I've been going to CVS Temple Campus for more than a year now. Never had such a disagreeable experience as I had today.I was using the self checkout machine when I called for help. Her name is Esmeralda.My generation wasn't born into technology, so some task that seem easy for young people are not for me.I was trying to use the app and the machine simultaneously and made some mistakes.The young girl was so arrogant with me and rolled her eyes because I wasn't understanding her explanation quick enough.She then rolled her eyes, gave me the receipt without any other word and took their microphone making an unrelated announcement, signifying by that, that our conversation was over, without a second look.I can get that they are tired some times but these young people need to have a manager close to them and teach them how to treat customers.Today, November 16th, 10:45 PM. You can check your video surveillance to investigate if you want . I don't want anyone to loose their job, but I need them to be corrected so they won't do it to anyone else.

I come here almost daily but this day the soda stream caught me eye. I have a streamer at home so I bring my cannister for a refill but I'm confused because I have a different streamer. So I meet Justin 💜a CVS worker whom is super informative on the product so much that he convinced me to buy a whole new setup from you guys... 2mths later I still think I made a good investment I'm glad I can come to my favorite Cvsand purchase refills instead of waiting on Amazon who is not so fast anymore. This is my favorite CVS and it pains me to see how much these workers struggle with the elements of life ' homless ppl...thieves...hostile customers' just to earn an honest living. What happened to the security guard?

Was profiled after an 8 hour work shift. A male employee aggressively came up to me as if I was stealing because I grabbed a chap stick from counter and then tried to get medicine from the back. After I explained the manager said "oh okk I ain't even say nothing to you" no but you and your employee got aggressive and it's probably because they were stolen from prior in the day and were very vocal about that. I am so annoyed. then after I scanned my things at self check out my register started blinking and the same aggressive male employee came up to me stating that the machine did not take cash but did not tell me that prior to me using the machine which I had to use since nobody was at the register and instead was busy engaging in gossip about the people who did steal prior to that day. In coclusion, i left my things and didnt purchase anything. This was 6pm on 10/9/2022

My son suffered from infection weeks longer than he needed to because this CVS INCORRECTLY labeled his antibiotics. He was supposed to be taking antibiotics at 4.5ml TWICE A DAY. Here they labeled it the drug to be administered 4.5 EVERY DAY. Within 1 day of the supposed "end of treatment" my son suddenly showed fevers of up to 104 degrees, vomiting, excruciating pain, loss of appetite, inability to sleep longer than 2 hours, congestion, irritability, excessive weating, inconsolable crying, eye discharge, disorientation, loss of balance. We had to rush him to the doctor only to find out the medication instructions we were given by CVS were WRONG.

My son , who’s a College Graduate and I stopped by this CVS at Temple to get a Flu Shot. The Pharmacist in the back was short and rude. I made the pharmacist aware that we didn’t know an appointment was needed. We thanked her even though she was extremely rude.We went straight to the Rite Aid on 43 W Girard ave .The Pharmacists and Staff are always super nice every time we go to this Rite Aid.That’s where we got our Flu shot. I felt comfortable there and especially with Having Lupus I wasn’t nervous. The pharmacist was super nice even over the phone and welcomed us when we arrived at the pharmacy counter.Thank You Rite Aid!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Please show CVS staff how to treat customers!!!!

I'm surprise you got even 3 stars average. I've left multiple messages trying to refill one of our patient's Medication. Not only your staff never refill the medication. They kept me in the line for more than 30mins (2 times). One of the times I was waiting in the line; someone picked up just to transferred the call to the message option. Useless Pharmacy. Either you guys need a new management or you guys need to hire competent staff.

I called the pharmacy tonight to ask if they could get a prescription transferred there for me. The employee I talked to was incredibly rude. He asked me what the number of the pharmacy was and I asked him if I could check quick (I was looking it up while I asked him if I could check), and he told me he was “really busy” and to call back in 5 minutes. I was already on hold, which isn’t a problem, but I didn’t want to wait for another 10 minutes on hold again to talk to him. Very unhappy because other employees in the pharmacy have been very nice before.

