I had the misfortune of using the CVS pharmacy at this location for my client. I had to return 4 times for an item that I was informed was ready three times. I used to love this location but lately I have been spending more time in line waiting for poor customer service than getting what I came for.

I enjoy occasionally shopping at this particular CVS for its in-store weekly specials, and seeking sales via CVS month to month advertised promotional merchandise.The shopping experience at this location is pleasant and comfortable – especially during the holiday seasons. When visiting my local CVS I always enjoy the CVS pharmacy staff friendly demeanor, and professionalism – while handling the requirements of my family personal needs – relating to questions about the safe-practice of using new medication.Pros: Easy in and out access connected to the upper-part of Broad Street – which continues on to highway 611.

The pharmacist there are not friendly. It seems everytime I go there they have an attitude except for Ethel Dozier-Davis. When I call to talk to a pharmacist I'm on hold for at least 20 minutes.

I rather they kept the system with you pushing buttons.This new system way sucks and you can't even speak to a human.It can really be a important question you need to know about your meds.Somethings you should just leave it alone duh 🤬😠😠😡
