I shop there once a week. I always wonder why they keep the temperature so warm in the store - winter and summer? The closer I get to the frozen aisle, I actually feel hot air blowing from the vents.It should be a comfortable experience, right?

Normally I don’t write reviews unless I feel absolutely compelled. Today, an elderly cashier named Toni checked me out and was probably the most miserable and most rude worker I’ve ever encountered. It seemed like she was inconvenienced just by our presence. I even felt compelled to mention that if self check out wasn’t such a hassle, I would use that because I felt so uncomfortable (even though her job is to check people out!!) When I mentioned this she was like, it’s easy. I said no, it’s not. Especially with two babies in tow! I was very polite and friendly and I said to my toddlers, say bye and thank you to the lady, and she completely ignored us and didn’t say anything. Absolutely miserable and even rude. She SHOULD NOT be working in customer service. To ignore children saying goodbye and thank you is beyond ignorant. We are at this particular giant multiple times per week, and everyone else is normally helpful and friendly.

Store is clean, good selection of products, seems well managed. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. We have found the bakery department to be especially helpful.

Told my husband he got a lady upset. How could he when I was with him the whole time in Perkasie. Someone lied, it wasn't my husband. Next time in Perkasie tell your employees to stop talking about my husband. All they do is complain. Hate that store, rotten fruit, terrible meat. Not a nice place to shop.

I was in the store earlier today and had an elderly woman with blonde hair in a ponytail check me out. This woman was so miserable and rude. Does not say anything just starts ringing me up with a big attitude. I never write reviews, but her attitude to be behind a register is awful.

This the O.G. Giant on the outside. Keepin' it old school wit the 1980 style roof covered in faded cedars shingles. Looks like it was constructed outta 3 condemned Cumberland Farms and an old Wendy's. But the inside is what you've come to expect from Big G. Good prices on good products, pleasant people, picture perfect produce, and plentiful parking.

I was picking up two produce trays around 1:00 pm on 8/19/23. The two women who assisted in getting the trays (didn’t get their names) were extremely nice and attentive. They were very careful to make sure I knew about the containers lids easily popping off. Then they grabbed a separate cart to put the trays in. The women in the bakery section (Jenny) stepped in to help with tape to better secure the lids. She then insisted on helping me push the cart (I already had a cart with other items) to the register. She then helped unload both my carts and waited at the check out to make sure the cashier handled the tray with care and then offered to help me to my car. WOW!!! If that isn’t exemplary customer service, I don’t know what is! Great store, great people. This is exactly why I shop this store. Btw, the fruit and veggie trays were excellent! THANK YOU!

On 7/28 at around 5:30pm, my husband and I were looking around in the bakery for pre-packaged containers of buttercream icing. I had seen them at the Giant by my job, so I assumed they had them here. I was looking around for it to no avail. The lady working at the bakery at the time (I’m kicking myself for not getting her name) noticed that we were looking for something and came out to ask if she could help us find something. I told her what we needed, and she said they don’t have the icing containers there, but could make one for me right then and there. She ran to get a couple size containers to show me so that I could choose how much icing I wanted, and then filled it for me. It made our day! She went above and beyond for us, and really displayed excellent customer service! Hopefully Giant management reads this review and recognizes her for representing their store in such a positive light!

Do not use online service!!! An absolute joke. No customer service at all. Orders always screwed up. The only bright spot is the delivery kid. Everything else is a joke. Constant issues with the internet. 1 hour wait times to speak with a customer service rep. Disgusting.

This Giant is very small and understocked for the population growth of this area. They don't offer a huge variety of products and the shelves are almost always bare. I understand there are product shortages, but this has been a problem at this Giant location long before COVID. Yesterday they were almost completely sold out of frozen vegetables. Forget about getting refrigerated sugar-free coffee creamer. They sell one flavor and it's almost always sold out. I'm just not convinced the manager has a good idea of what sells and what doesn't. They seem to have an abundance of products that appear to not sell well and very little stock of big sellers such as frozen vegetables. I only shop there on my way home from work and I'm desperate. I usually leave disappointed.Also, beware of this parking lot. There is quite a slope and shopping carts roll.As far as the staff go, most are completely clueless, which is fine and expected when you're a high school or college student working part time. I generally use self checkout because some of the more mature cashiers are incredibly slow or are so rude they make me feel as though I'm inconveniencing them. Ironically, I never use coupons and I bag my own order.Giant food stores have taken over this entire area. I hope we get some competition soon. It would benefit the local shoppers.

So, I was here on a Sat morning, early, but not very early....At least twice, the Giant Shoppers (the staff that collect orders for curbside or delivery) blocked the entire aisle, and I had to turn around and redirect myself to the next aisle.At checkout, one lane open. 4 people in line (I was the 4th). A manager came out, and instead of opening another lane or helping to bag..... Reminded the checkout staff to ask customers to complete surveys.... Then left....Don't get me started on the (staff?) smokers outside the exit door, stinkin' up the entire area....

