Ever since they got new people in that pharmacy it went down hill. They won’t call you if your prescription is not in stock, they will just let you come and then they will tell you. So inconsiderate because what if I don’t drive. You suppose to let the patient know. You can drop off a prescription and they will tell you a time to come back. You come back and they haven’t even started the medication. This pharmacy is horrible. Bring back the regular people or get people that wants to work

This pharmacy 2 years ago had their act together with courteous service, now they are the worst. Instead of telling me they were on lunch they told me they were closed. I found out after I left to go home without my needed medication. With only a few minutes to 2pm. They confused my order under 2 different names. I tried numerous times for them to correct it to no avail. They are cold blooded. I also noticed others complaining about how they were being treated also.

The CVS on Washington Lane in Stanton is absolutely disgusting trash overflowing inside the store. It’s dirty barely walk down the isles, and this is a Pharmacy. Absolutely disgusting.!

I was using rite aid on chew Ave but they closed down I transferred all family members prescription to cvs omg from the door there was a problem. They don’t have medication in stock and when you start to complain all of a sudden they have it.

Some of there staff are a joke to my community and elders they can identify how they want I identify morals disrespectful thing 1 and thing 2 but it's ur life elevate an am not African American am Cherokee Indian and African next time u specify my ethnicity to the F.O.P who works for me the people I don't need to know your business just trying be responsible with mines love Santander atm it's not urs or cvs it's ours ahhhhhhhhh haaaaaaaaaaa

The pharmacy is always crowded, there is always 8-10 people in line with only one pharmacy cashier! I always have to leave the line, because I don't have 45 minutes to wait to get my meds.

I had a weird experience, the overweight cashier with the dookie braids was acting condescending. I asked her to get one of the soaps behind the glass for me because I thought the glass was locked. She said "Yeah thats fine" then opened it aggressively and stormed away. As if I had just asked her to cure cancer or something. I tried to have a good sense of humor about it and when I got to the register I politely explained that I had no idea that it wasnt locked and that i wasnt trying to take advantage of her labor. I tried to be extra polite the entire time that she rung me up but she was being very condescending. When I walked away she rolled her eyes to the other cashier and scurried off in a huff. It was such a weird experience and I didnt know whether to be amused or to take my money elsewhere.

I have used this pharmacy for years and never had a problem, until now. The pharmacist is rude and passive. When asking a question he will literally cut you off and talk over you. I’ve watched him go back and forth with other customers. It’s crazy. On top of that, any questions regarding my medication, no one was willing to answer. And if they did, they were very rude. I will never go back to this pharmacy. I encourage everyone to try the CVS on shoppers lane.

I waited 15 minutes for my prescription. I thought my prescription was ready when the pharmacist realized I had two prescriptions. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The pharmacist was taking her sweet time filling my prescription. You should not have to wait 30 minutes to have your prescription filled especially since the line was not long which is rare at this place.

Today’s the day I change the pharmacy where my birth control is sent to. The workers at this pharmacy are so slow and uninterested it’s absolutely absurd. They’re always passing you off to the next uninterested employee and I’m about fed up. It’s like they’re upset that they have a job. Newsflash, many people in this city are unemployed and would be glad to have your jobs. There’s a woman named Katina or Katrina. Not sure. I greeted her and she completely ignored me and said “down here”. Like HELLO, I said how are you and she says “down here” to direct me to the next register because i was standing in front of the wrong register. She passed me off to Matt to handle the transaction and Matt was absolutely wonderful. A shame he has to work with someone who isn’t a team player. Gotta do better CVS.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They answer the phone as if you’re bothering them at home and it’s not a business. The female I spoke to was obnoxiously rude, arrogant, and dismissive. She doesn’t seem to value her job. That or she doesn’t fear consequences for her behavior.

The clerk at this pharmacy made 3 mistakes with my prescription, insisted I was mistaken. I had to call my insurance. First she said my insurance was not active-incorrect, then my prescription was $89-incorrect, then I can only get 1 pack when script is for 90 day supply-incorrect. She never apologized, was very dry in her service the whole time, and just smirked. Insurance said file a complaint to CVS because she's probably doing it to others and providing incorrect information.

Today I spoke with Kalia Nelson who is a part of the Pharmacy staff. I went to re-order a prescription and this young lady went above and beyond with my re-order. I must say this is the first time I have re-filled a prescription at this location and received this type of care. Thank you again for your service.

The staff is very bad at keeping my prescriptions together; my pharmacy manager at Drexel has had to call to regulate and direct the staff here at CVS more than once regarding my HIV medication. I was very honest with the manager and informed him I had depression related to a resistent version of hiv/aids it was hard for me to have to manage my medication behind them. Since then they've made multiple mistakes and and even instructed me to stop taking one of my HIV medications when my doctor still wanted me to continue taking it. I'm not convinced they're trying to kill me more so that this is an unhealthy environment. The staff is overwhelmed by the backlash from the community (probably warranted) and rather than address the issue they play victim to the companies rules and blame cvs for their inconsistency. I would like to see these people referred to mental health services at the expense of the company.They really just need a more intuitive computer system to regulate their actions. And a better mindset. Not hard.

This store is ok. The cashiers could be more friendly. They have their good days and bad days and it shows. This store needs an upgrade The cvs franchises in other parts of the city have a larger variety of stock and better quality items than what’s offered here. They consistently keep the things they have in stock. The pharmacists are very rude.

It's ina bad area. The cashiers and store associates are skeptical of everyone that comes in the store. It'll make you uncomfortable as well. Basically, you'll have to go in and out, otherwise you'll be made a suspect of sorts.
