The day manager at cvs on Harbison Ave made me feel discriminated against when he expressed they dont give refunds for transactions made with a “government issued cards” Those were his exact words! I used my OTC card They do refunds at any other store with no problem! He wouldn't even allow me to make an exchange He made me feel less of a person at that moment Im not shame to use my OTC card I worked all my life for these benefits and shouldnt be made to feel bad about it My OTC card has a master card logo and a return should be processed as if it were a credit card Heres the kicker I spoke to someone in corporate and they sided with him Anyone knows a lawyer that interested in looking into this? Im still upset about it!

The most deplorable non caring just don't care pharmacist in the industry thank God for rite aid and other pharmacies definitely will be hearing from my attorney in which case my circumstances are being represented. The entire process of cvs has no concern for the patient's condition. Not one!

Natalie at the minute clinic was very rude and rushed me and my son out quickly. I think she should be looking for a different job, she may be burnt out. The CVS is going downhill rapidly!!
