Very disappointed! The pharmacist was annoyed that I had a few questions about my coverage and the process of obtaining my prior authorization from my workers comp insurance. The pharmacist on duty proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner and him and the assistant rudely rolled their eyes as I inquired about medication information. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 20 plus years. When a have an unpleasant experience and working in the healthcare profession myself I am very very outspoken about not recommending/ warning others about the below human treatment from employees. Keep your customer service hat on Jaimy.

CVS Pharmacy is well staffed, which greatly reduces wait time. Usually we get our prescriptions even faster than the pharmacist predicted, which is only 10-20 minutes at most! In the 20+ years we've been using CVS, we have NEVER encountered an error in our meds. In contrast, RiteAid has one, MAYBE two, pharmacists behind the counter, and on the rare occasions when we've obtained meds from RiteAid, they have no problem telling us that the wait time will be two or three HOURS. Why would anyone put up with that?! Go to CVS -- you'll love it!

They're always out of medication and instead of filling a partial amount , they keep making you bother your doctor .

I go here a lot to pick up prescriptions. Drive thru is amazingly slow. The pharmacist there are rude an won't help you. Inside things are locked up an you will wait min 20 minutes for them to open a case. Place is a shambles Inside.

They collaborated with mental health workers to withhold my medication that they called and said was available. When I arrived they sent me to CVS target. When I arrived there. They told me to go back to this location because it was there. So I went to Jefferson urgent care in Smylie center on Rhawn st. To get them to explain to the doctor what they told me. When I arrived to the urgent care Jefferson they're were 8th district police waiting for me. They took my phone and cuffed me. They took me to friends hospital where I saw pshyco doctors that were telling the pharmacy not to give me my meds.I'm still waiting for my medicine.
