Got charged for 4 pair of earrings and they never put them in the bag… when I called, the lady got smart with me and hung up… I proceeded to go to the store and tell them they didn’t give me the earrings and that I had probably lost them. But how can you lose something that you never got.. I will not be returning back to this store.. they are very rude

It's a convenience store which carry numerous items from gift cards, some school supplies, mops, brooms, kitchen miscellaneous, you can play the lottery, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, all sorts of things you might need, and they carry hand grocery carts, as well the metal carts if you're looking for a cart for your laundry-mat outing or grocery.

Unfortunately I have heard from so many neighbors in Overbrook Park that this business is unfriendly and has poor customer service. They are unwelcoming to the black customers from the neighborhood. They need to do better, be a better neighbor. Learn how to speak to people in a kind and patience way.

A few years ago they made a copy of a key for me. The key didn't work so I immediately took it back asking them to fix it or return my money. They refused both. I vowed to never return to that store and I haven't. I hope the new Dollar General (the old Rite Aid) puts them out of business and most of all I hope people stop shopping there. They are awful!

Very rude owners, if you ask questions they have an attitude that's not how you do business. Learn better customer service and communication skills. It's 2019 learn to be less ignorant and more respectful to your customers.

I ONLY went there 1 time to see what they sold. The place was dirty, junky and customer service was nonexistent. I've told my neighbors to not spend their hard earned dollars innthe store.

Bad experience about 5 yrs ago! She referred to me as she not my slave because I didnt scatch code off lottery ticket! Stop going there ever since!

A nice store clean they have just about anything you might want. You can play the PA Lottery there. A relaxed atmosphere.

Store was a little cluttered & they didn't have anyone in the aisles to help. However the cashier told me where I should look for one item not both.
