THERE PHONE IS A CONTINUOUSLY BUSY SIGNAL. I MADE SEVERAL PURCHASES TODAY BUT LEFT WITH ONE NOT IN MY BAG I COULDN'T MAKE IT BACK OVER THIS EVENIG SO I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES MAKE THEM AWARE IT HAD TO BE BEHIND THE COUNTER hope no problem tomorrow when I return!

I always go in looking for Clorox bleach, and can never come out the store with Clorox. They have other off brand bleach but never Clorox, the #1 selling bleach in the country. Please can we get Clorox at 6000 Broad St? I gave this 3 stars because they have other food items that I buy.

a sister shop The store is cleaner under the new management; you can see down the aisles, and nothing is in the way of you moving around freely. Additionally, there is no longer any trash or stacked-up items on the floor. The new manager is a blessing for both the customers and the store's patrons. Hugely improved.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOLLAR GENERAL I HAVE BEEN IN!!! The store manager had a funky attitude and treated me like I was bothering him for asking him to assist with a return that only HE had access to complete! The shelves were practically empty and customer service is horrible! There are a few dollar generals that are the same way including the one on Chelten Avenue. Horrible!!!

My experience was horrible the cashier was a male with dreads and a scarf on and he had a horrible attitude. I said hello and he did not even greet me back. I guess he was mad cause they had him stocking the floor and then he had to do cashiering. I told him I didn’t want a card he rung up and then he just throws it behind him. I also never heard of a store where you can’t buy gift cards with anything other than with cash. Then you can’t even take out no more 40 dollars for cash back. Then he saw me tap my phone on the keypad to buy something to get cash back but he tells me after the fact like a dummy” oh you have to insert to get cash back”. Anyway he needs to be fired I came in there around 11 or 12ish this was on 06/ 17 so find that man and take affirmative action. You don’t like your job get another one. I didn’t force you to work here. Would give 0 stars but that wasn’t a option.

Hours need to be updated if you are closing early on Sundays. The Google app says closed at 9PM and your closing at 5:50PM.....not to the hour neither that makes it worse.....that is ridiculous.

This store is always dirty and disorganized. There are always boxes everywhere. There is always one long line and one cashier. My digital coupons never work at this store. Dollar General seems to always be understaffed. Management and/or corporate need to do better. The people is this neighborhood deserve to have a better shopping experience.

This store gets only three stars because it is always backed up with only with one cashier. The store manager will see the lines and offer no support. 80% of the times it has the things I come to buy. I go back to the lines because I have left the store because of the lines. Service is pretty decent most of the time.

The cashier was good, she is only 1 person. This store needs to be cleaned. There is a bad smell in there. A lot of the shelves are empty. Boxes in the aisles, It is a hazard. The floors look disgusting. Even though the prices are much better then other stores. That is not enough to make me go back in that store for a 2nd time.That cashier needs help in the store. There is no why she could stock the shelves & cash people out at the same time. She was trying, that other lady stayed in the back, the time I was in the store. She was not unpacking anything.

I went into this store yesterday and there is tremendous improvement. Rick was friendly when I told him he was doing a great job stocking and that the store looks MUCH BETTER! He mentioned and I met the new manager and complimented her on a job well done. I found almost EVERYTHING I NEEDED. SAHRA, MEL AND MYRA were so amiable and were eager to great me. I will once again be a regular shopper!!******************Three weeks ago... The staff on Broad and Champlost are sweet and friendly. However, the stock levels are abysmal!! What's the point of having a sale if the items aren't in the store??!

The store isn't stocked well. When they first opened they were well stocked.. I don't know if it's because they had changed management..But the workers are very helpful and polite.... And that's why I kept going to the store.. My biggest problem with them is that they closed early on Sunday and there's a sign that says they don't close until 9 pm and they're closing at 8pm

One staff member was pleasant. The young man who was sanitizing the carts said Good Morning. The rest of the working staff was involved in a discussion over who didn't count something the night before.All while I'm waiting to check out.Lack of training is evident here.

