Bright, organized, clean grocery store. Prepared foods are great. I keep wondering when more people will realize how much nicer this is than the Giants in the area... I hope they can stay afloat despite seeming quite empty every time I go.

This was my first time there, the store was very clean. All of the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The prices of their groceries seemed to be less expensive than Giant, and they had a lot of brands that were new to me. I will definitely continue to shop there

Normally don’t the store as it’s not close to my house. I stopped in to pick up greeting cards and I found a break and clean store. I found an amazing selection of cards at a great price. I spoke to a couple of employees, and they were very helpful and cheerful. I’ll be back to explore the rest of the store.

I rarely buy sweets but 3 boxes of Tastykakes for 10 bucks was a no-brainer. Therefore, I treated myself to 1 box.Upon scanning my items at the self-checkout counter the Tastykakes rang up $4.49.Within seconds a very kind, professional employee approached me. Her name tag said Kayla. She assisted me in correcting the issue. She kindly explained how the deal works (needed to buy 3)However, she generously gave me the sales price without the need to purchase all three boxes. She then scanned all my items for me and when my store card didn't work, she kindly went out of her way to assist in acquiring a new store card.She kindly took the extra time in assisting me to make sure I was taken care of. I later learned that she preferred to take the extra time in assist me over picking up her kiddo from school!Thank you Kayla! :) You are exceptional and a credit to Weiss! You went far above and beyond the call of duty! I vote Kayla as the employee of the month! Weiss is lucky to have you! And, I am fortunate to have been kindly helped by you! Thank you for making the world a better place! :)

I ordered pick up for mine and my family’s groceries today and had to wait 25-30 minutes to get my order. Their was a kind lady who gave us a gift card for the wait which was very nice. The lady who gave us our groceries was so mean and was making smart remarks when I tried to help her with the groceries because she obviously couldn’t handle that. We like going to the store because it is close in proximity, but unfortunately every-time I go in to buy something I get glares and attitudes from the employees which is very uncomfortable. I’d rather go to the one in Doylestown. They are nicer and don’t stare you down when you shop.

There was a deli worker there named Mitch when I went there and he was very rude to me, I was sitting there ordering and trying to attend to my child and when I couldn’t grab it fast enough for him I guess he just threw the deli meat at me and it landed right in where they have the cold salads

No fresh salads in the deli dept. The woman who sliced our meats in the deli dept. had no clue on how to stack sliced liverwurst. When we went to check out, 4 of the employees where having a gab session. But the store was very clean. Sneeze guards at ever register. The flower dept. was beautiful with all the easter flowers. Nice new store.I like this store. Clean, big, stocked, nice employees. Prices are reasonable.Ran it to pick up things needed for dinner. Found what I wanted and was in and out quick.

Terrible experience tonight 9/17/23I was at the deli tonight and was treated terribly by the female employee working. You didn't have to slam my deli orders down each time in the counter. You had such an attitude with me and I don't know why bc I was pleasant. You were very gruff when you asked me questions and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. The tone you used, the sighing and rolling of eyes was not appropriate or appreciated. Thanks so much for ruining my shopping experience and leading me to write this

Update: Love how they have cashiers (people) at checkout unlike competitor grocery stores like the "Gxxxx" experience. ❤️Fresh produce. Plenty of options and value. Welcomed addition to community...and with gas pumps. Friendly customer service.

Be sure to check your receipts. After my last two visits I discovered 50 cents per pound discrepancies in the display prices and the checkout charges.Food is expensive enough, we don’t need to be cheated at the checkout counter.First they insult you by making you use those damn self check robots, they they add real injury by jacking the prices, I wonder how many people even notice.

My rating is for the cashier ( Bella) she was on register 15 and was miserable. She seemed annoyed that I came to check out at her register, never said hi actually never said anything and never even smiled or talked. I work in customer service and this kind of service turns people away.

3-day sale had shrimp for $10 limit 2 sign says while supplies last! However they never had them and wont be getting them as truck delivery was last night. SoI ask customer service and manager was ignorant no raincheck no substitute! seafood guy was rude but I guess he was tired of answering same question over and over. You can't advertise something that you never had.Think I'm done with this store. Same thing different products every!weekquestion onight.don't have them and they won't be getting manager very snooty

Nice store. Friendly associates, very helpful. Found good stuff that I filled my cart with- also found a few things were priced too high for me. I got a GREAT deal on diapers- just that alone made it worth the extra travel!

Am up at Weis right now, 4:00 PM Saturday July 8th 2023. No seafood, loos like not selling meats or cold drinks. Dairy section roped off. Looks like refrigeration is down, AGAIN.... don't know about cold or any beer..

I have to say this is probably the best supermarket I have ever been in. Store was clean, shelves were full,each department had an amazing display of the items in that particular department. The bakery was unbelievable,Stephanie the woman who decorates the cakes there is phenomenal and hopefully is appreciated by Weis & paid well because she does amazing work. All in all a great experience and I'm looking forward to being a new regular shopper at Weis.

Extremely disappointed that every time I go there it seems that the pizzeria is closed especially on Friday because nobody is there to make the pizzas (not traind properly to make the pizza either) and the deli is under staffed during most of the hours can't get fried chicken made to order because again there's not enough people working in the deli during certain times so it's frustrating that a new grocery store like this is operating under such poor conditions which reflects on poor management. I approached a manager there with my concerns and his response was what do you expect me to do I can't get nobody to work here. That's sad and unconscionable.

I like shopping at Weis. The prices are good. My only issue is the deli department. The employees who work there are so curt and seem like they hate their job. If you ask for something sliced thin, they either don’t show you the slice, or they show you from the slicer instead of walking over to the counter to show you. The best employee in the deli department that has helped me is Ben. Kudos to Ben for his kindness. Overall, the deli department in that store really needs to brush up on their customer service.

I stopped at Weiss tonight after work at 8:55. I quickly grabbed a few things. Then an employee literally just took my groceries from me at 903 p.m. This female Weiss employee told me all registers are closed, and I can't check out, and there's the door, and it's locked so you have to be let out. What a horrible stop with the worst customer service I've seen to date. I usually stop around the same time and never been treated like this. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again and I won't be going back there either, ever, how disrespectful.

The shopping experience at the new store has been overall positive. Lots of selection, quality, and help.The seating area for food and beverages is my largest negative. Surrounded by beer freezers is not the best family experience, nor is it conducive to meeting with anyone that avoids alcohol for any reason.The gas pumps are quite powerful, so much so I can't use the "hold on" feature or it will click off immediately. Bring gloves in the cold weather.If you don't have your bonus card with you it is convenient to put in your phone # at the register. However, at the gas pump, you need the credit card size bonus card to swipe, and you can't use your phone # at the pump. The attendant can look up your card number, but you might want to keep the number in your car to make it easy to enter.Saving 40 minutes of round trip travel time over our previous shopping trips is a real bonus. Next to try is Weis2go.

This is THE BEST grocery store I've been in in awhile, including the new HUGE Giant in Doylestown. It seemed just as large but felt more organized and airy. Had a good selection in all depts I needed and whereas I thought Giant was less expensive compared to the Weis in Doylestown, this Weis had pretty competitive pricing. They still unfortunately do the buy 3-4-5 and get it at a lower price when if you only get 1 the price is full price. Not a lot of people can buy 5 containers of ice cream at a time. This is the biggest annoyance but I still really like this new store. Can't believe it took me so long to get there. I wish they would revamp the Doylestown one in a similar way.
