This is the WORST Dollar Tree. Joyce is the most ignorant, unprofessional, non greeting person to work the register. ALWAYS having that disgruntled look. She NEVER said one word, while she rung us up. NO hello, NO thank you. We believe she's one of the MANAGERS.....REALLY!!!!!!!!!. She does not belong in THAT location.( City Line Ave) You chose your own career. From A-Z pick a different career Joyce. It's a shame I have to travel to another location🙄😤 Of course that BEING my CHOSE!

This store is always organized, clean, and well-maintained. It is well-stocked in the things it carries, with an excellent selection of shelf-stable groceries and staples, many of which are name-brand. It also carries a small selection of books, including puzzle books and kids books. Has a good garden section and craft section. Easy to find what you need.

Decent dollar store. Things were organized on the shelves and they were well-stocked. The reason I went in is that I ordered something online to pick up in store. It took about 15-20 minutes to get my item that was already prepaid. While I waited I shopped around a little. I'm not sure there is a specific protocol of how to find online orders. (this was the 2nd time i ordered something to pick up and it was exactly the same experience) The person helping me had to look in multiple places to find it. I felt bad taking up so much of her time.

Im going to be kind enough to give this location two stars because the cashier Fred was kind and professional beyond that it was the trip from hell. I drove out of my way to come to this location because the location closer to me closes without notice hours early regularly due to lack of staff/help etc. I walk in to employees yelling over the store about how annoyed they were about inventory day being tomorrow and no one wants to do it. I came specifically to buy paper products and there were paper towels on a shelf above my reach. I politely walked towards employees excusing myself and asking if someone can help me. A rude female employee with orange highlights barks NO at me. I asked if there was a reach arm or something that could scoot the paper towels forward and she barks NO at me again with no explanation. I ask if there is a stool or something and she barks NO again. I see right by the shelves (to the left of the fridge section in the corner) there is a step stool and I ask can I or a employee use this to help as I’ve driven far and the product is actually there but yet again the female employee backs at me NO with a nasty, rude and aggressive nature and tells me no one can help me and only over night staff can step on a stool or restock anything meanwhile they are restocking all around me. Even if she was restricted and unable to help me it was her nasty, bitter, I hate the world and my job attitude. I was forced to leave the paper towels behind and that’s ridiculous. Not ok! Dollar Tree City Line please have a word with your employee she needs major customer service training. Again Fred, he was great and the only thing pleasant about the experience.

OMGOODNESS Dollar Tree! I was in the City Line location when I had the best encounter with Kiara in the climate when retail workers the front line of an organization are under valued candidates under appreciated in some cases...I spent over $300 dollars and Ki was steady like a rock. The store had 2 open registers and I took one of them. Even rhe people inclined behind me were decent. I recently lost my 92 yo mom and hadn't been out in a bit with alot of items I needed on this visit. I was full because I m still mourning and I wasn't my best but the people were kind. Thank you young lady keep up the good wok you were so appreciated. This location is well stocked clean an easy to navigate shout out to the staff thete!

Heaven and hell on Earth!!! Sad when go into this store and have a problem trying to buy balloons!!! I guess you're messing up a routine when you asked about purchasing balloons you get rude comments no people skills at all!!!! maybe they should try something they like or stop selling balloons!!!!! Hope the next person purchasing balloons get better treatment Father's Day is coming!!!!

You can never depend on Dollar Tree in the city, for balloons, no helium ok the pre made balloons all over unreachable, no staff willing to help, go to the suburbs attitude different supply’s different, corporate does minorities wrong

On the 12th October 2022 I visit the Dollar Tree store located on the 7700 block of City Line Avenue I hadn't been there in over maybe 2 or 3 months to my surprise the store was so clean and well stock plus organized what a surprise I don't know who the new management is but they're doing a superb excellent job everything you wanted you could find everything in its proper place neatly stacked amazing job thank you so much definitely a five-star Dollar Tree. The cashier that waited on me when I was checking out was courtesy and very polite. Number one Dollar Tree in tri-state area.

Dollar Tree is now $1.25 STORE. It use to carry EGGS but not recently have I seen any.This STORE is always busy, and some items now is HIGHER than supermarket prices .***The one at Lawrence Park Shopping Center now have SELF CHECKOUT registers.

