I would like to commend the pharmacy staff at 4314 Locust Street. I am currently unemployed with no health insurance. I picked up four prescriptions which totaled close to $300 with the Good RX discount. The young lady and gentleman who waited on me handed the prescriptions to the pharmacist, to try to find lower prices for me. I ended up paying about $130 for the prescriptions. The pharmacist was kind and thoughtful, persistently working to help lower my costs. This is why I continue to use CVS. I wish that I had gotten their names so the CVS execs could give them a bonus!

I am very fortunate for the help of one of the Pharmacy’s Techs for assisting me with getting the Covid-19 Vaccine through the Bridge Access program. I didn’t get her name but this occurred a little after 12:00 pm on 11/02/23 and she was wearing a grey hoodie. If not for her I probably wouldn’t have been able to get the vaccine without insurance.

I am writing to commend and thank the Pharmacy staff for solving a complicated and time-consuming difficulty I had with filling a prescription. The staff, especially the pharmacy manager, spent hours dealing with various agencies to effect the delivery of my medication and NEVER gave up! I am very grateful to all of the pharmacy staff for their efficiency, knowledge, courtesy and kindness -- not just to me, but to every customer I saw at the department.

I frequent the store multiple times a week. Overall I have a really great experience. Sometimes I think that they should utilize their staff better, when there is a long line they should open up a register. Especially since a lot of people will intentionally avoid using self-checkout, because they think it is taking away the job from the people. I'm only leaving a 4 instead of five star review, because I can never get to the pharmacy on the weekends. The weekends are my work days, and unfortunately I often seem to run out of my prescriptions on the weekend and not the weekdays. But the pharmacy opens and closes while I am at work, so I am finding myself without medicine for 2 days yet again.

The biggest issue with this CVS is how busy it gets. Sometimes the lines are really long. In general though the pharmacy staff knows what they’re doing and is responsive over the phone. They’ll also give you a few pills as a hold over if something goes wrong with insurance. It’s just frustrating when picking up a prescription takes a long time.

Been going here for a couple years. Staff in pharmacy and the front are always nice. Left $40 in the self checkout like an idiot and didn’t realize for a couple hours, when I called and came back they had it waiting for me. Salute.

They have the equipment for Apple and Android Pay but won't turn it on. I wasted my time waiting by the automated machine for customer service that never arrived.
