Bob K the pharmacist is easily the laziest, least helpful person I’ve ever met. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work under him. Will most definitely be changing pharmacies after this experience.

My doctor called in prescription for 10 pills of tramadol. That night I went to take one and was only given 8, this is NOT the first time this has happened. This has happened to my Husband several times.

Was a customer of this CVS for years until I couldn't take it anymore.long hold times when you want to speak with pharmacy, one woman in particular has what I think is a really bad attitude.back when the automated system called you, I had been told script was there, only to drive there and it's not there. No explanation, I assumed I was enrolled in the rewards program after All the buttons I pushed every time I went there. Finally switched to a different CVS an noticed I immediately got A card and started getting money off things.This CVS never even gave me one. When I switched to the new CVS the woman there asked me if I was enrolled, and I said "I guess I am. she said is your phone number.........? And I said no it's not. So after all the years I was going there, I wasn't even enrolled. A not one person working there, never noticed that when I checked out? Oh yeah, and the bathroom looks like one I was in at a Motley Crue çoncert

The store part is great but the pharmacy is terrible. They've hung up on me repeatedly, put my medications on hold so they can't be transferred to another pharmacy and gave me the prescription of someone with the same first name but different last name! They are rude and lose information. I've had to have them put my insurance in three times! I'm getting new scripts from my doctor so I can just transfer out without having to deal with them!

I've been using this pharmacy for the 10 years that I've lived in the area so I dont want to leave a bad review which will reflect on the entire store, but the older gentlemen who was the cashier on Sunday was exceedingly rude. He literally scolded me because I tried to give him a phone number instead of using a card for my shopper number. His voice was highly raised and irritated. This is not a person that should be trusted to provide service directly to customers. I dont want to be that guy, but I do deserve to be treated with some level of respect and professionalism. I hope this doesnt happen again. The last thing I want is to publicly embarass your store or company.

Mike helped me with a issues with a ups pickup package and was so nice. He showed me how to track it, find where it was etc.. They are all so nice in this store ❤️ Thank you

I just ran to the CVS at 402 Rt 313 in Hilltown at 6:10pm. Doors were locked as if closed, yet the sign on building says they close at 7:00pm.I see a women employee inside, so I knock on window and mouth the words "aren't you open until 7:00?" she looked back at me as if I had 5 heads while slowly shaking her head no. 3 other people pulled into parking lot to go in as I got back in my car and I had to inform them the store is closed early for some reason. So other people expected them to still be open as well.Would be nice if they changed their hours, that they update their store hours sign opposed to allowing people to think they're open on Sundays until 7:00. Super frustrating.

I transfered my Dad's prescriptions to this pharmacy because it is much closer to my home than his previous pharmacy. Huge mistake on my part. It has been less than a month and there have been so many issues and out right bad attitudes from the staff that I'm going to transfer his prescriptions back to the other pharmacy even though it is twice the drive for me. Honestly, I don't feel like I need to be spoken to in such irritated and condescending tones, but the fact that no 2 employees give you the same story and they can't seem to coordinate with his physician even though I verified with the physician that the scripts were sent. It's just too much of a hassel. It really DOES matter where you get your meds, and it won't be here anymore.

Just went back for the 3rd time to give the pharmacy one more chance; once again, the wait for a called-in script was overlong/the tech ignored my finished script in its basket & waited on 3 other folks first because she knew them- never asked for my ins info, had to wait again while they re-calculated.I asked to speak to a manager- was told to just go 'up front'... manager looked shocked-nothing to say-finally offered a a whispered " I'm sorry". This is the 3rd time this nonsense has happened- I gave her my basket of stuff to purchase & went across the road to Weis. NIGHT & DAY~!!! Will never walk thru these CVS doors again~

My experience was horrible. I am battling stage 4 ovarian cancer. I have used this CVS for 2 years. Never againYour pharmacist left me sit 45 minutes in the waiting area and this pharmacy didn't even have the medication I needed and yet your pharmacist kept tell8ng me a couple more minutes. He down and out lied to me. Caused me a lot of extra physical pain. INHUMANE!!! Then they send my script to another pharmacy. No one asked me or told me this this was being done. So DISAPPOINTED!!! So now I've been suffering for an extra 3 days in pain. SERIOUSLY!!?? Is there any real adults out there that actually care about they're work ethic?.

The pharmacy people are rude here. They are not helpful at all. I came in there looking for my prescription that said was there and they just rudely said it wasn't there not even bothering to look or help me out. Terrible customer service. Will be switching to better place.

I can see some people have had not the best experiences here in the past but the pharmacist here has really gone to bat for me and helped me out tremendously this year.
