I do not blame the dedicated employees for the FOLLOWING ONLY MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP. You do NOT respect the customer. After a Friday visit: Three people in line in front of me and one cashier. Waited patiently for 7-8 minutes for what? Okay, I kept my cool with customer 1 getting balloons inflated for birthday. Next customer - Wasting time with candy indecision - Then dillly dallying. Store has surprise closures all the Time! But, they spend money re-merchandising the whole store. Always: HELP WANTED" signs. Other Dollar Generals in the area are not pathetic like this!! Saving money there?? Not if time is worth Anything to your existence. If I had OPERATED MY BUSINESS LIKE THIS, I WOULD HAVE BEEN HISTORY IN 6 MONTHS!

Very poor customer service . I tried several times to return the same product that did not suit me. The cashier wrinkled the packing boxes, put them back in the bag and said he couldn't take it back without my credit card. The second time, another cashier refused to accept the item, arguing that the Christmas item was non-refundable. Refused to call the manager. There are still 9 days left before Christmas. I bought December 5th. I tried to return December 12 and December 14. Unsuccessfully. My rights have been violated.

Zero star! I had to put one star to be able to review of bad experience of My friend and I drove around several DG stores, so she walked all the way anyway 3 stores and last stop then went dollar general in this store assumed I stolen bag and held it back was doing a me a favor and used my credit card unfortunately items been spend through my credit card that my friend bought of what I needed so she is so sweet and willing do me a favor, while Time ran out I was in desperately seeking specific Halloween web stand up decorations so anyway I had to goes to work and she willing to walking after drove around several DG store. So I had to drop her off and she willing go two more. She was in rushing back to DG but figured called to find out recipes that was not with her she think it’s in bag but she called previous store and they can’t restore or whatever I said what’s about my credit card info to match? They completely ignored me and my friend and an interpreter. Money loss. My friends tried called this store to to check receipt in bag or not so she can figure what’s next but felt bad for not having receipt in her pockets but highly believed inside present bag, but they kept hang up on her. He or she won’t let her finish my sentences and kept hang up on her! We will never go that store ever again!! Jerk worker! The male one as I know of. Do not shopping while you have things or DG items and went in store same but different local don’t ever do walking in. she wished handed to bag to cashier while looking for Halloween items. We will never go this store again due to very disrespectful and don’t calmly and listen and waiting patiently until she find receipts or ask them to check in bag or call another local store to confirm to recalled about plastic bag ran out and used present bag instead. He completed IGNORED her! That’s super oppressed right there. Unfriendly worker at all. She looked for bag that gone so fast and waited for them to check cctv but seem like they can’t get accessible or so. This store is totally a messs!!! Don’t go there! Please bags in cars or give to cashier to watch ur bag until you done looking for or made some purchase and ask cashier bag back to you that’s it. Poor my friend Krissy. She brawled out FaceTimed and felt so disrespectful. I checked my credit card statement online it was made purchase I could show them but I doubt they gonna cooperated. Go to another dollar general. Not this one!!!! I’m spreading my locally and neighbors too and families as well. Posted Facebook as welll. Completed ignored toward to my friend is super unacceptable!!!!!!

Went to pickup my online order that i had gotten confirmation about. When i got there 4 items were missing that i had been charged for. When i showed the cashier the receipt and the bags she got extremely aggravated with me because she didn’t know how to “override , or refund” she had a TERRIBLE attitude. I stayed polite and respectful through the whole transaction. I won’t be back. It’s sad when you can’t even go to your local stores anymore and spend money in your own neighborhood because employees are so rude.

Friendly stuff that’s about all.Why do you call a store ‘dollar general’ if non of your items are $1 ?! In fact they are more expensive then any other pharmacy or local store. And all of the items are misplaced so there is no way of knowing how much you’ll end up paying until the register.Definitely not coming back.

Went to the Dollar General in the Krewstown Shopping Center. Older woman employee was stocking shelves in an aisle no where near where I was standing looking at merchandise with my child n she felt the need to come over to us .... stand in between us ... never speak, never say excuse me, nothing, we had to stop looking at what we were going to purchase so she could step between us n place makeup on a shelf. Rude behavior like this is why I tell everyone I know do not shop there. Some of the employees are nice but most are rude. No manners, go out of their way to be rude. Never going back. Tell everyone I know do not shop there.

A great location for a quick shopping experience to get what you need in a hurry. The store is kept clean, organized, and the staff is always helpful. The layout is simple to follow, and the prices are great. This location is highly recommended as the customer shopping experience is good.

