The pharmacists are actually beyond incompetent. Everyone I come to pick up a script I’m there for at least 30 minutes while they try to figure out how to run it through my insurance correctly. Or they give me the wrong medication. Or they can’t find it. It’s literally always something, I don’t know why I keep coming here smh.

I picked up my prescriptions in a hurry on my way out of town for a couple weeks. Later I realized one med was missing and I had to do without. Why? CVS just assumed I wouldn’t want it because my insurance would not pay for it. They never asked me or even mentioned it to me. This is not the first time that they made no effort to communicate. I’m done. They get no more business from me.

I have been visited this store multiple times, just wanted to shop around. I met the CSR(Named:Jada simon). She was fantastic, friendly , knowledgeable and very cooperative. As a result, I purchased my daily items with confidence. I will shop this store next time and recommend everyone to go for shopping.

An old woman who goes by Tracy here has a very bad attitude. They ruined my passport photo here (it was rejected when I tried to use it). When I asked them to retake the photo a couple weeks later they asked “Tracy” if they can just take the bad photos and shoot new one. Tracy not only didn’t take responsibility for the bad photos, but also tried hard to over charge us. Entered the item in multiple cashiers and was complaining it doesn’t show the right fee it has to be 3 times more!!! She tried to charge the same item 3 times but the system didn’t allow it. Thankfully another person who actually knew how to work with technology came and didn’t allow her to over charge us.

Young lady had a very bad attitude for someone who works with the public. I attempted to get pictures copied and No one could fix the copier. My one picture was damaged but yet I was charge the full price. I was very disappointed in the service. I never in all the years that I have shopped there had such an experience.

Great customer service from the staff they are always friendly and courteous. The prices are inexpensive, depending on what it is you're buying.. The store is most definitely clean and the shelves are always stocked to capacity. I like the option they give you by having a few self check out lanes and a register with a staff member to ring you up. With that said, there's rarely a time I visit when the lines are long. Its usually just in and out shopping here.

I want to complain about one White male staff at the pick-up desk of the pharmacy area. I have to indicate that he is a white guy, even I should not do so, because he showed racial discrimination to me.I walked into this store at about 5:15 p.m. because I want to get a COVID vaccine. I asked that guy whether I can walk-in and get a dose of vaccine because it seems to have been booked over on CVS website. He had eye contact with me, showing that he heard my inquiry. But he did not reply to me and turned to find something else to do, like talking to another customer who did not need help at that time. When I was about to complain about this, his colleague came and answered my question, who "saved" all of us from this awkward situation. I did not know that girl's name, but I am really thankful to her.To be honest, I think he should at least have professional ethics.

Got on the phone with them and talked to a male who was incredibly rude. He didn't try to help me out at all and sounded very annoyed the whole time. Something needs to done about his attitude.

This location is very helpful to me. My Behavioral Health Day Program likes this CVS also. Every time I come in they ask me what I need and if I need help. I get stuck in thought many times while I am in this store and they ask me if I need anything and that is very comforting to me. Thank You Guys - Keep Up The Great Work !!!

This place smells like moldy basement. It’s gets crowded at certain times. The staff often I hear being screamed at by older looking employees. Their manager Evette is the worst. I caught her scratching and sniffing in the card aisle while she was stocking merchandise. GROSS!

Maybe I was just unlucky but there have been at least two occasions when there was some item unavailable at this CVS that was, however, available at the CVS on 43rd and locust. On my previous visit, I wanted to get a photograph taken and while this CVS advertises itself as offering photo services, turned our they didn't. I ended up getting the photo from the other CVS, and I'm personally going to the other one for most of my cvs needs.

If the pharmacist on duty is Scott, be prepared for him to deny your prescriptions because the script is "copied". Whether he is lazy or just incompetent is anyone's guess, but you'll be better off going somewhere else.
