I get my prescriptions filled here and the staff people are always friendly courteous and process my pickup quickly. I really love the Buck Rewards Program!! I really get some fantastic bargain prices with their coupons and the manufacturers coupons. If you put them together with the special percentage off deals you can really bang out a great deal. They are now much better stocked and keep a lot of product locked up so the thieves can't deplete it. They are a little overpriced though.

I don't want to live in a world where you can't even shop in a convenience store anymore. They have items locked away in cabinets and you have to ask for assistance if you need these items. Who locks away laundry detergent? They are super overpriced and I would only buy anything here if there was no other store open.

I was very pleased that the staff at this location went above and beyond to get my script filled within two hours from my usual pharmacy. I was in a pinch and really in need of my medication. Thank you!

I dont know how the pharmacist or the pharmacy manager was allowed to work there!I was on a scheduled and renewable 3 months treatment (they knew it since my doctor was sending them my treatment 6 months ahead of time). I went in the morning to pick up my treatment, and they told me to come back in a half hour. I went back 9 hours later to be told that they dont have my treatment in stock, and i have to wait 5 days to be able to get it!How is it possible for a huge mistake like this to happen? You guys need to be reported for lack of professionalism!

This CVS is the worst I've ever encountered. The pharmacy staff are beyond rude and slow. Every single time you go to the drive thru to pick up something that's "ready," be ready to wait 15 minutes minimum. Then, be ready to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to go get your prescription and on top of it all--be rude about it afterwards. Absolutely horrible.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY from this pharmacy. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They’re cutting short on antibiotics medicine which is prescribed for kids. They don’t give enough and claim and they did. 10 day course medicine, I am 7 days in and the bottle is empty. When I contacted the pharmacy and they asked to call the doctor and refill the medicine again. Again would charge me another co-pay. On another recent occasion, I was waiting for a call from them to say “medicine is ready to pick up” and which they never did. When I contacted them, they said that they do not have the particular medicine in inventory and I have to call around to other pharmacies to get my medicine. This was for my 1 year old child. I’m taking my account elsewhere. I am advising everyone to be beware when dealing with this pharmacy people.

MEASURE/COUNT UR MEDICINE BEFORE U PAY. Don’t trust this pharmacy!!!If I could give 0 star for this pharmacy, I would. Prescription was for 6.5 ml of amoxycillin for 10 days twice a day for my kid,. I got two bottles saying 75 ml each, where I would only had to use 130ml and I should have 20 ml left over after the 10th day. I am on my 7th day today, barely had something to give in the morning and I have five more doses to give and my bottles are empty. Called the pharmacy they are claiming they gave me more than enough and should have lasted. Either get a new prescription and pay copay again or just be happy with the 7 day doses, apparently according to them per doctors that should be enough. I can clearly see they are shorting medicine that they are giving out to their patients.This is DISGUSTING on another level, and purely UNETHICAL and to do that to a kid’s medicine is even more DISTURBING. I am trying to get a new prescription, so that I can finish the course for my kid and will be definitely taking my business elsewhere. Shame on the staff and pharmacy manager and the pharmacists for allowing these type of practices in their store. I guess this is also one way to bring in revenue and save inventory. If u are reading this, stay away from this place, not sure what other funny business is going on.

This place has really went down hill in the last 2 years. The pharmacy department is full of rude and disrespectful people, except for 2. Today was the last straw. Taking myself and my family's prescriptions to Walgreens.

This CVS is the absolute worst. They never pick up the phone when you call, yet when you come into the pharmacy there’s 100 ppl there just listening to the phone ring. There’s always a long line. Always. This location is conveniently located but if I can get better service at the Rite Aid on Krewstown, Id rather take the 5 min and drive there instead.

Thanks for offering walk-in vaccinations, the process was made easy & uncomplicated. The RN that gave me my booster was very professional & really put me at ease. I know this is a busy pharmacy, and sometimes there is a long wait to pick up prescriptions, but the staff is very courteous & extremely helpful.

