Very clean and a fun place to shop...the associates are a pleasure. I have shopped this Big Lots since they opened and have never had a bad experience here. The shelves are stocked with what is available and the clothes section is always full with what is available. The seasonal section is always filled with what ever the season is. They also have a clean bathroom. The furniture section is full also but beware of what you purchase...some of the livingroom items are not very good quality. They also do not take EBT either. The sales are really good if you wait and catch the great deals. All in all, I would recommend this Big Lots with the Great Customer Service...and everyone knows I love Excellent customer service.

I would give less than one star if I could, but this was the final straw going to Big Lots, and probably will be my last time going to this store. Let me start off by saying I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. But you can clearly tell new employees are hardly trained. I had $75 worth of merchandise at checkout, and the cashier asked me if I was a rewards member, I politely said “No, but I see you can save 15% if you sign up, and would I be able to sign up?”. She first said to her coworker, I don’t know how to do that, and sighed like it was too much of a hassle to sign me up. My son and I waited for almost 10 minutes while she fumbled entering in my information on the screen. Even before she began, I handed her my drivers license so it would be easier on her and could just find some of the info on the ID, but she still asked everything that’s clearly shown on my ID, like my Address, Zip Code, and more than 10 tries spelling my last name for my email address. After all of that waiting, she gave me the total, and I noticed no discount was applied. I again was polite and asked about the 10% off I was promised in the beginning. The cashier looked over at her busy coworker assisting customers, asked her about the 10%, and when her coworker didn’t respond, she took it upon herself to tell me there’s no discount today, they will email me the 15% off. I replied I was told it was 10% now, the 15% will be emailed to me. She looked around, shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry…. don’t know what to tell you”. Never again will I shop at ANY Big Lots! This kind of attitude isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this at a Big Lots, but now I know I’ll never shop here again. I’ve worked retail for many years as a young adult, and would have never treated a customer this cold.

I recently visited your store i was annoyed how there was NO shopping carts to used in the store how do you expect customers to come into your store and shop for various items ? Carry the items in their arms ? I have been to different Big lots stores and there were carts to use for the customers how do you plan to keep the store filled with customers who want to shop.but HAVE NO SHOPPING CARTS? Your store needs to handle this matter asap!!!A disappointed customer

This store is not close to my house, so, it's not someplace that you'll see me frequent. However, every single time I've been there, I've always found things to buy and at more than a fair price.Also, and more importantly, everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to go out of their way to help the customers.Lat night, it was Anthony on the phone. Today, it was Gary on the register. A few months ago it was a woman: middle aged,, small, thin, medium length dark hair and fun.(She went out of her way to find me a boxed, card sized, table that wasn't on the floor.What a pleasure the employee 's make it to shop there.Thank you everyone.Jeanne T.

Store was out of alot of the regular things I buy there. Long lines, but wait was short. Maria, assistant mgr and a young man? whose name I forget & it wasn't on my receipt, were working fast to accommodate the lines. Great job!

I love to get back now and again, since it's by public transportation. Usually my first stop at the mall. I could honestly, make a day of it. What a vast selection of merchandise finds! My second favorite retail store after Value City Department Stores went out of business.

0 stars to this store. First, it's so disorganized. Second, an item on their website listed it as 1 available so my husband found an employee to help us. He was useless. Long lines and a long wait since their cashiers are slow and unmotivated. Seriously, sloths move faster.

Love this place. They have so many different things you can use around the holidays, and seasonal time's. For instance if it's summer they will carry all kind of things to use in the summer time at a very reasonable price. During the season they will carry all of the holidays. Again, at a very reasonable price. They also carry other things such as food, linens, things for your house and for car. So many different things.

It's nearly impossible to purchase furniture at Big Lots. Today was our 3rd time attempting to purchase a dining room set and no luck. They had 1 table and it was severely damaged. No chairs and we tried to purchase a fireplace; of course no luck again. The employees were helpful but I don't understand why it's so difficult to purchase furniture.

I really like this store great deals, love to shop here but the bathroom was deplorable and I was horrified by how it looked and saw what look like to be a prank being played smh look at the photos someone put a fake mouse on the toilet not funny and very unsanitary bathroom especially for females I will be calling corporate

I know it is a store and most aren't great but that is by far the worst bathroom I have ever seen. Just walking in there I feel like a need a tetanus shot. I would rather go in my pants than to use that bathroom. I normally don't leave reviews but it is so bad something has to be done about it.

Clean and neat but understaffed on a busy Saturday morning. However, I didn't have to wait too long to have my furniture questions answered by a knowledgeable and friendly associate. Prices are higher than I expected for this type of retailer, but I will go again. Overall a good shopping experience.

This store won’t accept 3rd party issued big lot 20% off coupons this store lady manager stating that ! The interesting part is other big lot stores had no problems with that .And which ever stores use that kinda coupons could go to jail ! It’s a store managers words 🤣 .Here is the coupon picture I showed them don’t believe the coupons

I love this store bc they have such great bargains compared to other places! If you're into snacking this is the go-to place bc they have the best and healthiest snacks that you do not find in other stores this huge bag of popcorn is only a $1.90 and it's pretty low on sodium! I like buying holiday decorations here as well good deals at Big Lots and you could earn points!😉💰

Love the savings! I signed up a online via email for the Big Bucks Rewards store card and received a One Time 20% off Promo on which scans right from your email with no need to download anything (which is a HUGE PLUS!) The savings comes off each item as it’s scanned and I really saved quite a bit of money!!There were some added store saving also!Broyhill Plush Blankets/Throws are on sale for BOGO 50% OFF all sizes are $20.

the Store was great 1 cashier had a problem checking a price on items with no price on them. I ask for a price checking she had a problem with it until I spoke up about it. I didn't get her name but I'm sure she talked about me.

Nice but many items I picked up, didnt have a price on it. Very difficult to get assistance on the floor. Lots of cute art/yard decor and household items not found elsewhere. I usually go in for 1 thing and come out with 10 other things.

I dont expect much from big lot stores, but this location seemed more densely packed and chaotic than i'd consider comfortable. I also found a couple items that i wanted to purchase but could not find a price either on the shelf nor the items. The sales staff seemed helpful and polite enough, no complaint there.
