The assistant manager was so pleasant when I came in the store, but as I leave your security guard was the most rudes as they can be just because I follow the EXIT SIGN THAT WAS ON TOP OF THE DOOR. Who is looking at signs on the floor the first thing you do is look for the EXIT SIGN. But I guess that’s just me. It was a nice store to come to but this visit started the right was and left a bad taste. Your security guard could have approached me differently and maybe I wouldn’t react to the way he was talking to me. Instead of screaming at me, every action gets a reaction. On to the next it was nice while it last! Other than that this acme is really clean and neat.

I have been coming to this store for years now and never had a negative experience. Never. Everyone was always professional but the black guy (maybe latino) with the ponytail has the worst attitude. They have him working the line where you can buy alcohol and I swear its like this guy hates the hell out of his job. Im pretty sure he speaks to his coworkers and probably do a great job when they are around but when he's alone at the register, he couldn't care less. The first time he didn't tell me the total and looked down at his phone instead. While he was busy checking his phone, I had to stop putting my items in my bag and step around to look at the screen to see what I owed. Now when he feels like telling you the total he mumbles it under his breath like we are bothering him at the job that he signed up for. I came in to buy a bottle of wine for Sunday dinner, saw him working the register and thought "here we go again." I got up to the register, knew he was going to ignore my "hello" like he usually does and knew for sure I wouldn't get a "hello" from him either. He just grabbed the wine to scan it then looked away and mumbled the total like I was bothering him again. Never had a problem or any complaints until this guy. I'll shop at another location from now on.

Girl who works and monitors the self check-out never pays attention to any of the customers or knows where anything is. She is ALWAYS on the phone, the other day she was having a convo on her phone through her air buds when I asked her where something was it was like I was bothering her. Today (2/28 7:30 p.m.) she was working and again the same thing on the phone texting. You don't believe me check the security footage when she works and you will see for yourself. Customer service is completey absent from this store anymore. Employees are always on their phones its absolutely ridiculous when you need something you feel like you're bothering them. I wanted that type of service I'd go to Walmart.

I went to send Western Union and the manager her name was correne she was very rude and told me the western union system was down and she said to come back tomorrow and it was not down and this is not her first time lying to me about the system being down because another employee helps me at the same moment and same time. Every time i go there to send Western Union and see her i expect that the system is down because she always says that.

It's your typical acme supermarket. Pretty big market. I bought birthday cake once, the lady at the pastry section wrote happy birthday on the cake. So far no complaints. I recommend.

In my travels around the country, I often buy at the ACME supermarket. Lately I've been shopping at this Supermarket here, I've noticed a big change in the supermarket's cleanliness issue. You are to be congratulated! Cleaning is wonderful. I'm really enjoying it. I like to visit clean places.

No wax paper or bags in the bakery. Told the baker who said “yeah I know.” I shop here because it’s a union shop; but it’s turned into the highest priced grocery with the laziest most ignorant staff! Bye bye!

I buy products at higher prizes, then am told to bag them myself in bags that have no handles, so I have to purchase one that has handles in order to carry them outside comfortably.

They are unable to keep up with stocking products. The produce area seems to be always depleted of popular items. Particularly sale items. The produce department is getting a little better. No still the same. The produce department is starting to shape up they are getting some dedicated employees and they are keeping it stocked better. It's staying at an improved level. It's still about the same. It's getting a little better. About the same now.

Not like the old days. Something is missing..... like fewer selections and lower quality. Update April 2022, status quo. Update February 2024. Much improved. I added 1 start to make it a 4 star review . Better selections, more inventory.

Customer service is bad. Check out experience is bad. Good luck buying the food you just spent your time picking out because the system might just fail whether with a cashier or self checkout. How many times do you want to check out all your items? Twice? Thrice? Gets 2 stars bc it’s very clean and organized.

Shelves are always stocked with the goodies and items on sale. The store is nice and clean, the isles are bright and well-lit. The food and other items that are advertised or on sale are marked and kept up to date with their prices. Never an issue checking out for there are plenty of cashiers to assist or if you prefer less interaction, the self check out registers are always an option.

Nice little midsize supermarket in a strip mall Servicing customers in the Bustleton and home Circle areas it has free parking handicap accessible scooters and across the street is a Rite Aids

It's a super market they have food. Easy to find your things for the most part. Meat prices are higher then other places.They also have a alcohol section. Usually can get in and out pretty fast. The main reason I go here.

It's a clean space the shelves are full. The people are friendly. But...the prices are way outta pocket, and I bought two of THEE worst hoagies I have ever had! In Philly!? The lettuce, onions and tomatoes were chunked it had to be honey or maple turkey smh... it was almost non-existent, and I thought maybe I tasted cheese. Uhhh no no no.......gotta do better.

Aside from them falsely accusing me of trying to steal something years ago, my opinion is they have quality products but too expensive. Couldn't believe my fiance and I were in there for less than 20 mins and spent $100. That's pretty normal these days tho. I will never forget the time they falsely accused me of stealing. That's the only time in my whole life that ever happened to me. It definitely puts a really bad taste in your mouth.

This is a really nice ACME, clean, organized, has plenty of the items you want. Some other acmes seem to at-least after covid be experiencing burnout and aren’t functioning as they usually do. However, this one seems to be doing quite alright despite it. Keep up the good work!

Every time I go into Acme on the Blvd. And Solly, I have a wonderful shopping experience.Today the fruit lady was so cheerful and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and was able to buy all that I wanted. She should get a raise.If I ever can't find an item and tell them at checkout, they send someone running to get it for me.Customer service is also always a pleasure to deal with. And the store is beautifully laid out and clean and has marvelous selections in every department.Now if only we didn't have to pay for bags and if once in a while a small plastic bag was a available...

I cannot speak on all Acme locations, however, the produce at this location is not fresh. Including the so called organic produce. Too much to write about.Anyone that shops at Acme knows their prices are far from cheap. You should at least get what you pay for, however you do not.You can see the fungus growing on the one lemon in the bag and the so-called “organic honey crisp apples“ look like they were grown next to a nuclear power plant. If you look at the picture, I put a normal size apple next to the big one I found in the same pile..

I am very pleased with this store in general.The aisles are fairly wide comparatively speaking it is well lit, reasonably well-stocked and the cashiers are fairly efficient. Recently however I have been somewhat disappointed with the quality of the produce I have bought there. There has been a bit if a spike in the price i pay for foods i like but intend to continue to do the bulk of my shopping here

I originally went to Bells Flowers to get something for my mother who was having surgery. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in and then when the woman came to the counter proceeded to make a phone call and continue to ignore me I walked out. There is no way I was going to support a business like that. I remembered you can get flowers here so I came to pick up some. Donna was so sweet and very helpful. She made a beautiful bouquet with the flowers I picked out. She was very pleasant and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I do not live in this area or I’d be coming back to get flowers from her.
