The girl with round glasses has great customer service skills, and always make sure to show our puppy some love. They have a great selection of treats, food, toys, and even puppy ice cream. We give it a 5 stars and our dog gives them 100 woofs.

Great place for pet food, clothes, treats, pretty much anything you need for your pet! There is a groomer and pet sitting located in or very near to this store. There is a sweet store cat, and everything in the store is high quality! Great place for pet shopping!

We were traveling and stopped in to get something to encourage our dog to eat his food. The girl at the counter was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely go there again when back in Philadelphia.Also the store has good variety of merchandise.

I took my Westie there for a full groom and it was great. I was a little worried as the groomer, Sarah, hasn't done many Westies before but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Great place with a wide selection of toys, accessories and food - and grooming too.

We've had great experience here with the latest groomer. Unfortunately she is out on extended medical leave. That certainly is not her fault. But when you schedule an appointment a month ago, you expect to be notified that the appointment won't be kept. I went to the store this morning with my dog for a scheduled groom only to be told it was cancelled. I'd expect at least a minimal level of customer service, which would include calling someone to let them know an appointment was cancelled. Especially if you have an entire month to do so. This is not the first time this has happened.

They always have an animal ready to adopt for, all kinds of foods, grooming utensils, clothes for all sizes, etc!.And the cool thing is about a block or two from the FOX29 Studios you'll might have a chance to be in or see live TV in progress.

Perfect place to shop for your pets. They have everything you want and everything you didn’t know you needed. So many cute items for your dog. The service was wonderful and caring. The prices are a bit high but they’re worth it. Love this store.

Best dog shop in Old City (and Northern Liberties). The staff do not pressure you into buying anything (like other dog stores in the area) but are very knowledgeable and caring. Recently opened a doggy day care which we use a lot (can drop off starting around 7:30am and I think pick up is just by 7 or 7:30). Love it!

Great customer service. - but they have just lost myself as customer because the groomer that i used to use for over a year is no longer with Doggie and the others have no practice with dogs with behavioral problems and anxiety (mine is a 20lb rescue dog)...so now i am looking for one place with that expertise

Always do such a great job grooming our mini goldendoodle (hair, nails and teeth). Everyone who meets our dog is always saying how amazing his teeth look, which is a testament to the job they do at Doggie Style. We will continue to bring our dog here.

* THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT FRIDA*Sketchy and they don't know how to take care of their dogs.A dog I was interested had heart worms and was treated before it arrived to the store. We asked if there were any restrictions and they said no... but you have to keep the dogs calm 30 days after the treatment or they could die...Then they later said that they got misinformation from the vet and the heart worms were worse than they thought. This is NOT TRUE because I called the ANIMAL HOSPITAL FRIDA WAS TREATED AT IN SOUTH CAROLINA (this info was given to me by the staff) myself and they said they were not severe.