Drug sales go down in this store that’s why they keep it low stocked & don't give great customer service. Because they don’t want alot of people shopping there. Pay attention to your surroundings. Money laundrying store

The staff is slow and the place is always a mess. Floors are dirty with products all over the floor. It could be a line going to the back of the store and there is only one cashier. On one trip to this place, I walk in and the cashier is arguing with a customer. The store is trashy and so are some of its employees. The only reason I shop here is because I don't nessacerily have a choice.

The personnel were very professional and pleasant although they were tired.It was a huge sale! Folks had shopping carts overflowing the cashiers were nice and rang up everything. The attitudes of the cashiers made the shopping trip worthwhile.

My experience in the store was Wonderful, the cashier was Phenomenalas well as floor staff. Store was pretty clean given the time of day , the Prices however are very deceptive.... Dollar General ????? Come on now..... I dont believe they sell anything that was a dollar which in My opinion in is DECEPTIVE TO THE COMMUNITY. Change the name and you might be onto something.....

I went to find a few balloons for my daughters birthday. I was looking for something with a black/red color scheme or solid colored black or red balloons. I was very disappointed to find that there were no balloons that fit what I wanted. I went to another dollar store in hopes of finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, once again, no cigar. The second store's supply was just as scant as the previous stores selection. So, I decided that I was going to settle for what was available in the store. So, I was going to purchase a bag of balloons that had a red and a black balloon in the package and have the two balloons blown up. Welp, that didn't work either because there was no string. So, I said that I would purchase some string. In went back to the aisle to get some string and there was none! By this time, I am thoroughly disgusted. The dollar store needs to do a lot better with having things in stock.

Store is horrible. Never stocked. Unpacked boxes throughout all aisles. Nothing is in the right spot.Went there today (11/12/19) for last minute shopping but they decided to close an half hour early. I'm glad Family Dollar is open till 10. Probably wont go back here unless it's a life or death situation.

Sister store been at the new management it's cleaner you can see down the aisles there's nothing in the house blocking your way from walking stuff is not stacked up everywhere trash is not on the floor the new manager that's in there now is a blessing for the area to store and the customer. It's ok. I like that they have a lot of brand name items. I got juice, paper towels and dish washing liquid. Store needs some attention and there are no shopping carts, which limited the size of my order to what I could carry.

There's always a line and the store is usually not kept together. Hardly ever the same people probably because more than half offer 0 customer service.Edit* They have improved their customer service and increased my rating.

Boxes of stock are always in the way, 5 people working but just 1-2 registers open ,usually just 1, but they have 4-5 registers with 20 customers in line. Under stocked , STAFF IS USUALLY POLITE & HELPFUL.

I went to this store and 1 out of 3 cashiers had on a mask. The Covid-19 pandemic is not over. I asked the employee to wear His mask and He refused. Covid is still making people sick and some are still dying. Why ask patrons to protect the cashiers if they won't protect us by just wearing their mask.

Lord i ask that you give the manager strength and patients in the name of Jesus. Lord i ask that when a customer give her a hard time that she will not reply back in a nasty way that she will not be disrespectful in the name of Jesus. Sadly this place always looks like a bomb has just hit it and it has nothing to do with the virus scare. Someone needs to reevaluate why in certain neighborhoods this is acceptable. They are so disorganized and never seem to have workers on the floor restocking or organizing shelves. Very sad!

Silly me ...but I thought stuff in the dollar store is supposed to cost one dollar! Clean store and well stocked, but 3 things is supposed to cost 3 bucks not 8. Who are you Dollar General??!!! ... Tell us and change your name ... something like "couple dollars general" might help.

It's a nice place to go 🛍 with your 👪 or friends they have all kinds of different things u can choose from like food clothes or backyard stuff or whatever u need to get yourself or anything u what special things come up like graduation anniversary or birthday and holidays. The people there are nice and friendly will help u with whatever u need for your 🏠 whole. Great place to go for everything you need.

Their store is always nasty. There’s always items in boxes and never on the shelves. The last two times I was in Dollar General the customer service and gotten a lot better. Whoever own the store should be ashamed of themselves.

It was really empty on the shelves, and really trashy. They need to go all the way down swp to woodland Ave and see what it look like. It don't make me want to shop there ever again 😠
