I love coming to City of Paws Pet Care for the self- wash. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the session. I love how you pay based on the time you spent in the baths. This is helpful for me because I will overestimate how much time it will take to wash my large dog in the event she is not as cooperative as I would hope.

Nice variety of pet food, toys and supplies. I love this place for the easy to use, convenient and inexpensive self dog wash station. They provide the soap and towels. They have easy to use dryers as well.

I love using City of Paws for the self serve dog wash. They charge based on the time you book the tub for. Price is very reasonable considering they clean up all the mess for you and provide you with towels, shampoo, and blow dryers. They make it so easy to give your dog a quick bath after a muddy park visit. The staff are also very professional, pleasant, and helpful.

City of Paws has been so incredible! We have two younger dogs who needed a break every now and then during the day from listening to Zoom calls. Katie comes 3x a week and has not only helped with getting our dogs some exercise but also with some basic leash reactivity training. We've seen a huge improvement with our one dog's confidence levels. Both dogs absolutely adore Katie and we love seeing the cute pictures from their walks.

Took our two pups there for a bath session. They provide the shampoo and conditioner as well as a blow dryer and towels. So it is a super convenient location to bathe your furry friends. We also booked an hour session but only uses 30 minutes, C.o.P. only charged us for the 30 min

Love it! It’s local and not high prices!! I just discovered this place last week just by taking a stroll with my granddaughter and I just had to stop in thinking that I wasn’t going to see a small pet section and I am so glad that I was, because it definitely did have a small pet section and it’s filled with my favorite OXBOW brands and it’s great prices!! This is my new pet care place for life!

Great customer service all of the time. Very friendly staff. The have cats up for adoption most times but they get adopted fast. Great selection of pet foods for all types of pets. Reasonably priced for the quality of food you are getting. They have dog washing stations as well.

I have absolutely loved the services that I have used so far through City of Paws! I was nervous initially because my puppy has some separation anxiety but our walker immediately worked to bond with her and make sure she gets the attention and care that she needs during her visits while I'm out at work. He has really gotten to know her and sends such fun, thorough updates after every visit (with many fabulous pictures included). He and my puppy are the best of friends now! Everyone I have met through City of Paws has been so kind and professional, I genuinely could not be happier with my experience!!!

Curated selection of adorable pet supplies + clean and organized! I love this pet store - the owner, Danny, is super helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a teething care package for my sister's pup, and Danny helped me hand select what would work best for the dog's age and size. The treats are so unique (from dog "puzzles" to donuts), my sister's dog loves them and I already went back to buy more. The store is super organized and clean - a VERY welcoming environment. HIGHLY recommend!

City of Paws took really great care of our cat while we away. They use an app for scheduling and updates that’s well made and easy to use. Through the app the sitters post updates and pictures after every visit. I really loved seeing pictures of my kitty out and visiting with the sitters. He’s normally very shy around new people but the City of Paws sitters earned his trust in no time. It’s never easy to leave your pet at home but I feel so much more at ease knowing he’s well cared for.

Danny and the whole team at City of Paws are wonderful. We recently adopted 2 kittens and needed to head out of town for a week. We were very concerned about leaving them, but City of Paws took great care of them while we were gone. They came in daily to tend to them, play with them and even administer some necessary medications. They provided updates and sent pictures after each daily visit. They even watered our plants for us. In addition, Danny remembered our return date and reached out to welcome us home and to check-in on how everything went. We couldn’t have been happier with City of Paws and will definitely recommend them to others and continue to use them in the future.

We've been using City of Paws Pet Care for puppy care services for about 2 months now. It's a great feeling to know that your new pup will be well taken care of when you're away from home. All the staff members are very attentive and you can tell they really care about what they do. The mobile app used for scheduling and communicating with the staff is extremely easy to use and the post walk reports sent through the app provide a great summary of how everything went; plus they always include awesome pictures of your pup.