I got scammed by the cashier who used to work there, and the management refused to do anything. I purchased two $50 gift cards from DG and the casher pocketed one of them and told me it's a bad card and she gave me another card with no value on it. I asked her to give me the bad card also, but she claimed that it's not good and she can't give it to me. A few days later I found out the gift card had $0 value on it. I came back to the store and the lady who claims to be the manager and other cashiers told me that the employee no longer works there.

I am indifferent with this Dollar General. Almost every time I shop there (which is at least 4x's a week, but usually almost every day) I am not happy with one or more things. Yet I continue to come back because it's conveniently walking distance from my home, the prices are pretty good and are reliable for the most part (they don't randomly jack up the prices etc), they have mobile coupons (and I can't resist a good deal), and I can add cash into my PayPal account there... Oh also, because they have a decent selection of cheap kid toys, books, etc and I've gotten into the habit of buying both of my kids a toy every time we leave the house (I know, I know...shame on me) and they have a bunch of stuff under 5$.The problems I have had there include: the isles are small, cluttered and disorganized; the isles become even more cluttered when they bring in huge pallets of boxes and leave them all over; items are on shelves with the wrong price sticker (this is constant- and it creates a problem when they have a sign saying these specific items are on sale but then they have some items that are not supposed to be on sale on the shelves in front of the sale stickers); they also put out items that are not yet on sale too early- I brought it up to the cashier and she tells me Nope, that sale starts tomorrow; they don't remove sale price stickers and leave them on for days after the sale has ended, only noticing when someone tries to buy something that used to be on sale and ask why they don't get the sale price; my other complaints are staff related: I've had staff literally arguing with me about whether or not they can load cash on to PayPal accounts- when they are told by mgmt that they are wrong I never get an apology; there is a manager there who routinely insults me and makes rude comments (for example right after I had my daughter we were shopping in there and this manager, a woman, asks how old my daughter was and I told her 4 weeks old, which was very obvious that she was a brand spanking newborn...this woman says to me "Oh and you're already pregnant again with another one! Oh wow.." An obvious insult to call me fat (anyone who has had a baby will tell you that belly doesn't go away for a little while! Also for those who don't know, women bleed for 6 - 8 weeks postpartum.. so not pregnant! )I've had plenty more issues with this store but this is long enough! I will continue to shop at the Dollar General until I seek treatment for my obvious shopping addiction.

I am done with this store. Everytime I go here, many items are out of stock, the store is so dis-organized and is a mess, there are always long lines checking out, employees are clueless, nothing ever works, etc. You get what you pay folks!! This retail store is a complete train wreck.....period.

I received a $5 off coupon of a purchase of $25 or more in the mail. I thought "hey, that's great. I'll go check it out". So, at the store I spent about 20 mins or so shopping. I get up to the register and my order comes to $50.08. I had the cashier my coupon she tells me that "their computers are not working with the coupons today". I'm thinking "ok well you need to figure this out" . Another woman comes over, I'm assuming the manager, she then precedes a tie pin $3.50 off. I politely say " the coupon was for $5.00 off of $25 or more" . Now I have the both of them counting on their fingers trying to figure out how much more to take off and where to do it (I think they were taken $$ of of items to give me the $5 off). My new total is $44.08 (yea she ended up taken an extra $1 off somewhere) I then tell the cashier to put $15 on my card and the rest cash. Here we go again.... I end up swiping my card about 6 times for it to not go through. The cashier said it kept telling her " invalid date". I never heard of invalid date before. She then goes to say "yeah your card just wont work" . Here's were I go sounding like every other customer that I have to deal with (yes I too, work in retail) I know my card works. For the hell of it while we were going through all this I even checked my account 3 times. And I'm good. I was just frustrated with everything at this point and told her to keep the items . She smiled and said "ok" and didnt even offer me my coupon back. Not that I would even go back in there at this point anyways. So I walked away with no items, no coupon back and your store lost my $50 purchase.

Friendly staff, competitive prices, relatively fresh food (check the expiration dates), super convenient. They could not have survived in this cheapskate neighborhood this long unless they delivered quality products at fair prices.

Older lady with the gray hair is the rudest person in the world . How are you gonna have sale rages all over the store so I go to buy two pillows and this lady goes to tell me oh that’s old it ends at 6pm it’s 8 pm who ends a sale at 6pm at a dollar store no sorry about that just mad she is doing her job smh
