Nice selection, but so much stuff is inaccessible without having someone pull it for you, rendering it hard to see what products are there. service is slow. Not for folks needing to hop in and out who already know the precise products they are looking for. Can’t say that I was acknowledged or asked what I was looking for when I came in either, unfortunately. Would prefer to patronize other places

Best grooming and pet supply store. The staff are always very nice and respectful and go above and beyond to meet your needs. They really do care about what you need rather than just selling. The grooming staff is also amazing but especially Lolly, she is very understanding and has incredible patience and dedication, and really works with your dog to make them feel comfortable and happy. She will NOT force your dog and will take her time with them even if that time is 4 hours. She will also slowly work with them to reach a goal like getting them to let you cut their nails. She is just the best. This place is just amazing!

We love taking our dog to see Ashley for a groom. Ashley does an excellent job and is so loving with our pet. The wait time is always super reasonable, and I feel great leaving our nervous dog in doggie style’s care

It's kind of terrifying to give your dog to anyone to groom. I always feel super comfortable leaving Louie because you can always call and check in on your pet. They answer and give perfect updates. Louie comes back bathed and seems incredibly happy which isn't the case with most salons.

Never write reviews but I took my dog in, Clark Gable, for a shave and a bath and he looks like a completely different pup. Imani did such a great job. Everyone says he looks 5 years younger. Thank you so much Imani!

Was recommended by a friend who takes their dog to them for grooming. I made an appt for my cat and they are now my go to groomer! They are always polite and they take good care of the animals. I’ve recommended several friends that have gone here as well and all have been happy with their service. They have a good selection of pet food, toys, treats etcetera

Jacki is our go to groomer. Everyone we refer also returns again.Our dog always looks and smells fluffy and clean after grooming.She does not like to be left by me but wags her tail when she sees Jacki.Can’t ask for more.

Sadly, my dog got a pyoderma infection after getting groomed here 😭 Please do not go here for grooming. The person at the front desk was really sweet. But my dog has an infection. He’s so uncomfortable, we will have to go to the vet 2x in one week & he’s on multiple meds to heal 😔😔😔It struck me as strange, but the groomer took my dog upstairs to groom him. I’ve never been to a groomer where you don’t see their work area. I’ve been to groomers in LA and in FL, and you can always see the groomers cutting your dog’s hair right in front of you/in an open space!!My neighbor’s dog also got a toenail infection from here after his dog’s nail was clipped too short. I saw the other negative grooming reviews, but I thought, oh no, we’ll be fine! Please heed the other negative reviews for your dog’s safety.To the management of this company, please stop offering grooming services if you will infect the dogs. This will stop dogs from getting hurt. This really breaks my heart 💔 $100 of grooming fees and $400 of vet bills & most of all I’m worried for my dog’s health.

I normally never write reviews but I had a bad experience here and want to caution other dog owners. I dropped my dog off for a groom and they forgot about her for 5 hours and I had to call them and ask if she was all done (for reference, when I dropped her off they said they would call me whenever she was finished). When I called them very worried, they essentially said they got my dog confused with another dog with the same name and that my dog had been done her grooming appointment (for who knows how many hours)… they also cut her too short and she bled in her arm. Overall would not recommend this location.

Doggy Style has the cutest doggy clothing and accessories! They also make their own healthy dog treat biscuits that are made with yogurt and peanutbutter. I bought their "happy birthday" dog cookies for my friend's pug's birthday. They also had the special type of dog food I needed!

Several months ago Sarah I think was her name did the most amazing job grooming our dog. The store isn’t that convenient for us to get to so we went somewhere else a few times and NO other grooming has been as good. This store is great for grooming and products sold. Love it.

I always went here for my dogs grooming before we moved and I always had a positive experience. When we moved, we tried the Fairmount location and he had a bad experience with the groomer there, so he became much more hesitant to let people touch his nails. We decided to come back here and Ashley was so patient and kind with him and was able to trim his nails. I really appreciate that she made sure to not break his trust and to go at his pace. I highly highly recommend coming here, especially if your pup is anxious like mine. It’s hard to trust people with your dog but I trust them with mine.

I faithfully bring my dog for grooming at 10th & Pine. The service and grooming is exceptional. The groomer is very knowledgeable and takes time to ask me all about how I want my dog groomed. She is caring and gentle. I am pleased each time I pick him up after an appointment!

Fantastic variety of food, treats, toys, and accessories for both cats and dogs (and more). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about different diets and pet needs and are always happy to help. Ask about their discounts for repeat customers - you'll save a significant amount of money. The store offers delivery at a cost, which can be helpful from time to time. I'm not sure about all of the locations, but this location always has a PAWS dog up for adoption, so it's nice to see that they care about the local animal community. Also, they have the cutest shop kitty.

Do not go here. They discriminate against elderly dogs. We were relocating to the area and my 14 year old yorkie, who is groomed religiously every six weeks, was not permitted to get a haircut folks. Do not take pets to a place that won’t care for a dog who is perfectly healthy and deserving of a haircut.

Even though I'm not from the area I often think of this well appointed pet boutique when I need something for my dog or cat and will wait until I'm in Philadelphia to buy the item here. This time it was a new seatbelt harness for my dog. They had several quality harnesses to choose from and took the time to get them all out so I could make my selection. I recommend shopping here for pet supply needs.

We were in the process of adopting a sweet beagle mix from the Spruce street location. As the only approved adopter who applied through the proper channel, we were assured that we would get the pup once she was seen by the vet. My entire family was excited, particularly my 7 year old who was looking forward to a new pet this week. But this evening we were informed that the owner made an “executive decision” and handed the puppy to someone they knew. What a horrible, unethical thing to do!

Horrible experience. After 2 hours,they called me to say they could not groom my dog. The dog before him was badly matted, so the groomer refused to groom my pet.Would never attempt to use this totally incompetent business, again.
