They are very communicative, and always ask if we need any additional tweaks / trims when they complete grooming to ensure we are happy with the cut!

Unbelievably rude and inconsistent grooming experience. Refused to groom our 10lb blind dog who had been there several times before with no problems . Groomer wouldn’t even come out to discuss. Offered no apology .

i love this little place. Clean, plenty of products to choose from. The employees are super nice and helpful. they have a Cool housecat chilling in the store. and they'll have amazing dogs in the front rooms up for adoption. you can bring in your pet. Please go support your local pet stores.

This location redeemed the business. I had an exceptional experience at this location. The staff was knowledgeable friendly and personable. They did not ignore me. Thanks for the excellent service and support my very picky but hungry pup .

Fantastic service from a knowledgeable staff. Great variety of food options to choose from. Prices are very fair considering the size of the shop and location. As an added bonus they have a shop cat named Oscar and usually a couple dogs available for adoption. You are free to pet them if you are into that kind of thing! This is my go to spot for dog food, and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting the right nutrition for their furry friend.

Edit. Loved walking dogs for them. Then they went over to an automated system to schedule walks. 1. You can't choose which dog you want to walk, and 2. It schedules slots during hours when they're not open. 3. I showed up for my scheduled appointment at 8 a.m., only to find them closed, and 4. Don't try to leave them a message. Their mailbox is full. So good luck...

Great more natural product selections. Amazing customer service. I have been to all of the Doggie Styles and this is my favorite and only one I will go to now. Everyone is so knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to help or order whatever you want or hear about. The whole staff is fabulous but Paula goes above and beyond. Thanks guys for always being consistent!!!

I used to love this place. I took my dog in for a grooming and he got cut. His wound was so deep it required many stitches. The management called me to warn me that he received a little "scrap." When I arrived my dog was bloody and there was a large cut near his penis. They assured me the owner was aware and I could take him to their vet- vet mechanics the next day if concerned. Went to Pet Mechanics and the gave him several stitches and were very concerned of how the wound could have occurred. My poor baby was injured and wearing a cone the whole holiday. Never once did the store management or owners call to ask about my dog.I am very surprised by the lack of empathy and general concern for animals. Even the vets who work for the parent company were concerned.Pet lovers be aware stay away from the South Street location.

I’ve not had a positive experience here after multiple trips. The employees have attitude problems, and seek arguments out with customers. I spoke with the manager today and it was highly unpleasant. I had to walk away from her telling me I was wrong about my opinion.Corporate should get in there for some retraining.(Ps, groomer was nice)

I would give ZERO STAR if I could!I'm not a typical reviewer, but I'm extremely disappointed with the outcome of my dog this morning.He's a mini poodle, I've been grooming him myself in a teddy bear style for 2 years until I got pregnant and I stop grooming him, it's been 4-5 months now so his hair gets long.Finally My baby was born last week, and I need my dog to be groomed in a teddy bear style for the newborn photoshoot. My husband brought him in this morning and told them we need him to be cute for our newborn shoots tomorrow.I was SUPER SHOCKED when I saw him came back looking like totally different than we expected. It looks like they just SHAVED DOWN THE WHOLE ENTIRE BODY AND HEAD INCLUDING HIS FACE with a CLIPPER, super short and NO STYLE! Forget about teddy bear style, IT HAS NO STYLE!!!!! He looks super ugly, I still cannot believe how they just clipped him like that. It's the worst poodle haircut ever!! He doesn't even looks like a poodle!Why don't they tell us in the beginning if they cannot do the style we requested??? I would rather have a newborn photos with a long haired poodle than he is right now!They just RUINED OUR NEWBORN PHOTOSHOOT which is only once in a lifetime!!!!!!!Do they understand this is a very important event for us?! I feel extremely upset now, this is our last baby and my dream for having cute baby pictures with my dog is gone, thanks to whoever shaved him without thinking that they just ruined our once in a lifetime event!Highest standard???$75 just to clipped his entire body and face, I could do that too at home easily, I don’t need a groomer for that!!!My husband didn’t know it’ll be THAT SHORT, he was told that she would do her best, BUT NOT CLIPPING THE WHOLE ENTIRE BODY AND FACE!!!He didn’t complain when he picked him up, because he was already SHAVED DOWN, what can he do? Everything is already RUINED

Nice store. You can walk dogs that are on adoption by signing something and leaving an ID. It's really nice for both you and the dog <3
