Complaint Regarding Service on [On that day,10/20/2023 I visited your pharmacy at 8:30 AM to drop off a prescription for urgent pain medication. Despite the pharmacy opening at 9:00 AM, I kindly explained my situation to the staff member on duty and informed her that I would return at 9:30 AM to pick up my prescription. However, instead of addressing my request professionally, the staff member refused to engage with me, displaying a complete lack of courtesy and respect.As a customer, I believe in the importance of good customer service and professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting. My experience on that day left me feeling disrespected and neglected. I believe that every customer should be treated with care and consideration, regardless of the circumstances.I am writing this letter not only to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received but also to highlight the importance of upholding high standards of customer care in your establishment. I trust that this incident does not reflect the values and principles of your pharmacy, and I hope that it will be addressed appropriately.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take any necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Your prompt attention to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

As a provider I'm deeply disappointed. I left a voicemail for a patient to get important eye drops and they said they never got the voicemail, meanwhile days have passed. I had no chance but to leave a VM simply because no one is answering the phones. I've been on the phone again for 15 mins to call it in again and still no one answering the phone. Either they are grossly understaffed or they are having some other managerial issues. I do not recommend going here if you want prompt service.

This CVS experience has been great so far working on transferring my prescriptions from Rite Aid they are going down hill fast, I believe they are overwhelmed and need some serious help

I love this place, not too far from where I live, so I’m able to get my medication or a quick pick up on other men-related items or essentials. It’s very convenient and within walking distance. Staff have been nice and haven’t had an issue with them at all.

This pharmacy apparently just refuses to answer the phone. I called twice today to speak to someone from the pharmacy-- on hold over 50 minutes and no one picked up.

Perhaps the worst pharmacy I have been to. The pharmacist does not show customers any respect to say the least. Was scheduled for a booster today. Lady at the consultation line who was being berated by the pharmacist doesn’t communicate to the pharmacist I was in line. Waited 30+ min with no communication from the pharmacist. Watched her play on her phone many times during my wait. When I finally had enough since the other employees behind the desk don’t give AF I called out for the pharmacist who blankly responds she’ll get to me when she’s ready. I said I couldn’t wait any longer and she responds bye! No wonder the woman before was also livid with the pharmacist. What a spiteful person and suggest you stay far away unless you want to come out with a few gray hairs.

I'm seeing lots of bad reviews about their phone so it might have it's issues, but if you're considering this for your covid shot/ booster, don't get dissuaded. Great experience, they handled my anxiety well, moved smoothly and was a no-hassle experience.

Best CVS I’ve ever been to. Very quick and unexpected stop but the man stocking was very attentive and helpful. I assume he’s a manager because he was dressed business casual VS a cvs uniform. His customer service is a great reflection of how the store services are. The female cashier was very pleasant as well. It was cool to see diverse “Santa Clause” being marketed. And I found a new feminine hygiene brand that I’m excited to try out.

I went in to get my covid shot and I feel that all of the staff at this location were friendly, attentive and are handling the covid situation well. The store is laid out to have plenty of space to admister doses property. The employees at the table explained the whole process and answered every ones questions, all employees explained to customers how to schedule on line and how to check in on their phones. I feel that the staff is great at this location

I wanted to give 0 stars but then I couldn't write this review.Since my kids were babies 22+years ago this place never has antibodics or anything the doctors prescribe for that matter there could be 10 people in the pharmacy but still so slow! No drive thru for handicap or elderly! They have a drive thru but its never open!They lose prescriptions that are put through directly from doctor! Change the name from CVS to Kaos!!!🤨

This pharmacy rocks!!! The two guys who work here treat everyone as people not just another customer. They have a compassionate human touch that really makes you feel welcome. I drive 20 minutes from the valley just to come here. My last experience involved them going out of their way to help me sign up for a program that offset the costs of my prescriptions.

It’s an extremely rude woman working up front she’s Caucasian, pony tail, overweight( for description purposes only. ) how about you resign if you don’t like your job! CVS located at 6900 Lindbergh Blvd is the worse! On the day of my discharge from the hospital after undergoing knee replacement surgery my husband took my prescriptions to be filled and one of the medications needed pre-authorization from my surgeon for insurance approval. They told my husband they would handle it (which is their job) and I'd have my meds no later than Monday. Well on Tuesday the script was still sitting at the pharmacy and my surgeon was never contacted!! This medicine is pertinent to my recovery and ability to block pain so that I can participate in therapy and everyday life! Needless to say, to date I've been off this medication for almost a week, it is no longer in my system and I went from walking and improving to not being able to bare weight without screaming out in excruciating pain!!! My physicians office is filing a formal complaint about this location to corporate and so are we!!

Had to pick a my mother's medicine. The new Dr got it for me he is very nice and informative. I hope he stays there for a while. There other Dr weren't very personable.

How is it that I get my prescription filled if I'm paying cash but when my insurance is paying for it, I'm only given a 2 day supply?! Help me understand this one?!REVISED: MY PRESCRIPTION HAD BEEN MISPLACED AND WAS RECOVERED AND THE SITUATION RECTIFIED. THANK YOU
