Lucky Dog groomed my doodle for the last four years. We loved Amanda and already miss her since we left. My dog always smelled and looked great. I had to switch because the long hours, cash only and needed a place that could also board my dog. I wanted him to get to know the location we’d choose to board him with, it was a hard switch but we are adjusting.

Took my Odie boy Saturday and they did a wonderful job! I think my groomers name was Amanda she has a little Doxie herself. Thank you so much! I will absolutely be back and would recommend this place to anyone! My Odie looks like a rockstar! 🐾 ❤️

The job was good and the groomers were nice, but I don't think this is a good fit for us. I booked about 4w in advance as I typically have grooming done every 2mos and my regular groomer just retired. I tried to discuss price, but what I heard was 'well have to see how it goes and how much work is needed before we can give a price estimate but it will be at least $100 each'. I offered to bring them by to get a look at my pups and give a price. They said I could do that, but it's still not going to be an estimate for time or price until the dog is in for the grooming, wetted down and they get underway. I booked the appointment anyway thinking that maybe I'll have to pay as much as $125 or $150 each. I dropped my dogs off at lunchtime and was surprised that they were not ready until 9:30pm. I get up for work at 4am so this is not good for my schedule. One of my pups was sneezing a lot last night and today (either the soap was perfumed else perfume was spritzed afterwards) and had paws with uneven fur. I cannot say whether they were trimmed this way, or bitten by the dog himself for some reason (why would front feet suddenly be itchy?). No special treatments were requested, no teeth cleaning, nail trimming, or ear cleaning. The price was way more than my anticipated maximum and they only take cash so I had to hit the ATM for 4 and 1/2 bills before I could go get my dogs. That was a long day for them and for me. Dogs didn't get dinner or have their regular walk. I didn't get to bed until very late. Like I said, not a good fit for us.

We take our lovable, but difficult to groom, dog here and they do a fantastic job with him. They are willing to work with him, even though getting groomed is his least favorite thing to do. We've had some less than stellar experiences in the past with other groomers but I'm so happy we found Lucky Dog! They are so patient and thorough and do an incredible job. Well worth the time and money! Thank you guys for giving Moose a chance!

Lucky Dog is one of the best groomers around here, the groomers and Sue take care of the dogs so well. They take their time with the old dogs and the new ones. i wouldn’t hesitate to bring my dog back again, the grooms are always top notch and my dog always comes home happy and clean!!!! They offer dental (brushing and tartar removal) i never have a complaint from my vet! I’m very happy i found this place!!!

I recently took my 8 month old Dachshund here to get groomed. I was kinda nervous because he has never been groomed before, but I told them about how he may be a little scared and they handled him greatly! I was very pleased once I saw him, he was super fluffy and smelled amazing. The cute bandana was definitely a bonus. I told them how I wanted him groomed and they did it perfectly! I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family ☺️

Lucky Dog has completely changed my 14 year old schnoodle from having major anxiety attacks with just the mention of getting groomed, to looking forward to his "day at the spa". That's because they take their time at Lucky Dog. At the first sign of distress, they will stop grooming and go heavy on the pampering (like massage, lots of treats, endless supply of compliments ❤️!)They are so sweet and you can tell how much they love their job! My mom now takes her 12 year old Shih Tzu to get groomed a lucky dog, and I'll be taking my father's 2 labs to get bathed while also saving my own bathtub from massive destruction.Thank you, Lucky Dog! You guys are the BEST!!!

My little yorkipoo gets very nervous in new environments and does not like to be groomed. Lucky Dog takes their time with him to make sure he is comfortable. He always looks great afterwards and does not seem stressed out. Also the teeth cleanings are great!

In a world of mediocre groomers and one hour jam jobs, lucky dog professional grooming is a shining star. My dog, Oliver. Has never looked better. I appreciate the extra time Susan and her crew take especially because I know he can be difficult. Did a nice job, but attitude!!!! I sat inside for 5 minutes waiting after they had my dog for 6 hours. When they came out they had an attitude about my waiting inside. If waiting is an issue, why have chairs????
