I went shopping here last Friday night around 4-6. I cannot remember the time exactly but somewhere around then. The store is very clean from the last time I shopped. However, one of the cashiers, a female with long brown hair, was beyond rude. I tried my best to keep the mood light. She still did not seem to want to conversation. Weird when you are in a customer service industry. The others were very helpful and friendly. I’m older so it’s very nice to see some of the younger generation accommodate to my nonsense. I would shop here again.

I was back in town to visit family. I know this store could use a refresh of equipment. But for a small town grocery it was pretty good and the produce was quite nice. Got to support your local small town grocery.

Everything was great today. We're from Johnstown, and sometimes we stop on the way to Prince Gallitzin. We got 6 legs, macaroni salad, mermaid salad, and strawberry cheesecake delight. It was all good.

Most of the staff are younger adults, and while they do need to work, they have very poor communication skills and interpersonal skills. Tonight while I was attempting to put my money in my wallet and gather my receipt (from a cashier that couldn't even look at me let alone speak loud enough to hear) one of her coworkers was in line behind me to buy a drink and crowded so closely to me that his sweatpants swished against my leg. So not only did he crowd me but the cashier rang his order out while I was standing there trying to collect my things. Very unprofessional even for a small town grocery store.

Get families owned convenience stores the one here in Patton and the one in Northern Cambria PA. They have what you need to live your day life as in food and the workers are super nice. They will assist you with anything you need help finding

Tried to stop at their deli and get some turkey, but when i got back to the deli they only had 3 kinds of ham, one kind of salami, that's it. On top of the fact 15 minutes standing there and nobody came to help. So after i give up on trying to ask them if they have any meat that I'm not seeing, and go to buy some of that prepackaged lunch meat from Oscar Myers or whatever and they only had one kind of that, ham as well. So i opted out of buying anything. And i know this isn't their fault, as I've known this place has been there since the 70s but the smell walking in was awkward, that old construction material smell, which was made worse by the summer heat. If they would've had any selection at all, i would've gladly looked past the old store smell, just being happy an old business is still around at all.

Always enjoyed this grocery store, it's your basic everything you need store in the small town of Patton. They run sales often, I definitely recommend the deli.

I was over charged and lost $59 in food stamps. Being a senior citizen living on Social Security, this really hurts. During this tough time there is no room for mistakes. I have to depend on every penny I get.Unfortunately when I spoke with the manager he said he couldn't find the mistake in his system. Imagine that. The SNAP program would not give my money back. I worked in retail my entire life. They should have been able to find the mistake. I will not forget this happened. I closely watch all my transactions there now. Too bad there isn't another grocery store in town.Several months have gone by. Good thing I watch my reciepts. I caught another mistake a couple weeks ago. I was charged 15.00 too I much for Haddock. I caught the mistake before I left the register. They immediately corrected the mistake before I left.

The meat department is tiny and when I was there it just seemed like everything was just thrown in there. Not much of a selection. Produce looked awful. Isles are 2 close together can't fit 2 carts down them. Asked the deli for lunch meat they acted like I was bothering them. I usually go to the other bilo. Can't say I will go back to this one unless I have to.

It's a small town grocery store that's been serving the local community for years. Very friendly people, and great service. They do have a deli as well, with some ready made food, salads, and desserts. I no longer live in the area, but always stop in when I'm around to buy a few things.

Filthy store. Moldy cheese containers between deli and meat department. Deli staff friendly but deli department filthy. Vegetables was withered and in terrible shape. Will not return. Shame used to be a decent clean small town store.

It's below average as far as grocery stores go. The deli foods are way overpriced! Actually everything in the store is comparably higher then other stores. I only really go there if l have a small order.Today is a first, went there to grab a sandwich for lunch. If you can't see what's wrong ng look at the ham! Is ham usually brown ?

This rateing is only for the Patton PA, BILO.... Its defiantly convenient, the staff there is polite and respectful. BUT...., The "fresh" beef and poultry section is just pitiful, gross and not very well attended to or maintained, you can tell the Beef/poultry has been sitting there longer than it should have been, your lucky to find anything that's actually fresh or even remotely decent looking at all in this store. The store needs some very much needed "professional" attention! Also no customer/s should have to take back something that's moldy. Your trying to hard to make money on expired foods. BILO in any other town... Northern Cambria, etc. Are all very well maintained stores.

In todays Covid19 times supplies are limited. I was looking for Jimmy Dean SEC SEC biscuits. Called the Patton store. Got the manager. He went to the Northern Cambria store. Got what I wanted and brought them to the Patton store. You can't get better service than this.

Not always the cheapest but they have some good deals and saves gas from having to go someplace else. Very clean when I was there and found a flavor of Kool-aid I haven't seen anywhere else.