Have pretty much avoided this CVS due to past experiences before the renovation. I live less than 2 minutes away so I frequented the store quite a bit, until I experienced milk going bad on a regular basis. The refrigeration was CONSTANTLY down and the temperature in the units were over 50°. The fact that the staff put up a note warning that they won't refund money for customers "that don't check expiration dates" was the final straw. HELLO!!!! Remove milk that's past the exp date, fix THE REFRIGERATION!!!I had milk go bad 2-3 days BEFORE the date due to shoddy equipment (I have been a HVACR Mechanic for over 22 years, Food goes bad when equipment malfunctions). I'd rather drive to Walgreen's than walk to cvs.

My insurance company insists I take my prescriptions there but despite 6 separate visits, they were unable to fill any of my prescriptions at this CVS store.Received a mailing from CVS, "We have your back" after they acquired my records from another local pharmacy that closed. This does not seem to apply in my case.Sometimes they tell me they are out of stock, other times, they need a week to order my meds, and other excuses.Other pharmacies in the NE can fill my scripts easily although it costs me higher co-pay because they are not the preferred pharmacy for my insurance company (Aetna and CVS merged)

Very unfortunate to say that prescriptions are not filled correctly. The amount of meds are missing and when contacted they did not even apologize just stated just bring it back and we will give the right amount. Very sad! it’s easy to say come back but sometimes you have to find time which is hard especially when you work a tight schedule. I hope someone takes this seriously.

Employee who is in the pharmacy drive thru digging her nose with her beautiful fingers, advice them to take time off digg then wash hands and come back to counter , good lord 🙄, insident happened at 8:55 am on 4/5/23, I asked her to stop and she asked me what should I do and I advised her to bleddy stop doing dirty thing atleast infront of customers and it is not a nice thing and she just smiled with sweet heart lol

I tried to speak with everyone, but pharmacy just abounded me. I have a prenatal vitamin prescribed for my wife, but she delivered earlier and we no longer needed. We didn’t even open vitamin. I tried to return and received an answer I cannot do that for the reason of pandemic and hinting they don’t know what is inside(very not political correct pointing that I mixed the vitamins). A woman with orange hair as pharmacist just abandon me taking next customer and sending me to checkout desk where the guy was very polite and tried to explain they have no connection with pharmacy. I really disappointed with this location, I wish a lady with orange hair could be professional and try a little bit better. Cvs lost reputation on my eyes because of one person

I've tried hard and given this location multiple chances and the benefit of the doubt. The location is poorly managed (cheapskate). There are no visible preventive cleaning measures i.e the wipes holder at the entry point has been standing empty for nearly a month. Yet the store is constantly busy which makes me nervous about visiting this location as they are playing a role in spreading it. You can be the first one in on the day weekly sale changes, they'd be "out of stock" of the sale items. It appears to be a deliberate practice by the management to not put out sale items on the shelves. It's been over a month since it had any essentials i.e toilet paper, paper towel or cleaning supplies. Yet the company continues to have the very items "on sale" in their weekly flyer every week! It continues to spam me with the emails about essentials. You are better off going to Dollar General across the street or Walgreens couple of lights down the road.

Cvs always has more supply than the other pharmacy. I got my medication from them right away when the other pharmacy told me I have to wait a day to pick up cuz they have to order first. Great service!

CVS should use one drive through for covid testing and the other for pharmacy prescriptions. The efficiency is lacking and the method is kinda ridiculous. Waiting behind 4 Covid testings for a prescription defeats the purpose.

Awful Covid Testing. Went in and got it done with no problems. A few days later they told me the tube they gave me was expired and the test didn't work. Horrible for my Christmas plans. How can they provide expired tests meant for travel. Ridiculous

Absolutely horrible. 50 minutes in the drive through lane it's the middle of the day during the week. What the heck are they doing in there? Is the drive though person also filling the scripts and running the store register? Horrible management!
