I just moved to the area & it was my first time at this Pet Suppies Plus store. The staff was so friendly to me and my 2 dogs! Absolutely love this store! 10/10 would recommend shopping here for your pets :)

My husband & I are always pleased with the extra TLC we receive at PSP. Robin & Abby always make it a point to get to know their customers. Our special orders are always on time. So happy for their knowledge, as they have answers for our questions & if not they get an answer. We so love the personalized touch we get as opposed to other pet stores. They run a tight ship but all the staff are a joy. They all greet you with smiles & help. Such a pleasant shopping experience. Michele & Dan Nelson

It's a good place, really depends on what you are shopping for. They have cool fish depending on when you actually go there. So it's always a mystery to seeing what they have.

Fun and helpful staff. I like that they have fully assembled car towers in addition to self assembly towers. I have better things to do than try to match screws to holes while trying to teach myself Mandarin, so I can read the instructions. Cute cookies for dogs too. Lily almost ate one, but she didn't want to hurt the duck.

Very nice clean, well stocked store n a friendly group of employees that were very helpful n cheerful! Dog grooming is also available n the dogs looked like they were enjoying it! They even have a bakery case for baked dog treats! Great experience! 🐺

I have been buying my dogs and cats food here(Washington Pet) for a long time...the prices are reasonable the staff is amazing and have offered amazing advice!!! We have been bringing our dogs here for grooming for the past 2 years and are completely satisfied....our dogs LOVE Jen and get excited when it's time to go see her! Washington Pet is so convenient to us because they are right across the street from the grocery store and near Rite Aid and Dunkin Donuts. I have other things I can get done while I'm waiting for the dogs to get groomed.My dogs love going to see Jen. Zoe has some issues with having her nails clipped but Jen is always good at calming her down. She loves her baths and her coat looks nice and shiny when she's done. She's a shedder and loves to play in dirt so she has to go for her spa day more than some other dogs. Scrina is the old man so he's pretty easy but he likes to tug at his leash because he gets excited that he's getting a new bandana and a full body massage.

I can't thank Jen enough for her work with Zeke and Zelda. She does a great job with each of them. Zelda's hair has a rougher texture and clumps easily without constant maintenance. Not too mention, she has hairball issues from trying to groom herself. Jen gave her a lion cut and she is a whole new cat. I was originally hesitant to have it done for fear I was doing something hurtful but I can only say great things. Zelda is much more spry and energetic without all the extra weight and her fur stays much softer. She keeps up with the other, younger cats (when she sees fit). She really thinks she is all that with her new look.Zeke, our Boston Terrier, is generally an emotional creature, so no loud voices or even dirty looks in his direction without him needing a counselling session. He absolutely loves going over for his grooming appointments. He sits still for his nail trims and bathing without any problem. He always comes up looking and smelling super splashy with his fancy bandana.The staff at Washington Pet is always friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of treats and toys. It's always great to be able to go to a local business and find what you need instead of a big box store. Thanks everyone.

HUGE selection and surprisingly very reasonable pricing, unlike a lot of other stores. They also price match online retailers. I wish they carried Nulo brand but otherwise they carry a lot of great dog food brands.

Stopped in to get some pig hoofs for our pupper. Found exactly what we were looking for and then some! Picked up an igloo pet bed thing for our cat and also found a super cute raincoat for our dog. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a number of dog washing stations that we might check out in the future. Also an unusual amount of cat towers in stock that got me thinking it's time to step up my cat tower game! Overall very welcoming atmosphere. We will be returning!

It’s always the best moments in this store. I got a fish tank set up a few years back- still going strong, still has fish in it from you guys. Robin and Brittany are the best, you are all so welcoming and beyond capable and willing to make every visit count. Has been and probably will always be my favorite pet store. Thank you! 🐶❤️✨

We come here once a month or so to pick up bones for our (2) dogs, as well as collars, and pills/chewables, etc. The store is stocked, clean, and friendly staff every time we visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has a great variety of products for dogs. We have yet to try their groomer but the area for grooming looks clean and organized. Even though this isn't the closest store for pet supplies, it's worth the drive for us.

Very friendly helpful staff. Did an online order, and also browsed. Staff member immediately approached and asked what I needed today. I told them about my online order, and they promptly had it ready at the register, waiting for me when I was done browsing. Much more convenient than having to meet someone at customer service, wait to do paperwork, wait for the product retreival, and them go! Also!!! They have curb side pickup. Just call that you are ready outside, and they bring it out and load it into your car!

I really like this store. My cat eats Friskies canned cat food, and the prices are good.... the same as grocery stores I go to, but, with a much better selection! That's all I've bought here, so far, but, I plan to do more shopping there for my cat.The store is clean, and well organized, and the 20% off coupons are nice, too... 😉 I will definately continue to shop there.B Andrews...

Bought two fish here both of them passed away, not a big deal happens all the time, that's why there's a refund policy. I first took my water sample to a Petco had it tested, came back perfect. I did this because I had suspicion that they were going to tamper with the sample at this shady dump in order to not refund me for my fish. The two women working huddled together over the water sample and came back with a test result that was way off. Watch your back this is a shady pet store everything here is overpriced priced check on Amazon before you buy, they always try to upsell you and convince you that you need products that you don't really need. don't trust these people or give them your business.

The staff at Pet Supply Plus are friendly, and very helpful. They have a great selection of items however if they don't have what you are looking for they are willing to work to get it in stock. My dog, Vail and I love shopping there.
