The items I wanted were there but I didn’t enjoy the checkout. I am fine with certain products being in a locked cabinet. But the associate who unlocked the cabinet brought them to the self checkout & without asking if I needed help, scanned my items. She went through all the screens & even selected a printed receipt without asking me. It was uncomfortable & annoying. And I never had a personal assistant at any other CVS locations. Self checkout is a solitary experience. I didn’t need her help & didn’t want it. The entire time she talked about other customers. Leave ppl alone! I didn’t want conversation with a messy busybody.

Stopped by with my company, EveryMailbox.shop for 2 M&M peanut bags for my machines. Club stores facing inflation—only one cashier and an automated self-serve system. Waited 10 minutes; might switch locations. Had $3 off from a prior visit.

I went to pick up my asthma meds this morning knowing that they were ready a lady looked up my info and said I may have some for you ,I said hold its no ready then she said yes right away,gave me my meds asked if I needed anything else I said yes give me a minute as I was getting another person in pharmacy sa.id why she just standing there I got inhaler I needed help ask her if she could help she couldn't my thing is Know your job instead of trying disrespect CVS gets nomore scripts from none my doctors at 49th in Market, I don't tolerate no disrespect at all I hope other ppl in this area see this its other pharmaceutical places in this area THANKS CVS GOOD JOB SEE BOYCOTT IN FUTURE STRAIGHTEN UP

They changed their hours to close earlier— fine, I get it. But if you close at 8, why am I walking up to the store at 7:45 pm and the store is completely locked up, with the gate down and everything? I wish I could just decide to leave my job 15 minutes early. If, god forbid, it was an unexpected emergency, at least put some kind of sign on the door or something. SMH.

Stock on the website is inaccurate. Many shelves are empty and/or dirty. Checkout took forever. Employees were vaping in the store.

I went to pick up my package & I had to return 3 times . The cashier / service associate ( female and black ) was not helpful she did not look through the packages enough . By the time I returned from USPS down the street and got confirmation that IT HAD BE DELIVERED TO A STORE MANAGER she still tried to send me away. My mother goes in to verify and the manager comes out and finds my package . Geniveve the manager was VERY HELPFUL . As for the regular employee she wasn’t . Don’t get your usps items deleievred here they are lazy !

Passport photos - went here for a passport photo. The process is super simple. They actually take it on your own device but use their screen and then you attach your device to the photo printer and there is a special program in it that checks the accuracy of the photo type. The guy who helped do it was really nice and was helping me and another woman to scan her documents at the same time. He walked me through the whole process and even checked to make sure the quality of the photos was acceptable when they printed. Only time will tell if the pictures will be acceptable for it but it could have been a much worse experience if the CVS staff was hard to deal with but they were very pleasant. Also for being inner city it’s nice they have their own parking lot too.

I have used CVS pharmacies in 5 states and about a dozen cities and this is BY FAR the worst I have ever dealt with. Don't bother calling, they don't pick up the phone. When you go there, there will be 5 people working behind the counter, all ignoring the phone. Yesterday I was on hold with them for an hour and twenty minutes (they never picked up, I had to go in person).On top of the their total disregard for customers who may not be able to come in person for questions about their prescriptions, they also don't fill prescriptions on time, and the head pharmacist NEVER wears a mask.There's another CVS less than five minutes away, don't bother with this one.

Yesterday I went to pick up my insulin due to being texted saying that it would be ready by 12 noon. I went at 4:45p and I was told that I had zero refills. I informed the staff that I had no insulin at home and that It's a life saving drug I need now. They informed me I need to go to the ER. Ive been given 1 vial until my prescription was put in. Today, Ive called 3 times, each time I've been on the phone for 35-45 minutes with no answer. Do Better.

Completely fell off they have become very slow with service and some workers need to be retrained! I’m so tired of coming here having problems, last week I was given the wrong medicine for my son luckily I caught it before giving it to him. They need more workers always have 1 person working the front counter and drive through I’m switching pharmacies hopefully my experience is different elsewhere. I hate it here now!

This is the worst CVS. None of the pharmacists wear their masks over their noses and they don’t use plexiglass barriers. You’d think healthcare professionals would take COVID seriously but not here.They’ll tell you to keep coming back and make you wait weeks for a prescription. They don’t seem capable of calling other CVS to get prescriptions. I have been waiting for 40 minutes to pick up a medication they said would be ready in 20 and they just keep saying “a few more minutes.”The only friendly staff person is the woman at the pick up counter.Also their drive through is frequently closed which defeats the point. Use the CVS on Locust instead for a better experience.

I've been on hold with them for over an hour, trying to get an update on my prescription. No one has answered at all. This is within operating hours, so I'm not sure what the issue is. :)This is absolutely the last time I'll be dealing with them, save yourself the trouble and use a different location.

CVS is my go to store for self care products as well as makeup, this location does not carry “NYX” brand makeup, it’s also always out of stock on a lot of stuff, what a shame

Pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone. If you try calling you'll just be on hold indefinitely and if you go to pick up your prescription you'll just hear the phone system remind them every 10 seconds about the calls they're not picking up

Rude to customers. Drive through is permanently closed. Don't have time to answer questions about meds. And check the name on the prescription before leaving the pharmacy. You may get someone else's meds. They need a manager.

CVS has always been terrible and kept staffed juuust enough to keep people from walking out. Now they've topped themselves and have teenagers running COVID vaccine check-in and illegally turning away uninsured people. Train and pay your staff, for God's sake.

Horrible. Filed a complaint with corporate. Avoid this location at all costs. Customer service is non existent and the charger cord I paid almost $22 for doesn’t even seem to be working. Beyond disgusted.

I know that pharmacy's can get busy but to stay on hold for 30 minutes and never have anyone answer my call is unacceptable. I don't know if it's the area its in or the staff that doesn't care about the customers or the company??????????

Thre usual disorganized terrible service at pharmacies these days. Nothing gets done unless I come in person and demand what I need. Request over the phone for refills etc and self pay or totally ignored/ forgotten....

Horrible experience! I was trying to transfer a RX from another cvs pharmacy (which I always do) and was told I have to wait 24 hours without explanation. I wasn’t asked my name or what RX I needed!
