The restaurant was nice we went around lunch time. They had an indoor as well as outdoor area. We sat outside by the river. This restaurant is good for adults but not for children. While outside people were smoking so we would get that over by our table. They have a kids menu but no drinks besides soda and water for the kids. They have wooden beams as fencing between the cliff and restaurant. These beams are spaced pretty big where someone can fall through. Everyone enjoyed the food except for the fried pickles which I would not recommend. Overall we had a nice time & would go back there again I just would not bring my kids.Kid-friendliness: I would not consider this a kid friendly restaurant. We brought our 7 + 3 year old and was extremely nervous about my littlest one possibly falling off the edge of the cliff that led to the River. He is tiny and they have a makeshift fence made by beams of wood which he could if tripped fall in between . They had a few menu options but not a lot of drink options for kids. Plus they allow smoking outside so where we were sitting we kept getting blown smoke from the people by the bar.

Man, what a GREAT place! 🔥 First time here- A nice relaxing indoor/outdoor setting, with a serene river in the back. A Nice biker spot, 13 of us rode up…but also a good spot for anyone to just come and chill-ax, biker or not! The grub? AMAZING! Smoked wings! Whoooa baby! 🔥 Servers were cool- no pressure, just regular people. For real, what a cool & unique spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Here on Easter Sunday. We were grateful they were open. Sorry, no pictures of the food. I was too hungry to wait! This place is huge. There's sitting indoors, outdoors under cover, or in the sun overlooking the river. Make your way down to the river to sit on one of the benches. The water is beautiful. Be careful to watch the directionals when pulling into the parking lot. The parking area is tight, and there are often many motorcycles to look out for.

Awesome spot nestled away in a gorgeous backdrop. I’ve been coming to this place for years and it’s had its ups and downs but generally it’s been consistent. I would note the food isn’t what it used to be but it’s still worth a trip.Great place to take a motorcycle ride to as well. Plenty of bike parking available.

Great atmosphere for outdoor dining.The food was not bad.The time to get to our table is bad.. for 2 dish and small portions took them almost an hour, our plan was supposed to get lunch in and out quick but with this we stuck for over an hour, on top of our waitress didn’t even bring the utensils to our table with the foods.If they short of staff (which almost everywhere these days) simply let us know will be await for certain minutes or hours for table.. and we would be happy enough to find other places to eat.

Service is always good there. The drinks and food are consistent every time we go there.We brought our dog Hope with us and sat outside since the day was beautiful and they're dog friendly.We'll be back again soon!Parking: No issues.

The place is beautiful great for if you wanna grab drinks w/ friends and enjoy a nice day outside. Lots to offer. But the food is terrible. My husband and son got cheeseburger and some other sandwich & the buns were hard as rock, cheeseburger and bacon way over done. My cheesesteak was very plain tasting. I definitely wouldn’t order food from them again.

Great food, fun atmosphere, awesome service.Indoor or Outdoor seating available: can sit in the thick of everything, or off to yourself if there's a table available. Close by there is a walking path that takes you right down to the water!Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

Atmosphere- Big place, unique decoration and beautifully themed decorated as a saloon.Loved fireplace area.Service: weak, long waits and incorrect service deliver to tables.Food options: Mostly Fries and Hamburgers; also Ribs and other Entrees.Food Quality and Taste: Good. My Fried Chicken was very good. We also have some appetizers and the taste was good as well.

Riverwalck was originally a biker joint, and it still has that a bit of that authentic vibe. It feels more like a bar for more affluent bikers now though. I wasn't lucky enough to be there on the nights they have live music, but I had the best wings of my life and a very interesting twist on a margarita - the key lime margarita. Overall, I loved it. The only downside was that it was such a beautiful day that I wanted to sit outside and enjoy the mini falls on the river because the view was incredible. However, to do that, I had to walk all the way back inside to order anything I needed. Strange caveat, but the servers were lovely and helpful when I got inside, so not a big deal, really.*Boyfriend wants me to add: There was a bone in his pulled pork sandwich 😱

The food was alright. I told my Husband I wanted to go back to try other things. UNTIL...I was shorted $20 on change. It was my fault. I should have counted the money he gave me back BEFORE I got home. I guess I just trusted he gave me the correct amount. If it was off a few dollars, I wouldn't have minded as much but $20 is a lot. Especially because I gave a decent tip. Maybe it was an accident? I did like the guy but it was a $20learning lesson for me I guess.

We've been before in the summer and have given 4/5 star reviews we love the atmosphere and sitting outside. Today was our first time indoors and based on this experience we would not go back. Full of high top tables with 3 low awkwardly set tables in the back. We sat and were sadly forgotten about after the food was delivered. We ordered boneless bites for $14 that were fried Tyson popcorn chicken with sauce. Pulled pork was good along with chicken sandwich. Water tasted like soap. Consistently inconsistent seemed like a fitting description so sadly we needed to go somewhere else.

