They employees are cool as hell but they have to do better with restocking items. I literally came to this location twice this week and the freezer wasn’t stocked, also there wasn’t any cleaning products. They usually have everything but lately they haven’t had a lot of regular products

The store was supposed to open at 9, the employee didn’t come to the store until 9:06 !!!!!!!!! On Christmas Eve you should be on time and she is literally taking her time to open the store. I hate this store

It’s not a bad store but they definitely need to hire more people at the cashier. There’s always like one person but when I went today, there was a second cashier but she didn’t even bother to open her lane. I haven’t been here for about 4 months and they STILL don’t have bags to put the items in. A bunch of lazy people tbh.

I went in there today I heard they had a new GM n im happy about that everything was getting stocked and I hope they keep up the good work of keeping it stocked because the one before would wait til everything and I mean everything to be gone for him to restock some of the stuff it feels good to go in there and to get everything you need at one store rather then to go to different dollar trees to collect some of the items you need and please have at least two cashiers at all time people go in to shop get what they need and leave not to stand in line because they would put down the items and go else where keep that in mind

This store is ran like a ghetto or hood corner store. A really bad one at that. The people who work there cuss like I have never heard in a work place. They talk about customers before and after they leave. I was made to feel bad because I was buying a lot. But it was a hour before closing. I spent $63 but I was uncomfortable shopping because I could hear the young ladies saying I should have came earlier. Very unprofessional!!One was bragging to other customers about being from the block in NY and fighting dudes. She cussed like I never heard on a female anywhere. I was extremely affended. Is there not cameras in this store? Where is the manager? I went out of my way to come to this Dollar Tree because of the size. It has things 67& Market and City Avenue doesn't. The other Dollar Tree locations are not ran this was! It's bad for older people as well as children. People in this community deserve better I imagine. I don't know the area but all people deserve to be treated with dignity!!

The last few times I went there it was closed. Signs on the doors saying no staff so we’re closed. When they are open it’s always unorganized with boxes all over. And the ignorant cashiers don’t make it any better. It’s the only one in the neighborhood but I won’t be returning I would rather go to the family dollar

This Dollar Tree is very convenient. Stays open til 8:00 pm and is pretty well stocked. The only major complaint that I have is that they don't keep enough cashiers on the registers. At times, there can be 5 or more customer waiting to check out and the workers are stocking shelves or whatever instead of manning a register. Other than that, a pretty good store....😎

Every time i go here they are closed first it was do to a "fire" and now its them not having staff. I tired to go there today 630pm and i was told they were closed when the door and online says 8. When i asked what time they close the worker said we never close at the same time every day because they only have one cashier to come before 12 just to be safe. I use to love dollar tree but closing because they have one cashier and have to do inventory? I give up on trying to shop here.

The dollar store has officially changed to the $1.25 store. you still can't beat this price because you can get a tremendous variety of good items at a very low price. This location is usually messy, very messy, with a lot of boxes all over the place! Today the store was neat and there weren't a lot of boxes in the way.UPDATE: I went to get Halloween items. Staff is working to make sure they get inventory on the shelves, but you either need exact change or use your credit card to pay for your items. Thanks COVID!

This dollar store is the worse. They hide products behind the counter, helium never works and they never have anything there. I know the neighborhood isn’t the best but please tidy up this establishment

I've had two unpleasant and uncomfortable moments at this location. First, two customers were about to get into it while standing in line. They were ready to pop off and throw hands. Secondly, an a hole staff person of theirs accused me of me shoplifting. Because I didn't acknowledge him when I first walked in and he felt slighted. I haven't shopped in this location since. Nonetheless, it's well stocked and kept tidy. S/O to the enthusiactic older dude with the long white hair who greets everyone warmly.

One of the worst visits I have ever had. I used to love this Dollar Tree. But the customer service here was unbearable. I couldn't wait to leave. 1 associate stayed on the phone the whole time I walked around looking for products. And even still when I asked her for assistance. Others just walked around playing while the only working cashier rung up. When I mentioned a manager needed to open up another line she called for help. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!.

This used to be a decent Dollar Tree store to shop at, but over the last month it's been going down hill. How many times do you have to go to a store with items not stocked before you give up? Today was that day for me. I stopped in to pick a few items up in the morning and wasn't able to get exactly what I planned on picking up. Shelves were empty of items. Some shelves only had a few items left to pick from. The whole plastic container selections, as well as the kitchen section (example: plastic wrap, foil, & baking pans) were basically empty. I can't recommend this store at all. You have a better chance going to another Dollar Tree, like the on Welsh Road, North Wales. I don't go there too often, but when I do I always know they will have exactly what I was planning on shopping for.

They have a very nice selection and a lot of variety, but only one cashier and it was too busy. I unfortunately didn't want to wait in a long line to buy a few things. 🙄

Went there a week ago because we needed some things for the house & was surprised to see a closed sign because of being short staffed. This was a 1st for me! Just Wow... I hope they get staffed soon & are willing to pay their staff a respectable wage.

This is one of my favorite store's to shop. The variety of merchandise is perfect for anyone who loves to decorate for the holidays. There's always something new every week and the service is excellent.

I see this store has adopted the very classist policy of over profiling patrons. I walked in today and was asked to check my backpack. I refuse to spend my money at a retail location that assumes I will steal as soon as I enter. I understand that loss prevention is a priority but Dollar Tree is turning away loyal customers.

I always come here and go shopping very organize and I only go to one line if she’s there her name is lynda very sweet young woman who is always smiling always talking with her customers and she know how to make our day the she is the BEST CASHIER THEY GOT!!! never had a problem with her

Horrible!!! This was my first time at this location. I walked into the store, other female customers entered the store as well and we was told" not asked"by the store staff member to put my purse in a locker "cause women with purse still. I was baffled. The other female customers and i demand to see manger who did not care to explain or address the situation. If you are planning to visit dollar store #Dont!!!!

I don't like the service at the store, I went there 4 days ago and there was a trash can full of trash running all over the sides of it. I go there 4 days later which is today May 13th 2018 and that same trash can is still full of trash and more litter all-around the sides of it. I don't understand how the manager opening the store in the mornings can Overlook that trash that's right at the front door it shows poor management, all you have to do is get one employee out there to clean that mess up. I patronize that store a lot and I'm very dissatisfied with the way I see the front of the store looking, not only the site of the trash even when you go inside the store it's congested you could barely move around inside the store. They have a storage room in the back and it seems like the front where the customers are shopping in the aisles look more like the storage room, that needs to be cleaned up. And on busy days I go in there there's one maybe two registers open and the lines are up the aisles, I see all the employees putting stock on the shelves, that should be held off at that moment they should be tending to the customers to get them out of the long lines open up another register. Monday morning I'm going to contact the corporate office and see what they think about this and if anyone else has the same problem that I'm having I suggest a report this to corporate office. The customers come first without the customers they could not pay bills there or employees cannot generate a paycheck so the customers deserve a little more respect when patronizing that store

Usually can't find what I need because it is unusual for the hood to have a true dollar store, and yes the neighborhood is truly taking advantage. Bottom line, the shelves stay empty.

This was the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The store looked ransacked, I thought it just got looted.. Shelves empty and floors dirty , I mean dirty dirty. The staff also had attitudes. Horrible experience.

Store hours on Sunday are supposed to be 9am-9pm... Myself, and few other potential customers were turned away from an employee approximately at 8:48pm. Doors were probably locked 15mins before closing while there were other customers still shopping. Bad for business!
