Expired food constantly in the dairy section. This is an ongoing issue. Someone is going to get sick. I am including pictures of my recent visit there. Today (4/24) I was eating yogurt that expired on 4/15. I just purchased this on 4/22. Thankfully I saw the date and stopped eating it.

Store is a disaster. Everything is freezer burnt, everything is rotting in produce, something as simple as expiration dates aren’t managed. Getting rid of baskets because of laziness. Prices are absolutely ridiculous for the poor quality overall. Only option to checkout is self checkout. There is NEVER a lane open. This store is awful.

One of the security guards harasses female customers. I have witnessed it a several occasions and I do not see the usual older gentleman who does security at night. I want to feel safe letting my daughter shop at Acme without her coming home saying one of the workers was harassing her and attempting to get her phone number.. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE.

acme at street rd and bustleton aves on one of the better acmes because it is very latge with a big selection .i often drive past 3 other smaller stores to go to this one as its so large, clean, wide isles and will isually have everything i need. they also have a very good deafood department with friendly workers and although acme is a but more exoensive than most of the other food stores i also go to- this one ps oit of the city so u save on sugery sales tax and they do have the best produce....and great sale items!

So, yes ok, for basic necessities. They have the worst meat department I have every seen. There is never anything fresh. Their ads are always misleading & false. I brought tide detergent. Ad says clear as day $9.99, register says $10.99. The store refuses to honor the ad.

This is a great store if you're local and need a basic item. Their homemade tortilla chips are amazing. Recently, I was hosting a birthday party and needed food catered and after looking at different places, Acme catering turned out to be the cheapest. First, I got a call the day before that the red velvet "Happy Birthday" cupcakes were sold out. Ok, so I switch it out for vanilla and chocolate. It was scheduled to be picked up at 3pm. I get to the bakery first at 3pm for my pickup order. The girl finally acknowledged me after she was showing a coworker something on her phone. Then she couldn't find my order. Then she almost gave me a different person's order with the same name. She looks again and finds my order. I look at it and somethings missing. The happy birthday decorations on each cupcake. She told me that they're sold out of it but she gave me one big one instead. So next, I head over to Deli to pick up my pretzel sliders and hoagie tray. As soon as I told the guy my order he goes "uh oh." He asked if it were one or two trays because they apparently gave my order to a gentleman who came in earlier. I said it was two trays that were scheduled for a 3pm pickup and I'm here and he called the deli manager who was off and they only had one order. The guy said they can make it but they don't know what time it'll be done. So after they make it, I immediately went over to customer service because the service I received was very poor and disorganized. The manager gave me $10 off my order but it still made me late when I had someone waiting on me with the trays. Needless to say, I will never consider Acme for food catering again.

This location stores it's plastic bottled water outside.. It's the summer.. I thought this was common sense. Whether the bottles are BPA free or not.. Do you drink hot water bottles that have been in your car for days? I don't know why the management here think this is okay but it's not..

Acme is right around the corner from my house so I can either walk or drive. The staff has become very cocky and act like they are doing you a favor if you need help. I used to shop there often until I saw a mouse running in the deli department which was definitely a big turn off.

I love this store, The Associates are so polite,very helpful.When looking for an item, they take me right it. And for the bakery, it is the Greatest place to buy desserts, Especially, when it was my daughter's birthday. I took a picture, of a cake that my daughter wanted. And they said they could make it. well they did better than that. It brought tears to my daughters eyes.She loved it. GREAT JOB GIRLS

Horrible location, don't shop there. I went in to get some quick breakfast for me and my parents. One of the staff accused me opening chicken bags, when I only looked at one. The bags he pointed at I didn't even touch. I walked away, I didn't say nothing , I should of but it's not worth it. Please post the cameras here and prove me wrong. Me and my family will never return there.

This is the second time I came to this acme going to the back to get lunch meat from The deli. Everytime tge white women back there behaves as if I'm bothering them. When I went up there they throw my food to me. I left the lunch meat as well as my cart full of food in the middle of the aisle. You will not throw anything at me. I could've snapped but I decided to take a more peaceful approach and just walk out. They are just racist.