I didn't find what I was looking for this time, unfortunately, but that's how it is at Dollar Tree sometimes. Just because you've seen something there in the past doesn't always mean it will be there in the future. I still visit frequently because they're a great place to buy many items (craft supplies, party supplies, seasonal decorations, etc). If you're looking for a quiet time to visit, I'm not sure there is one at this location. Just after opening, mid day, right before closing...they're always busy! Don't expect to run in and run out!

The store is very clean and well stock. I was just there two days ago and the store had a box of cereal that I tryed for the first time. It was very good for my morning breakfast. I went back just now and it was sold out. I was sad about it. They was the only store that carry it. Now I don't know when it will be in stock and neither do the staff. I will try back again in a day or two. I will keep my fingers cross and leave with a smile.

This is my favorite store. The shelves are always stocked, the staff is friendly, I can find everything that I need in there, the store & shelves are clean, it’s a real friendly atmosphere in this store, cashiers are nice & they don’t wear headphones at the register. Other Dollar Trees really need to take a look at how this store operates.

This is my favorite Dollar Tree location. It is always well stocked, the aisles clear, the merchandise displayed well, and the employees are very helpful. Even during summer and fall holidays the store is kept orderly at peak customer times. This store is well managed.

I love the dollar tree but on this trip I must say that I am very underwhelmed! Management had only one cashier and the line was all the way down an isle. I asked the manager if they would open another line she said they were working on it. She took the money draw from a register and went back in the office. She never came back out the whole time I was in line! The women in front of me in the line had $100 worth of items so roughly 100things. You get an F today!

Usually find what I need and store is much cleaner than when it was across the street. However the employees have been extra nasty lately, heard one guy say “they gone have to wait” referring to the customers in line, because he was twisting his hair, omg. They are so unprofessional but I think they are purposely trying to get fired during this pandemic because they have kicked it up a notch. That’s the only thing I don’t like about this location aside from the fact they never have ice in stock.

I absolutely love the selection of this dollar tree and often stop on my way to work bc the lines are always out of control. Last night I decided to stop in and there were two lines open and one had just closed. The person working register two got on the phone and announced to the customers "only line two and three are open for those of you who can comprehend and just so you know everything is a dollar, I think?!". He then proceeded to do it again and was being very rude. Again I live between three dollar trees and I choose this one bc it is the best stocked but the employees are so very rude and have no customer service skills. They act like the customers arent standing in line for 10min waiting on them as they carry conversation and stop ringing people up. Something should change as even the management is this way!

I'm new to the planning craft as well as reclaiming my home and management of housework as well as home organization. I find whatever I need to use for all of these tasks. I'm also finding my Dollar Tree carries a high percentage of what others in the planner/household cleaning and organizing community on YouTube are picking up in their Dollar Tree "hauls" so I am able to prepare before going. As busy as the store is I'm impressed with how clean and organized the store is. I went in before closing one night after an obviously busy day and went back the next day and all the ransacked rows from the previous day we're all straightened out neatly. Can't wait to get back there. I just might have to go tonight because I almost can't wait until tomorrow. In my opinion 5 stars!

While clerks were friendly enough the store was poorly stocked: no construction paper, shallow plant dishes absent for seedlings, no trellises,... i was pleased with the selection of food items: eggs, fish, pizza, bread, chocolate candy & it had a good card selection.

The store in Phila Pa located on City Line Ave ,the store number 3783.. My daughter and myself were doing our annual back to school shopping . We had the pleasure of being cashed out by a giving,caring ,and hard working manager named Judy.If you have an employee of the month or cash bonus she deserves it ...She was the cashier,removed the locks on carts,and helped with bags...She was so much appreciated and was a breath of fresh air....Thank you for hiring such a kind and pleasant woman.......She is an asset to your company.......🎈🎈🎈

i Recently Bought a bag of chips there and when i came home they where expired a few months ago and i tried to take it back and they said "talk to the manager." so i did and she said "that's not me problem." so they said that i could trade it in for something else but come to find out another bag of chips where expired also.
