This is a neat store and I can tell that I'm getting old. There's 4 kids in there training a German Shepard. I like dogs but I'm a little iffy about this one running around with no leash in the middle of the store. Haha last trip there for this guy. Also, I know this is not the store's fault. The young men probably just want to show off there dog training skills.

went here for the simplest electrical fitting and they didn't have it. they have a whole isle of spices and rubs for barbecue but not the hardware I needed.

Great place for the pro or DIY. If you 1 bolt, screw from the old fashioned mouse traps to just about anything. Very helpful staff. 👍🏻👍🏻

I went in there a number of months ago and wrote a bad review. Was going in to order a Adirondack chair and asked to use the restroom after I had prostate surgery (cancer) and the employee told me that the restroom was for customers only. (I actually have an Ace Hardware loyalty account). Was advised by the staff to use the restroom in an adjoining business. Not very shocking reviews about their staff. Not sure how my earlier review got deleted but I’ll repost this if I see it deleted again. What a horrible way to treat a customer (am I supposed to pee on their floor while having them order my product)? How preposterous. Poor marketing….

I can't say enough about Ace true value in Dickson City. The people are friendly and so helpful with any of my questions. Unlike the other hardware stores where you have to go searching for someone.

Employees are the worst. Nasty.Make sure to BARK at you "we're closing" as your walking in 15 minutes before closing.Ask if you "want help" without even looking up from their phone from the paint counter.When you DO ask for help, they don't know where it is or even what your talking about and a customer has to help you instead.If something doesn't scan, cashier makes up their own price under "misc hardware" and over charges you.

Had to get a longer Bolt to mount my bracket to the TV wall mount and the staff were really nice and helped me find the right thread pitch and dimensions. Recommend for any home or commercial related products.

Horrible experience with smug worker. Tried my best to explain the issue but he had already made up his mind before making it to the counter. I won't be back. Sorry to say as most of my experiences there have been pleasant.