My experience with there cashiers are horrible Stephanie will blame you for her mistake and treat not as a customer and get smart as well right in front of there Manager Erica.I tried to make a return and Erica took my stuff but not gave me the money. I had to let her know. Also Lynnette with give you a hard time by honoring cvs prices and also kimora also not checking the prices and refuse to go to the location. And there other Manager Tim refused to give me my money back when customer relations said he was supposed to honor it. And the cashiers talk to you as they are customers and said you are supposed to know.

I'm a previous customer from CVS that closed on Broad & Girard after the closure all of my prescriptions were supposed to have been transferred to CVS 1717 n. 12th street but wasn't. I've had nothing but confusion. The staff didn't transfer all my prescriptions and they're quick to shift their mistakes on the customer. My pill bottle showed I had one Script left but the Pharmacist said I didn't. When I went over in person she admitted that my Prescription didn't transfer and she would contact my doctor. That didn't happen.. I had to contact my doctor for a new script.. Finally got my meds. It was very upsetting. The young people are rude, very short tempered and talk over customers. I miss my old CVS and the welcoming and pleasant connection the employees had with the community. Today I recieved a text notifying me that a prescription was ready for pickup but it wasn't from my new CVS at 401 Spring Garden st. It was filled at 1717 n 12th st. I called 401 to make them aware that all my prescriptions should no longer be filled at 1717 n.12th street and it was immediately pulled from that location and filled at my new CVS. Corrected without a problem. I then called 1717 n 12th st and I explained the error and the young lady wasn't listening in fact proceeded to talk over me and then hung up on me. She never said.. sorry for the mix up.Have a good day or goodbye. I said hello, hello.. She just hung up on me. She was very RUDE!! TRAINING in customer service is greatly needed immediately! More customers will be transferring their prescriptions. I transferred two large script orders that usually get filled monthly! Being treated in this manner is not acceptable! Beautiful brand new store but horrible Pharmacy Department! Kindness, being respectful and exhibiting professional mannerism doesn't cost anything! CVS management needs to address these issues immediately!!

They took such good care of my grandma for her COVID vaccine - she had nothing but good things to say about them & for that, I’m grateful!! I was already nervous about her getting the vaccine, plus the location being an hour away but they made it such a smooth process for her which made things so much easier. Thank you to everyone working & handling vaccine distribution during this time!

The staff here are usually helpful, especially the pharmacy. Today a staff member named Nate helped me and he was very efficient, professional, and kind. I always prefer to walk here rather than the one closer to my house on Broad street because the staff are so much better and the store is usually more well organized and stocked.

I get to the pharmacy at 8:56 they tell me that they are closed. Shut the system down and the registers were taken. Not supposed to close til 9:00. Now I’m out of my diabetic meds for the 4th day straight had to wait because they didn’t have it in at all. Smh. Still no meds.

I scheduled an appointment for a Covid shot at CVS and when I got there they told me not only did they run out of shots, but they don't have me scheduled. Anyway I am one of those vaccine hesitant person's and I really had to muster up alot of courage to go get this shot. I don't know if I can do it again

The pharmacist Kim here never orders the prescription drugs on time here there's always a low stock of pharmaceutical products she constantly says the products will be ordered and then you go or call back she says she forgot. She hangs up the phone on you when your asking about a prescription beware before allowing her to fill your prescriptions.

Pharmacy refuses to anwer their phone calls! Tried for hours to reach someone. Finally reached front of the store and explained the need to speak with someone in pharmacy. The Pharmacy STILL did not answer! No customer service value. Go to anywhere but CVS at Temple!

I was shopping for some shampoo earlier today around 9am on 10/31/22 and this woman who greeted me at the door was following me around as if I was trying to steal. Like ma’am I’m just trying to buy shampoo relax 🙄 As a Temple student I’m not shopping in this store anymore while I’m on campus, and this was my first time here too

An employee watched and followed me in the aisles as I looked for things and then asked if I needed anything or needed anything unlocked. The looks and one I received made me feel super uncomfortable and I personally felt like I was racially profiled. If I can help it, I’m not going back to this location.

This pharmacy is excellent. Conveniently located with parking. I got my COVID-19 shot here and the Temple University pharmacists were lovely!
