So wonderful! My boyfriend and I ate there for breakfast today and we feel like we found a hidden gem! Absolutely loved our experience. We received a warm and friendly welcome when we walked in the door and helpful direction to sit anywhere which I really appreciated! Service was fast and attentive. Coffee cups line the walls, there is counter seats and table seats available. Street parking and a small parking lot on the side of the building.Our bacon, egg, and cheese bagels were delicious. The home fries were 10/10 too. I loved that the food seemed real and fresh and didn’t seem microwaved, frozen, or highly processed. Coffee was also hot, tasted great, and refilled several times without asking! And all for a fair/affordable price. We believe we have found our new favorite spot! Can’t wait to return and try other menu options. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Food 5 stars best pancakes aroundService 3 stars only one waitress on a busy dayAtmosphere 3 stars small family business not trying to wow people on looks but wow them on the foodMust visit small Cafe in Penndel PA. Our first time there and we were glad we stopped in. We walked in with another couple at 10:30 am on Memorial day and were greeted with, "we close at 11 and we don't want you sitting here talking for 2 hrs" . I was thinking wow that was a little harsh. After ordering the special of 2 Pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast, sausage and home fries. We were surprised to see how much food came out, nice portion of home fries and 3 big sausage links. The Pancakes were delicious some of the best I have had, eggs were cooked exactly like we ordered the home fries are sliced thin and cut in half and were Crispy. I'm sure we could have gotten onion when the fries but we didn't ask. After talking to the owner being we were the last ones in the place, she was also the cook who yelled when we came in the door. This place has been in the family for 33 years she is the daughter of the original owner. She was super nice and was talking about how she doesn't really like cooking and would rather be out with the people harassing customers at a fun level. Now we can see why this place was packed and with repeat customers because she likes to have fun and serve good home cooked meals. Never judge a book by its cover, until you finish your experience than you will have a better understanding. We will be back

The food was delicious. We were waited on by the owner, so I was told. She could not have been more rude. After placing my order for the special, I waited about 10/15 minutes. THEN was told they were out of it. I asked why she couldn’t have told me earlier, she said they were busy. VERY rudely. I ordered and finally my food arrived about another 10 minutes later. She engaged in another very confrontational conversation. I won’t be back, shame, because the food was good.

The Coffee Cup Cafe is an absolute gem! I had the best breakfast experience of my life here. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, the bacon was cooked to perfection, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. The staff was so inviting and made me feel right at home - it was like being at a friend's house! If I didn't live so far away, I would make this my daily spot without a doubt. If you're in the area, do not miss the opportunity to visit this delightful cafe. It's a true breakfast paradise!

Awesome breakfast spot. They have a simple menu. I tried a full stack of blueberry pancakes and the blueberries were amazing. Pancakes and a lot of blueberries. They were big and tasted very sweet and fresh. Also got a side of sausage. It was good but I think it could've been a bit crispier. Everything was really hot and the staff was really friendly.

Coffee is the name and Excellence is their game. If you're looking for Sbucks, it's probably down another street. This is a gem diner for a weary traveler or a hungry neighbor. I started to eat, before I knew it I had to leave a comment on google. The portions are solid and the home flavor is there. The staff is down to earth with in your face personality and character. The coffee even black is perfect, let alone with a little cream and sugar. The menu is simple but full of great choices for breakfast. Stumbled upon this place by accident, but now when in Philly I'll have to stop for a Coffee Cup Cafe Joe.

The Coffee Cup Cafe is a quiant little place but once you enter it is full of great atmosphere. The worker's and the owner are very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The food is great and at a reasonable price. So, if you want a place where you feel at home, then this is the place for you..The Coffee Cup Cafe great place,wonderful worker's and has great food and prices..Parking: There are about 8 street paid parking spots and a lot across the street which has a limited area to park. No charge to park in the lot but like I said has a limited area to park.Kid-friendliness: Go out of there way to accommodate the kids.

My husband and I found this gem today while we were waiting for the carpet store next door to open. We lived in the area for 30 years but somehow have never eaten here, choosing instead to go to local diners for breakfast. Well, no more. Excellent coffee(which is super important) it better be with the name coffee cup, lol. Breakfast was hot delicious and well priced!But the best part was the owner Beth, who’s sassy, funny and very personable. She jokes with the customers, and treats everyone like family!! Thank you Beth for our new favorite place!!

Yesterday 4/23, I went here with my husband for breakfast. The food was good and filling. When I went to pay for the bill, I apologized for not having change and the waitress said it was fine. Then I went about telling her about how I needed the change anyway for my school's penny war fundraiser and the waitress reached under the counter and gave me 5 rolls of pennies. I thought this was exceptionally kind. Please if you want a good breakfast and nice staff, go to the Coffee Cup in Penndel.

This place just is the best breakfast in town. Me and my friend eat there regularly. The woman who runs the front and serves the food is such a character and makes your meal fun. Glad to see real people serving really good food.The melted are generous and not oily like others places. Go there. You won’t be sorry.

Traveling in the area and looked up “breakfast”. In my home town of Pensacola, FL we have The Coffee Cup restaurant, so the name Coffee Cup Cafe peaked our interest. We showed up with 4 adults & 2 kiddos. They were able to accommodate us with a table for 6. The food was very good and reasonably priced. We had omelettes, pancakes & French toast & lots of bacon. If you want a local breakfast establishment that’s intimate and serves good food, I highly recommend Coffee Cup Cafe!