I'm not a fan of the way this place is laid out. Though, I imagine, if I visited more frequently, I'd get used to it (but still not really like it).Produce is ok, meats are ok, aisles are stocked and well-lit. It's good enough.

I love this store, probably because I'm there almost every other day. I know this store like the back of my hand. Now that the restrictions are being lifted I can't wait to see what the Frosted Mug 🍻🍺 will look like when it's set up and doesn't have cases of booze stacked up!!! Pat good job on this store!!!

I love this store because the lines are not very long and the staff is super helpful! My child spilled coffee all over the floor then I dropped my glass jar or pasta sauce and it wasn't a problem they cleaned it up without being upset or anything. Also my truck broke down there once and they allowed me to leave it there for two days until I could have it moved. All the employees I've delt with were super friendly and professional while understanding.

First time at this Acme at The Red Lion Plaza. Nice size great produce department. Very clean store. Plenty of people working and shopping in the middle if the day but not too crowded. Friendly customer service representatives. Well stocked too.

Very clean place. Clean floor. Organized shelves. Good lighting. I like the fact that i can do self checkouts. It's quicker for me. Yes some items are expensive , but from time to time there's a good sale. I buy everything here except for meat. Great variety. As for the staff some of them are friendly. I want to be able to know I'm going into a place that's clean, kid friendly , customer friendly , and are always stocked . I'm a returning customer.I only took away a star because of employees, only some of them. Awesome bread and desserts by the way. Beautiful flowers. Convenient to have Citizens Bank in there too. I know they're working on new employees as I have seen today .

I'm back at Acme , didn't have enough time to get all I wanted last night .I came for the fruit and veggies . But I really needed to get to the bakery .It is the best everything is wonderful . I buy their.bread and chocolate chip cookies . Better than my cookies I make at home It was sale after sale .One of the mangers bagged my food and there was no one in line , so I was out in a minute Yes it always seems I'm at ACME for one thing or another . The deli is one of the best I have ever been to.They sell so much of everything that everything is fresh and they have have just about anything that you would need . Yes again always sales going on there too . They have a great deal on meats .I always know I will get a sale on a few different meats there . The employees are all kind and thoughtful , Always willing to help , just they are wheelchair accessible and they also have little go carts if you have any problems walking around or breathing . The store is kept clean and the parking lot is clean and there is plenty of parking . They have a.personal care. The employees wear masks , and something is always being cleaned for everyones safety.Cash, debit and food stamps are excepted.Septa is very close by . You can also call your orders in and pick them up ,they will get your food order to you if need be.

Everyone is so very nice at this store and I love the fact that the store is super clean. This is why I left perplexed as to why a person needing assistance to bring grocery’s to car had no assistance? Is this something grocery stores are no longer doing? I really hope someone just dropped the ball.

Had problems with the digital coupon,couldn'tfind the grapes on digital sale in the app. The customer service would not help me. Gave me my money back. The digital app is terrible, items are all over and mixed up. Not happy hunting for products.

Love this Acme, it’s always clean they always have everything I need in stock and the bakery is amazing. They always have the most beautiful cupcakes and cakes already made, this is my go to for my kids celebrations in school and etc. Also the brownie cookies 😩😍😍😍Friendly staff as well. 😊

One of my favorite grocery stores. The only thing holding me back is the employees. I have had more rhen one occasion at the academy plaza location where they are just play rude but other then that the store is always clean except the bathroom. It's a single bathroom with hole in the walls and graffiti everywhere

Not enough cashiers at dinner time. I wait about one half hour for 2 cans soup. I couldn't self checkout because those lines were worse. Will never go in there after work again.

This store is usually not crowded. ACME can be pricier than other markets, but their produce is usually fresh, and fruits, especially during the summer excellent. Watch for sales. I've been lucky to find grocery items that other stores are out of during this pandemic. The staff have been friendly.
