This store is in a great location for locals, but it is also the worst kept store in the entire neighborhood.-The produce is always lacking completely. I don't understand how there is always people working in produce yet always rotten stuff on the shelves and not merely enough stock put out.-To make matters worse the aisle in this store are so small and narrow it is suffocating. It is so hard to thoroughly shop in here when you are always in someone's way or vice versa.-Moms who use WIC, be forewarn. They're barcodes are never up to date. I will get bread and other items at other neighboring acmes that won't permit me to buy here. Which means they are not keeping the items and skus/barcodes up to date in coordination with the WIC systems.-Cashiers are extremelyy slow and chatty and can be inconvenient. However, if you are regular you know these cashier's have been here for yearssss and they are asking you 'how ya been' the 'how's the kids' and etc. But for other shoppers, this will definitely make you impatient as this is the case almost always.-The self checkout workers here are horrible. The younger ones will definitely be standing dead center staring every single person down. The older ones hide behind the table/dine in area or else where nearby chatting with other employees about drama. It never fails. They're quick to be hesitant to help.-pharmaceuticals is a joke. It's always trashed and understocked greatly. It's also a very teeny tiny pharmacy at this location. They always look extremely busy. One time I inquired about medicine for my babies and the response was if you don't see it then it's in the baby aisle. (Which I knew was wrong information).Overall this store's convenience is that it is on a main and busy street surrounded by residential blocks. But it is drastically outdated, run down and completely frustrating to shop in.I can go on and on. The pictures are of today. It's 8am and You have to walk the entire produce department looking for produce bags that are not stocked, while serval workers are slowly stocking and breaking down boxes.

Have been going here for quick tripsfor years as it is close to my house. Prices can be higher than competitors but store employees are the best. Most have been here for years and that says a lot. Always helpful and welcoming. Senior discount on Tuesdays is great! Sale prices are available to everyone even without a store card or phone number on file.

Great customer service. Close to home typically my go to when I am grabbing a couple things. Just wish prices were more affordable. I do love their app as they always got great coupons. Does help me save alot

Very clean, always fully stocked, and the bakery is loaded with a wide variety of fresh muffins, donuts, cake , bread and more. Also this location sells wine 🍷 so skip the long lines at the state store and shop ACME for all your needs. Fresh flowers available at the entrance daily.

I don't stop there as often as I did due to the circumstances of the pandemic but when I found out they finally sell beer, that was one less stop for me! Not to mention they have the beer I've been looking for that no local beer shops I've checked had. Kona! The one I get is light and tasty, they have a few other good brews. I think it's a really good beer for people to try!!

I always try my best not to go into this store. I feel like I’m being watched as if I’m a thief. I always feel uncomfortable in there. I felt a little better reading that it was not just me feeling this way but at the same time upset. Will anything change because I wrote this post. No but I need it to be put out there.

Today Oct 10 I Called the store to find out what time the deli department closes and I was told 8pm by customer service. I caught a Uber to the store since it’s the closest supermarket to me. Got to the deli part at 7:40. I’m looking around at the meats when a guy on the seafood side hits a switch and turns off the light on the employee side. The girl behind the counter on the deli side yells out Thank you to him. It’s 7:45 and I’m trying order what I need and she tells me they are closed. I have to pay to catch another Uber to go further up the Oxford ave to go to shop rite which is farther away from my home all because of two lazy employees. Is this the standards you set for your team? Absolutely terrible experience that cost me money because of your inability to run your store properly.

My first time coming to this Acme. It was yesterday, October 7th around 9am. My experience was terrifying. A young lady that was doing the self checkout, in her name tag, it said Star on it. Minutes later she was crying in the store as in her manager purposely ruined her day badly. I noticed she was speaking with a black man, average height, with full beard behind the customer service. No matter what they was discussing about I don’t ever believe it is okay to messed up someone’s day that bad. Please value and respect each other.

Great buys but was followed around the store. We bought a lot and the security guard came out and stood where we getting checked out. It was uncomfortable. Don't think I'll go back. I'm not a thief nor do I wanna be treated like one.

Honestly I feel like it takes solid weeks for items to come back ur probably better off going to the other acme or grocery store other than that in the morning u can generally find some good deals on meats which is nice

This Acme is one of my favorites to shop at. The shelves are always full, great employees who also deliver great customer service that makes you feel like family or you're going through a stroll through the community. Excellent customer service

I parked where I usually park in the handicap spot at the north end. It takes me a while to get out and get moving, all the while praying that the mobility cart will actually work. Last two times there I had to leave because it wasn't working. But this time I get up to the doors and they are locked! I couldn't walk all the way down to the main entrance, so once again I had to leave. No grocery shopping for handicap at this place. I use those doors because that cart is parked up that end. Done with Acme. Going to Weis from now on.

For the most part, the store is clean and organized. I use self checkout to not be bothered with the employees there. They hire children and treat them poorly, no reasonable adult would work there to be honest. The employees are either rude seniors or frustrated kids!Also, compared to other acme locations- this one is more expensive!

I placed an order for 100 pieces of fried chicken to be picked up at 1pm. I called because I was running late (1:15pn) and the associate tells me it hasn’t been done but she will do it now it will take 20 minutes. I reroute pick up other order from another place and arrive at 1:33pm deli person tells me they overlooked my order and haven’t done it. They tell me they will complete now it will take 20 minutes. So I’m waiting. Now I have a party beginning at 2pm that I won’t make it to on time. Thanks Acme. Never again.

The staff is great. Some of the customers won't just cover their faces, and it saddens me they can't put aside their wants for everyone else's needs. It's okay to be pro social and take care of your fellow shoppers and the workers, it's only while you shop and you can go right back to not having a mask after.The food selection has improved dramatically and they've added an alcoholic section if you drink. Overall, pretty good grocery store for a city.

I love their friend chicken! It has such a wonderful flavour. The staff is very nice and considerate. The store is always cleanSometimes there is not enough people working the registers, but I generally like shopping here.

They usually have what I need. But there seems to be a shortage of help! And twice in the past month I couldn't by beer or spirits because they had no one to run the register! Seriously!? I've talked to the associate who was doing nothing but watching the self checkout, while 3 other employees were standing around, and it was only 8:30 pm management needs to do something already!

I would give it no stars if possible. No manager on duty, no person working seafood department @ 3:45pm on a Saturday. Absolutely the wrist ran store I have experienced. They should just close this location down. Total disgrace.

Our experience with their cashier was terryfying, I think she thought she was a sergeant in the army! No kidding! she kept bossing everyone shopping in the store around, we have been customers for 7 years, I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone unless you want to deal with a very grumpy and bossy cashier, if anyone here has had the same experience please share, my advice find another acme!

The cashier became frustrated when I asked for help. He just walked away and said he was taking a break. When the manager called him back he threw his hands up in the air and said I'm on break. If that had been a black employee there would have been swift discipline. However, as a customer I felt disrespected and like my concern wasn't good enough for him to deal with. The next time I'm in the store I will take a pic of him and post his ignorant self