The Riverwalck Saloon is a good place to grab a bite when visiting Jim Thorpe on a weekend, but without the hardship of finding a table on the packed streets. For larger families in the area, this spot is the ticket, perhaps 15 minutes outside of town and nestled on a scenic river. The grounds are designed to maximize summer fun with scenic outdoor spaces intended to create a great social atmosphere. Food is good quality pub fare with healthy options and a vibrant drink selection. Attracts a decent amount of bikers when the weather is warm.

Absolutely love this place! The drinks & food are delicious; the atmosphere is awesome & the clientele are our type of ppl. There are several bars so you will never go thirsty, pool tables, live music, games... there's even a little walk area near the water... hence the name I suppose! Lol. This place definitely has it all. And it's a beautiful ride to get there and going home on the motorcycle. A must visit!!

***Consistantly Inconsistent about sums it up.*** It is never the same. Workers, food, other guests... you just never know what you are in for. I have been here a lot, because the outside is awesome, you can bring nice dogs, and they typically serve food pretty late.. However, more often than not, I find the food really disappointing. Food aside, this place is a must see in the summer. It is so HUGE, and there is a ton of indoor seating plus like double that outside....I had given a 5 star review in the past, but in the years since that time it just gets worse every time I stop in. From a crazy mean bartender, to just bad food (even items that I previously gave glowing reviews). Maybe I am hitting bad nights, but I just couldn't leave my 5 Star Review up there. I hope things get better, as this place is a gem.....Stopped and got some food during the pandemic. Loved sitting outside.. And actually enjoyed the chicken Cheesesteak and fries. Seemed to be a good night....And just stopped again in 2021. The Ribs looked great, but didn't sit well... you can make your own guesses. And good luck figuring out their hours or phone number. Either they don't answer, or it is wrong. And I understand the weird hours with everything, but it would great to post them on all your media so people can keep up. Anyhow, I guess the moral of the story is, you go here to hang out outside. The food is a gamble (and to be fair, I am ALWAYS here late at night, so maybe that is a factor). I am sure I will go back again at some point. The lights and fire pits draw me in like a moth.

Beautiful one of a kind place, can eat outside next to beautiful creek, truly unique aesthetics inside n out. Several bars, nice menu, only complaint, wings r smoked w very potent smoked taste, if u dont like smoked stuff u will not like them. Full bar service. Motorcycles and apparently dogs r welcomed outside. Fire pits outside as well. Very rustic, playin 70s n 80s music, rock soft rock etc on sunday afternoon..lovely time

Great place really beautiful and enjoyable atmosphere. Great food good prices would recommend pretty much anything they have on their menu. Went there with others who have been there before they said it was great. I do agree but my first experience was ruined by the waitress who had a attitude don't know why we all are enjoyable people. We were completely ignored not one time did she check on us after our food came out the other table with the same number of guests had a different waitress and they came after us were seated and had their order at the table before we did and also had their check and out the door while we waited a half hour to pay. Everyone else was pleasant to be around just that one waitress.

This place is my happy place. Scenery is amazing, food is so good, I had this gumbo soup, incredible taste, service and staff are super nice. Definitely I will bring people over to dine in. It is a fun place.

I give it a 5 star for the outside atmosphere. Beautiful outside dining area along the pohopoco creek. With access to benches right alongside. You can put your feet in and cool off. You can also walk across the street and let the kids play awhile at the Parryville playground,or check out the Parryville dam.

The place is spectacular. If you want and if the weather is good, you can be out, at the river's shore or the terrace. We were there for lunch. The menu has not many options. Very short menu. My husband asked for a bbq meatloaf and it was not so good. They were dry. Ribs were ok. The bar is huge and you can get there any kind of drink.

What a cool bar. Really neat atmosphere, kind of a dive bar ambiance, but in the best way. Food was great, cheese steak and brisket platter. My husband loved their Long Islands, said they were top notch. We will go there again next time we go to the Slatington Marketplace.

Great place. Stop here randomly when I'm in the area. They actually have quite the built up outdoors dining area. They are currently open but only outside dining. You pick your own table and come up to the outside bar to make your order. They have a creek along the property where you can fish and they have a sign that says, if you catch it, we'll cook it for $10. That's kind of awesome, considering I imagine only places that do that are mostly at the shore! They also have a game room with garage doors that are open for your enjoyment! See pics!

I had their smoked BBQ chicken wings with the Mountain Man sauce. The wings were cooked well and the sauce had a small kick to it. The service was a little slow and we ran out of some of our drinks without refills before we left but I would recommend coming to this place. They have outdoor seating and also seating so you can see the river. I’d like to come back again to sit outside.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger and salads

Gorgeous one of a kind place to get some dinner or lunch or even just have a drink. The food is great. The staff is wonderful and the scenery is one of a kind. You can't go wrong by stopping here.
