Usually not very busy since it's in the back of Mayfair shopping center, there are better stocked dollar trees, so if you are mobile and able to go up Frankford Ave to the one near academy or the one before Knights Rd.

This Dollar Tree is disgusting. It’s dirty and needs to be cleaned. There are items and trash laying on the floor. There are also open items and packaging on the shelves. It’s also unorganized. The stock was limited in many areas. I saw a lot of empty shelves. But there were boxes of supplies piled up with no one stocking them. There was only one cashier with a line of nine people. The computer stopped working. It took a long time to get rung up. However, the manager was there and did very little. She chose to go away. Unacceptable. I’d also like to know why I wasn’t given my change? It was only a few cents but it was due to me. This store is awful. 0 stars!!!

Terrible customer service if i could 0 stars i would. Cashier repeatedly kept saying oh god as i was waiting for my card to unlock, as the building has poor service which i expressed to the cashier multiple times. The cashier which was and older lady proceeded to tell me to hurry up or get out of line, mind you i was the only one in line with only 2 others in store. This is not my first bad experience at this store but this one i had to express because of how terrible the service was.

Nice staff here for most part. Theres alot of variety of stuff here. Great balloon selection and cards. The school supplies and toys stuff are great. They have good cleaning stuff here as well. Overall a great dollar store.

This place is disgusting. Came in to buy my dog 2 toys while my SERVICE ES DOG was physically with me. Got harassed by a white older missing 4 front teeth man worker who wanted me to leave. Um excuse me? SERVICE DOGS can legally go into any and every store. Definitely complaining to corporate and most definitely getting a lawyer for this. People need to education themselves when it comes to having a regular dog & a service animal. Thank you for harassing, rushing, and not giving me the time to explain myself. See you in court.

I just want to say I had a great shopping experience at this Dollar Tree location in Northeast Philadelphia.I was helped by Princess an employee at your store. she was amazing! She knew where everything was at. She was so so nice it was the best shopping experience I ever had at any retail store.Also, she was attending other disgruntled customers at the cash register while helping me at the same time.Please read this corporate, she needs to get a really nice pay raise for her customer service and her knowledge of the store.I would recommend her to be the manager of the store because she knows how to serve customers.You must recognize talent and compensate for that.If not you will lose her to another competitor.

I love dollar tree. I found body, medical, and stationary products, much cheaper than CVS clearly. But it was like searching for Easter eggs scattered in a large field in there.

I don't know who the managers are at this location, but they are doing a horrible job. Not only did they leave customers out in the rain until 8:30am when they were supposed to open at 8am, but when you go inside the shelves are empty. Someone needs to do a better job with keeping the shelves stocked. I won't be going back to this location ever again. Such a waste of time.

This store is always a mess. Shelves are always empty. There's always a stack of boxes of merchandise that needs to be put up. They need to hired more people. The manager needs to set time aside and full up and clean the store. It's a disgrace. I really wanted to give a ZERO.

Stocked well, just like all the others, not enough staff so the store suffers by looking junky, can't get returns back on shelf for purchase, other items all around the store not in there respective places ready for sale. Cashiers (2) overworked and underpaid and you as the consumer have to suffer for it.

I love this store! The workers are always happy and very helpful. They sell a lot of name brands. I go there everyday almost and they know me by name. They are so fun and happy to deal with. Dollar tree is a great store

Michelle was my cashier. I didn't receive any sort of greeting or acknowledgement throughout the entire time I was there. No hi, how are you, have a nice day, nothing. I'm sure she was having an off day, but she should have left her personal problems at home. In addition, the store was very disorganized. They only had 2 people working during busy hours.

Went around noon, which I thought would be a little more of a weight, but it wasn't. Aisles were nicely spaced and they definitely made an upgrade in certain areas of inventory brand names, primarily in the arts & crafts, stationary, and children aged 4+.

Very bad service. I couldn't find the stuff that I'm looking for. So I go back to my car. One of the worker run after me accusing me of stealing candy. That is the poorest service I ever experienced.

The manager young black man is VERY RUDE,he shouldn't be NO manager if he is not gonna help customers,I asked for help cause I had headache and excedrin headache pills were out of stock so,I asked him can you please go back and see if there is more in stock and he said ok and I said thank you and then it took him forever to check for me and he still saw me waiting and literally walk passed me and didn't say nothing so,POOR SERVICE....otherwise I NEVER had anyone else as rude as him before he worked there,everyone else is NICE....