I have been using City of Paws for daily walking for my fur baby. My dog is very uncertain of new people due to a history of abuse before she was rescued. Danny and Carol have been amazing with her building a trusting and loving relationship with her in no time! Carol truly loves my girl and even sends me pictures of her during her visits. I get a daily brief of the visits which I also love through the app used. They treat my girl as their own and I could not be happier with the care she is given. Beyond just how happy my girl is I also have to give praise to how well Danny runs his business. Danny and his team are quick to respond to any communication and answer any questions I have. The app used to schedule and pay for visits is so easy and convenient to use. They offer flexible scheduling and are very understanding that life isn’t always predictable and schedules may change. I highly recommend City of Paws for any of your pet care needs you will not be disappointed and you will have some very happy pets!!!

City of Paws is a fantastic group of pet sitters/dog walkers in Manayunk, I can't recommend them enough. I appreciate that they assign a primary dog walker to your dog, not only because my big, anxious 60lb lab puppy needs to be walked by a walker trained in reactivity training, but also I like knowing the person who is coming into my house. Communication is EXCELLENT and I appreciate getting updates and cute photos of my dog after walks. Prices are very reasonable, and walkers have been flexible when I needed evening care or twice daily cat sitting. City of Paws has made my family's life much less stressful and we are so appreciative of their services!

Wonderful new location! Wide variety and selection with a hidden gem of affordable self wash stations. Bathing my pup at home is a task and kills my back since she's so low to the Flo. Their stations save my back, and they provide everything I need to get her looking and smelling great. Friendly and caring staff members as well. Highly recommended!

I have a few rescue dogs who have some emotional and physical issues and I always have a hard time with grooming. I have tried everything from bathing at home to expensive groomers. Bathing at home is, as many of you know, not so ideal; and they were always so stressed after leaving the groomers. I decided I wanted to try this place, where I could come and do the bathing myself. They were a lot less stressed since I was the one doing it, and it was quick and easy for myself and the dogs. The employees were very kind and helpful, and they offer so many things for the bath. They had different types of shampoos and conditioners and offered towels for drying and an actual dryer like the expensive groomers have. The place was very clean and they have a full store with all kinds of goodies for your pets. They have 3 tubs for bathing, two of which are for dog’s under 60 lbs and one that is for oversized dogs. I used the oversized tub for my two pups and only paid $30. The ease and convenience of this is so much nicer than dropping off and picking up a very stressed pet for who knows how long with people they don’t know. The tubs have ramps leading up to them and they are fully enclosed, and there are leashes to hold your dog in place while bathing. The entire bathing area is enclosed as well which was nice because I could let one dog relax in the area while I was bathing the other one. I will definitely be going here again.

Danny, the owner is amazing! They have an amazing selection for both cats and dogs. The treats I buy for my cat are gold, he loves them. They have cats for adoption. Such a huge variety of pet clothing and accessories. You can bath your pet in the back. I recommend this place for all your pet necessities. All employees are super friendly too!

I absolutely recommend City of Paws! They are the perfect dog walkers. Danny is very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns from the start. My dog's walker, Chelsea, is wonderful. I never have to worry. The flexibility of booking, paying and adding notes about my dog is great too. They offer all kinds of services, so there's always something that works for my needs. I never have to worry as they love my dog like one of their own. Plus, I get updates when Chelsea is with my dog on the app too. City of Paws is the ONLY dog walking service I would hire in Manayunk!

I HIGHLY recommend City of Paws! We have used them a number of times to take care of our cat while we were away. From our initial meeting to every petsitting visit, City of Paws has been consistently thorough, respectful and genuinely interested in providing quality care for our cat. I am a particularly neurotic cat mom but I very quickly became relaxed knowing my cat was in good hands. We have had multiple sitters come to our home, and the sitters all messaged us a timely 'report' after each visit. Their messages always included an incredibly detailed account of the visit and a few pictures of our cat. They have also been very accommodating to our hectic schedule and special requests for our cat. I wish I could give more stars!