This Giant isn't as big as most but, they have pretty much packed in this storeNice Deli, always fresh meats and cheese. Also, they have Amoroso's rolls and their Pane Italian breads which is always super fresh there! Friendly workers and it's close to home. Nice place to shop.

I would give a 5~4 star rating, but after my father was racially profiled here by one of their elderly employees, I wont be able to go higher than a 3. Besides the ignorant employee, the rest of the team are very polite and do have a sense of what they’re doing, The store is definitely well kept and clean, and items are almost always kept up with!Please note: since the racial incident happened a decent while ago, I’m pretty sure this employee was terminated. Glad management did something about it!

All the sale items are clearly marked...plus all the sale items that are in store.... I never can walk in and just buy a few items... I find food items that I need on sale all the time.I have not been at this giant for quite awhile because of moving but I was visiting a friend in the neighborhood so I stop to pick up a few items.I am so glad that the store has not changed much. Except for the store has brighter lighting, clean floors and friendly employees. There was only one cashier working on the day that I was there.The parking lot has been repaved.

I was debating on if I should call the store or leave a review , I think this is the easiest way and I’m hoping the problem gets fixed! Several times I have had the same experience with a elderly woman cashier it is clearly obvious that a customer service position is not the right fit for her! She is rude, unfriendly, and if I’m being completely honest just a miserable person! Today I came in for a sale item with my coupon after three tries “she “ could not find me in the system and not because I wasn’t there but because she just wanted to be nasty! I had to take my items up to the help desk where miraculously there was no problem finding me with the same info I gave at the register! I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I think something needs to be done I’m sure I’m not the only customer she is nasty and rude to!!

Feels like 1985 in here not in appearance, but in the atmosphere created by the employees. Everyone is just a bit friendlier and even the customers seem nicer than most places. What I remember about the 80s was that people were more in touch with their community and neighbors, we actually knew who we lived next to & those around us. Which is how it feels in this store. Their regular prices are pretty good too but their sales and point system for discounted gas are just awesome!Update 5/28/2023 - This Giant is still one of the friendliest places to shop around. The biggest thing I like now is the curbside pickup and delivery services so people like me who are handicapped can get their groceries easier than ever.

The store is small but still manages to provide a good shopping experience. Most everyone is friendly, except for the guy behind the seafood counter, when I asked what goes well with Haddock (on special) he didn't have an answer, then after a long pause he quickly said " Broccoli because he loves it and eats it all of the time" I think it's a good idea to have a cheat sheet for them to look at to offer suggestions if they don't know.

I appreciate the various ways that Giant makes shopping easier. I use the ScanIt app and FlashFoods often.ScanIt allows you to use your phone to scan items you are purchasing as you shop. I will do this and pack them in bags that I bring along. Then, when it is time to checkout I scan my phone, pay, and go on my way. It really makes the checkout process easy.FlashFoods is another app that allows you to purchase food that is near expiration for a discounted price. This is a great way to save some money on things you will consume right away.As for the staff, they have always been helpful and friendly.

Beautiful layout. The fruits and vegetables appear to be very fresh. Yet to most of the other shopping establishments it seemed the more pricier.I recall that same talent from my earlier days around these parts. The few staff I interacted with were seemingly genuine with kindness and courteousness. Rare traits in this area, so for the layout and few I interacted with, five stars.

Great local supermarket! This is one of their smaller locations so you may not find everything one of their larger stores have. But they still have a great selection. The food is always fresh and the store is clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We always get our birthday cakes here and they’ll customize it on the spot.

Always liked the place until now. I shop there at almost closing time frequently due to a severe social anxiety disorder. The night time manager(stalker) decided to make my experience very unpleasant. I am also heavily covered in tattoos which gave this gentleman (6ft clean cut also having tattoos) a reason to suspect me of possibly stealing? The entire time I was there he followed me around pretending to “shop” standing behind me watching me. I recently have been diagnosed as type 2 diabetic so finding mostly everything sugar free has been a challenge, hence taking me longer than normal to find what I need. I tried to make light of the situation by complimenting his poorly done tattoos but was answered with a strange hollow stare and a look of aggression. This made me very nervous and foolishly started dropping things from an onset anxiety attack. I’m not sure why this man decided to harass amd prey on me. Thankfully the elderly lady in the express isle whom tallied me out was very, very pleasant. Understanding why she makes (most likely) less than the half lizard/ half lacking actual authority in life gentleman, makes no sense. Please think before you act, I do not bother anyone, just trying to get what I need, maybe pet a cat or two, and be on my way. Thank you for the pleasant experience mr.giantmanagerwithanametagandwalkietalkie.
