Large store ,well stocked,clean. Online shopping available. Pickup was quick and efficient. While there appeared to be many sales clerks and a greeter at the door. No one acknowledged me or my need for assistance. I noticed the gaming area had a very enthusiastic clerk who was educating a customer on available products. I would suggest an effort placed on providing customer service.

Probably the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. You go in there trying to spend $1000 on a new graphics card but yet there’s not one person at the computer station and when you go ask multiple employees to get some help nobody does it or doesn’t know anything Or three employees at the front door tell you yeah when we’re done watching something on this computer is crazy. Yeah no wonder why Micro Center and Amazon are killing this company. To say this is worse than the Best Buy in South Philly is actually something I thought I’d ever say. But here I am.

Nice selection of electronics, appliances, games. Quick service, efficient processing of pickups. Bought a washing machine and was in and out in minutes.

It's a shell of it's former shelf now that you can buy whatever is in the store elsewhere or online. Employees were helpful enough, though there isn't many. Some things have been ripped clean off displays, and it just looks and feels.....empty.

The absolute worst experience with curbside pick up, customer chat, and calling customer service! I completely understand why they are closing down stores! My husband and I order a Meta Quest 3 for our son on his birthday and he was so excited for us to pick it up! I get to the location, sign in and nobody comes out. I didn’t realize that a whole 30 mins went by because I was talking to my son about the VR. I proceeded to call the store which I end up getting someone from a foreign country and I explained my situation in hopes that he would contact the store, he tells me there is no way he could help because the stores that have numbers and they cannot call the store! Mind you, I could not get out of the car because I am disabled and in the snow that would be complicated! Almost an hour later a rep comes out to tell me that he knows this defeats the curbside pick up but I will have to come into the store to get the product, I showed him all my id and explained I couldn’t. This man goes back into the store and comes back out to say I have to wait a little longer so they can process everything! I swear to goodness, hadn’t it been my son’s birthday and had he not be so excited about receiving this damn near $600 gift I would have cancelled it and picked it up curbside pick up at Freaking Target!!! This is the absolute worst experience ever and they really ruined my sons birthday! I personally will never come to this store again, customer service is key and they are far from customer service friendly! They hardly have customers as it is so there is no reason that they should treat the little customers they have this way! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I ended up canceling my order, they will not get my money!

Clean and presentable. Haven't been in a store for about 13 years. These new TV'S will blow you away with the size, pixels and prices lol! Went in to check out laptops. Employee was very helpful and to the point. Definitely will return when the budget is affordable.

Best Buy can be overwhelming, including this one. I found this store to be low on stock on many items. It was difficult to find an employee to ask about it. It seems they all want to work in the cell phone area. When finally getting assistance the employee was unsure and needed to ask someone else. For being an empty store I was there longer than needed. When I went to check out there was one person available. There was a line of four customers with a single cashier. The store was clean. No one greeted me. Mediocre customer service. Lacking stock.

Always liked best buy. They have so much to choose from. Always found them competitive with target and Walmart. I bought 3 sets of headphones on Black Friday and they had everything in stock so that was great. No coming back at a later date

easily, the worst Best Buy in the area either get ignored butted out of line or catch an Employees attitude..DOLBVER at the phone area. Is a sad excuse for a customer service representative.the guy lacks all social skills guy shouldn’t have a job🤷🏽♂️

Waited an hour in line because they had a customer probably asking how the internet came to be. That lady was there for at least an hour asking and asking questions.Just to tell me in 30 seconds that they don’t have my part in stock to fix my phone. They have a policy to keep the phone when ordering for max 3 days. They should have a policy to only talk to costumers 20mins max. I think that in 2024 is more convenient to take a down payment when ordering parts. Who leaves there phone for three days ? Nobody at the store is at fault. That one guy was stuck with that customer I actually felt bad for him. Costumer finally looks back and see a line. He went more than above and beyond. But have to learn to tell costumers that you also have other appointments.

Waited in line for half an hour for someone to finally arrive and talk to the third person in line instead of me or even the person behind me. I then asked about a price match and the worker told me that it could not be done. I wanted to cut out the middle man of ordering from Samsung because it told me I could pick up a watch from this exact Best Buy tomorrow, but I was told to instead make the order online through Samsung first and come back to seemingly wait in line for another half hour when I returned. Considering the person went to the third person in line when there was an obvious order of the line, I am assuming they just did not want to help me but in general just terrible customer service.

Went to NE store and I'm glad I did. The service I got was top notch. Wasn't expecting to be treated with respect and my tech was knowledgeable and gave me all my options. Very impressed and will go back to this store. The BB by me has employees that can't be bothered.

This is one of the better managed locations. The challenge with Best Buy is how understaffed they tend to be but in fairness this time of year, foot traffic is heavy so you might not get all your questions answered. For me I knew what I wanted and I was doing in store pick up which was not a good idea as the line was long and a lot of extremely rude, cut in line, foreign nationals is the best way to say it. Maybe not used to how things work here. The line moved but a lot of folks in line not happy with the people cutting in line and jumping up to ask questions holding up the online order pick up line. Employees did a good job moving the line with interruptions I must say. I should have used curbside but wasn't expecting what happened to happen. All in all not horrible still a good place to shop and learn about what's new in tech.

