The manager of this location is often seen actively engaged in whatever activities are required for this store to run efficiently.

I've been going to this Dollar General for years. Other than it being cluttered which I am now used to, you just can't beat their prices on named brand items. A purchase with a manufacturer's coupon makes it so worth the trip. I don't understand the reviews stating they won't return because it isn't a dollar store?? No, it isn't a dollar store? It's still a great store. You couldn't possibly expect Tide to cost a dollar, although it is way cheaper than supermarkets. Everything is. Great selection also.

Dollar General has wheelchair accessible parking and a wheelchair accessible doorway . It has many items for a dollar , but most of the items are a little more but still low priced . They have food items in the freezer and refrigerator section . The store has coffee, sugar, creamer and many different food items . They do take food stamps , which is always a good thing Shampoo and conditioner for men and women, children also . Household items to clean with , Fabric softener and detergents , Dawn and Palmalive , many different brands also Makeup and hair dye , brushes and other items. Over the counter meds are sold at a very low price . Candy , gum, and cigarettes are sold also . Masks are a must . Employees clean after each customer and proper protection at the register is taken . The employees are helpful and are always around the store stocking the shelves . Public transportation is near by and there is a Rite Aide right next door . The cashier is quick and friendly , so you're not in line for a long time . It's the kind of store you can find what ever you need .

Fix the hours on your website or properly on the door. Clearly says your open online but closed in person. Clearly says your open at night and your closed when we arrive. I guess this business opens and closes on its own watch! Reporting to corporate to make sure something suspicious is not going on. It’s Unbelievable local customers have to keep up with this non sense

It's awesome with the prices but a hotmess otherwise no room to walk in the aisles this extra stock is not put away and there is only one cashier at all times the other one register has been broke for I don't know how long and they can only do cash and no returns so the line gets very big very long I should say due to only one cashier. It deterred me from going back to that location

The manager on duty was very helpful & knowledgeable about a few things that I need. She also told me when they were expecting their next shipment. Great customer service. This is my new favorite Dollar General!

Recently, my wife attempted to make a purchase at this store using our debit card. The transaction failed due to an issue with their system. We discovered the transaction had gone through and the money was taken from our account. We attempted to explain this to the manager, who kept insisting she had cancelled the transaction and they had not taken our money. We are trying to rectify this with our bank and DG corporate, but I was appalled at the lack of customer service shown by the manager, who seemed more interested in getting rid of us than trying to look into the matter. If you ever decide to shop at this store, make sure you bring cash, unless you want to get ripped off.

LOVE the place. Friendly staff, good selection. They have BRAND NAME ITEMS, not just "no name" things. Good prices, it's not a $.99- $1.00 place but it's better. There are many many choices, not 1 or 2 kind toothpaste , shampoo, soap, etc. Clothes, kids stuff, pet supplies, toys, food both dry goods & cold. Your receipt will have coupon for Saturday. %off or $5.00 off. Decorative items, bedding, towels etc. Trucks come more than once week. Monday not as good after weekend shoppers, truck comes Tues. Try it more than once. Everyone I've sent there was happy.

very messy, unorganized, and cluttered. we could barely get down the aisles due to the large amounts of stock in each aisle. I really like dollar General usually. I stop in the other location near my kids school almost every other day to shop but this one could definitely use some help on organization and professionalism.

It was okay, but ofcourse I forgot my five dollar coupon. Alot of things in the aisles that were in the way. I had to move stuff out of the way. To get to what I needed. Prices are good so I don't mind moving things to get to what I want. Good place to shop!

It's always an absolute mess. You can't go in there an expect to get what you need. I used to buy gummies vitamins for kids and they haven't restocked them in over 8 months, same with tylenol. There are always boxes sitting in the aisles and I don't mean 1 or 2, I'm talking at least 10. You can't even get what you need when the do have it cause there's boxes in the way.

Shelves are a complete mess and seems understaffed, but they have SO MUCH to choose from, including name brand personal/beauty items I didn't expect to find. I was in and out within a few mins, i was somewhat impressed

This place is a nightmare, boxes all over the floor, they have shopping carts I don't know why, you can't get around all the boxes and stock bins all over the floor. The employees are rude(not all of them, but most) their attitude is "like they hate life" except the young guy who works there he is so nice and thankful to have a job

This was a not a great place ,me and friends got follow around the store by one of the workers and then they said we try to shoplift when we didn't do anything and we pay for something and they wouldn't give it to us

Always well stocked. It could use a little help with cashier reinforcement at the check out line, sometimes. It's not a huge store and there are only 2 cashiers at any given time.

Butch the manager at the Frankford and Linden store location. Is a very friendly and a very helpful person. I will definitely be returning to that Dollar General store location. I normally would go to the Welsh road location. Welsh road location is dirty never anything on the shelves. And the workers are very rude and nasty

I am so disappointed that I had to go to 3 Dollar General stores today looking for one where the aisles are not filled with bins to unpack and i did not find one to be orderly and fully stocked. I think its time for me to go elsewhere for my needs

I went into the store today , employees not wearing mask one employee looked sick and she was coughing all over the place. Just terrible how unsafe it was to go into the store. I left immediately!
