one of her black cashier reported of my friend stealing without no evidence. So in the picture the manager had no clue but to repeat what her associate told her and they were hella quiet when cops came and left her to sink. Moral of the story shop where your money is valued and where a business will never judge you by the color of your skin.

I had the worst experience at the store that store today. the manager named Theresa called the cops on me, accusing me of stealing within 5 minutes of me walking into the store.she said she's used to people like me stealing. Had a great experience it was clean organized and it's in a perfect spot in my opinion it's was not crowded outside or inside i was able to find what i was looking for fast and got out most dollar trees i go to it's always a mess most of the products are always everywhere and always misplace or missing but that due to the people shopping not the store. As for the store itself the staff are always short staff why it's a dollar tree they don't pay much and not to many people are quick to want to work there y'all try working retail and see how exausting it is dealing with rude costumers and people misplacing stuff everywhere and more. Work with them and understand it's a dollar store not Walmart they are doing the best they can we are all humans they got bills to pay to and probably exausted from working and stuff. Nothing perfect overall a 5 stars

Cashier was really nice but their system need to be updated. SmhhUpdate went on 6/24 for a cpl items 8:52pm door was locked. Please do better for customers. Thanks

Dollar Tree is always a treat, this trip they were restocking so we were not able to get what we went to get, so we must make a second trip, but that gives me an excuse to get some more good stuff. Even though they didn't put my glasses in my bag, even though I paid for them, but the manager said he got me when we stop back in

Its not the best stocked dollar tree but it has plenty of good buys. They've cleaned up their act recently. Now if they can hire some additional cashiers there is hope for this place.

The cashier with the bushy leave out has bad customer service skills. Everytime I go there. Only thing she says is the total amount. No greeting. No have a nice day. No you're welcome.

If course they didn't have what I was looking for. Boxes of merchandise everywhere that needs to be put on shelves. Have to wait until the is going into the aisles to open a 2nd cashier. But it is a dollar store. Your dollar really can go far on the things you use everyday. And sometimes you can get someone to check the back for particular requests.

I love this store. It's large and has a lot of items that other DTs don't necessarily have. The only issue I have with this location is that many times there aren't enough cashiers to check out customers.

Do yourselves a favor and go to the Penrose plaza location. This dollar tree is so ghetto they make you "check bags"...like WHAT?!! No sir, no ma'am; I avoid this location at all cost. Not to mention they have this horrible, nasty lady manager who yells all day, as well as, low in stock (boxes everywhere) and never enough cashiers. Issa no for this dollar tree! SMH

Right before Christmas they took my $80 in FS and now of January 3rd still haven't given me it back . They should be ashamed of there selfs. After this i will never go back there.

Brought product and asked to use the bathroom. Actually HEARD the manager from behind the 1 way mirror tell the employee that she was NOT going to keep cleaning it and to tell me that the bathroom was out of order.EXTREMELY POOR Customer service. Do not patronize. EVER.

My only issue with this particular dollar tree is that it closes before the store hours that are posted in the store of the window. It clearly states that the store is open until 9pm on weekdays but, when I go to visit the, store is already closed before 8:30pm🤦🏾‍♀️

Get someone to manage the place. Crowded - one cashier. The shelves looked as though an earthquake occurred. Whew- Put the basket on the floor and hauled ass out of their. No rubber bands either.

It's was very nasty and dirty. I went to get some snacks but most of the chip bags had mouse holes in them and even the Pringles and Lay's chips that come in a can had mouse droppings on the top of them.

Need a bag check system. They ask you for your bags and no number of slip for it. Anybody can take your bag. Get better.

Like it better when it was deals. Dollar tree gives me trash bags when they run out of grocery bags Triflin. They have less things too.