Don't order nothing from Best Buy at this location because I ordered a mouse, I never received it. First time when I called the carrier team they told me it was a unsafe location that's why they returned the mouse back. They got my house mixed up with a house with a fence. After that the man Jerry I talked to I told him that I would like for them to send it again. He told me that he will put it in his notes to deliver the package again by 2:15 pm the next day. I told him I really needed the mouse. So the next day comes no mouse or nothing smh. So I called the carrier team again so that's when he looked up my account and told me that the delivery person couldn't deliver it and sent me my money back on the card. Which I didn't want I just wanted the mouse delivered to my house that's it. They are very unprofessional and nobody contacted me or anything. These are the reasons you shouldn't oreder from there I was so upset cause I just really wanted my mouse but couldn't get it thanks for nothing Best Buy

I rememeber the time when companies stood behind the products they sold, and understood the value of customers time. It was about making the customer feel welcome, and correcting the the company droped the ball. I drove 20 min, one way, to the store to pick up an item. After i arrived home, i noticed the box has been opened before and all the packing bags were broken. I did not mind since all the parte were there. The issue started when i heard a noise coming from the inside of the PSU, one of the fan blades was already broken, which explained why everything was opened before, that when i realized, this was a returned item. The store failed to check the item before deciding to put it bak on shelf, and i was the unlucky person to grab it. I drove back to the store to have it exchange and got back on line whete they usually had it. After a few minutes of waiting, one of the employees asked me if i had an apoointment or if i was just droping off, which i said i was exchanging an item, and he pointed me to the store puck up line, a little odd, there is no sign that says returns and exchanges. I went there and the associate asked me about my visit, and i told her i need it to exchange the broken item, and she told me to go to and grab the one i want to replace it. I said ok no problem, i am going to leave this one here, and she said not to do so, because if someone grabs it they are not responsible... a little odd.. they want me to walk with a box inside the store, to grab another box.. then, after looking for a few minutes, they did not have any of the same model ouside so i took the next model up, only 10 dollars, i thought i could ask for a small discount for the inconvenince then, since they do not have the same model. Oh my was i wrong... after i told the associate that they did not have anymore of the dame model, so i wanted a discount on the other one, i was told no. Because they cannot give a discount of items already discounted. I said, i understand that, but i am asking for an inconvenience discount, not just a discount... she asked a manager that just happened to pass by, and he said that that is why there is manufacturers warranty on the items. I told him, i understood these had manufactures warranty, and that the item did not brake on my hand, the store placed an alteady broken item on shelf, it was not my mistake, it was the stores, and he saud unfortunately, he could not. I said fine, and pay the extra. At this point i do not want discount on future purchases, makes no sense since i will not return to buy at this store. There are plenty of options out there and i made, obviously, the mistake of choosing a company once used to stood by the customers experience at their store, seems it is all gone now. I did not want the extra fully discounted, just part of it, even when it was not my fault. I wasted almost two hours of my time driving to this store and going throught all this issue, and i feel they did not appreciate my business there.

Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. Check out was awesome and amazing. Trevor, I think that's his name 🤔 was very helpful, and he explained everything to me. He is supervisor and / or manager material. He was training a new associate. Helping two other associates and myself at the same time. He is definitely detrimental and an asset to Best Buy. A+++ service all around and deserves a raise and praise for his outstanding leadership and a team player. The absolute worst experience! Horrible customer service, after waiting for over 40 mins in line my husband and I decided we would go elsewhere. We spoke with the floor manager and he had the absolute worst customer service skills. This is exactly why AMAZON is taking over and other customer service retail establishments are going bankrupt. Sad days for America!

Took 20 minutes to find anyone to help, finally found someone and they give me the wrong thing. Took another 15 minutes to find help and they say “No, I’m clocking out” and walks away without finding anyone else to help. Spent almost 40 minutes in the store just to find any help for them to finally tell me they don’t have it any more. Customer service in this place is terrible

Nice place for electronics gadgets and home appliances but they are moving to another location in October 31 2018. New location is 9701 E Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19114 in Whitman square near Walmart & Lowe's.see you there it's a better place for a best buy shop.lot of parking space and easy access to the shopping center.

The store is amazing!. The return policy is terrible. Purchased a window air conditioner. I ended up not opening it as I was able to fix my other one. Returned it. Sent me email return was processed the same day. 3 days later, charges are still on account plus interest. Called customer service, and they told me it takes 1 billing period to be applied. Most ridiculous policy ever. It took them 2 minutes to charge my best by credit card. Now it's going to take 30 days I billing period to credit my account. Will think twice buying from them in the future

Do not accept any membership or packages they give you. They charged me for something I did not want or asked for and did not tell me the information to stop the charges. They will scam you.
