Amazing selection of plants!! I stopped in to get a couple succulents and wound up leaving with a hugeee box full of different plants for my apartment. They also sell a bunch of cute pots and seeds to grow herbs with. Store was clean, staff was helpful, and everything is priced well. Happy to have them in the neighborhood!

Go here and ask them first if they have what you need. Home depot and lowes will not give you the same level of customer service as this Ace hardware store. On top of that, you have a huge selection to choose from, it is well laid out and easy to find things you may need.

Great hardware store. Clean, organized, and large inventory. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly folks from the neighborhood. Super happy this place opened up here, we needed this kind of store on Girard. Tools, paint, electrical, plumbing, and lots of other stuff. Hoping they get more plants this spring!

Thank you to the very kind folks at Ace on Girard who let my 3-year-old in for an emergency restroom stop. They even held the door while I carried my kid inside in the rain. Kindness is everything -- you guys are the best!

What a gem of a store! It is clean and well-stocked. I have been in several times since its opening and have always found what I need and all at good prices. I love that this is a family-owned business and both the owners and employees are great to deal with. A very welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Hooray! I am thrilled about the True Value on Girard and 8th. Northern Liberties and Kensington have few about except for the two big box stores. I help more patrons than the staff. Speaking of staff, they are awesome. Kindness and patience goes a long way.

ACE IS THE PLACE, I am so happy this location is finally open! Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I went in last week needing help for some apartment upgrades and I was beyond satisfied with the variety/quality of products. I even got a discount on my purchase! Even though I did not know exactly what I need. They was able to figure out tools, screws, and etc based off my vague descriptions. I recommend everyone stop past ace hardware for your hardware need from painting to wood work. They even program car keys. They’re truly a one stop shop to get everything you will need. Thanks you guys for your amazing help. I know where I will go for the best advice, adequate help, and parts.

First of all it just got there so they can't have five stars.... second of all it says on the window it's "serving the community "but no community members are employed at this franchised business.... These reviews prior to mine aren't really warranted because they just got there so it's going to be neat they're going to have a bunch of this that and the other they just opened ....great customer service😆

I went inside the store trying to buy jumper cables and David didn't charge me for the cables and got my car started for me. I didnt have to pay for anything but when I do I know I will go to the Ace On Girard!
