On Jan 1 2022 I placed an online order for a pair of cowgirl boots for my granddaughter. I also ordered 2 pairs of snow boots for my grandson and granddaughter. I received notice that the order would be in on Fri Jan 7 and sat Jan 8 2022.On Thursday Jan 6 I called the store to ask if the order had arrived early as they were calling for snow. I was told that the order wasn't in.I called Saturday and was told that my order was in and I told them that my son would pick up on Monday night and was told no problem.Monday night my son showed up to get the boots and was told that one pair was returned because they weren't picked up within 2 days.I called and asked for a manager, I explained what my son was told and asked how it happened which he could not give me a answer.how could the order be returned if they arrived on Saturday or even Friday 2 days would be Monday. The manager told me that he would look into it and call me back.now I did not get a call,or text or email about myorder.although I asked for text messages.The manager found the boots that were supposedly returned out on the shelf for sale.is that true or another lie.I have purchased many items from this store including a gun safe and the service has been slowly getting worse over time.I don't really know what happened but I do know that I called several times and nothing was documented on my order.i NEVER received a call, text or email. And my son made several trips to the store to resolve this issue. You would not even know about this as no one got a manager involved and now it reflects on the review. The staff acted as if we caused the problem and I will be reluctant to use this store in the future as far as on line orders unless you have it is won't buy it.....

Was kind of crowded for a Sunday. Ordered curbside pickup but had to walk in to get. Wait in line. Go for one cashier to another. Then load my self or let a woman load it. Which wasn't happening. But stuff was waiting on cart after all that run around. Kinda unoriginized a lot. Had same type problem last curbside here. Except that time didn't have all my stuff. Had a long wait in the parking spot. Another mess like today. But once again I did get my stuff and at a good price beside all the hassle for something I thought would be so easy. Didn't even wear shoes thought I wasn't going in. No shoes but put on that mask because no one else does anymore and in I went after waiting in parking again. No one answers to phone for that curbside help. Employees walk right on by not asking if they could help. Better safe than sick so had that mask on. No one else did!

I ordered several items for pick up. My items were ready upon arrival. Staff took time to answer my questions, about the products purchased. On this visit, and former visits the staff is helpful, and knowledgeable about products available and product use.

I'd never been in a Tractor Supply before, so I don't know how this one ranks against others, but either way, I loved it. I expected inventory similar to AGWAY or our local hardware store, but I didn't expect clothes/boots/etc and baby ducks and chicks! Very bright and clean and the staff we encountered were helpful. Our main goal for this visit was to purchase a 1/2 whisky barrel, and they had authentic ones (some places sell fakes) for a reasonable price. I also couldn't resist picking up a couple of fun trinkets on the way out.

This tractor supply has it all, great people and a great selection of outdoor tools and supplies. I have never been let down by this location yet. The fill propane also( even in a hurricane style downpour).So hat's off to the people who work at this location, you have set the bar high for all other stores.

For all my wildlife feeding needs plus there’s tools and gadgets galore, and usually some type of sweet treat right by the cashier. I will not be tempted…but maybe.

Because of newspaper ad & online search, stopped for men's T-shirts: didn't have what I needed. Browsed nicer-than-expected women's shirts and jackets (now understand why daughter often shops here). Entered, walked one quadrant, left without seeing staff other than cashier chatting with customers checking out. Easy access to large parking lot.

Sometimes I forget it's there and most always regret it ! Especially for nuts & bolts and hardware ,hands down the best selection ,bar far best price .staff ALWAYS FRIENDLY ,usually VERY knowledgeable ,but if not sure they will ALWAYS find out for you .if I didn't go there first ,I would say 7 out of 10 x I will go when I remember and end up taking back what I bought elseware.

Great soft serve ice cream. Always mixed well and flavorful. My only issues is the price had doubled in the past couple years after the remodeling of the building.

Shopping for a mower and found they wanted the list prices on mowers that are falling apart and sitting outside getting sunbaked. They did not want to budge on price either! So I went to my local Ace hardware instead and found a better deal!

Great customer service and prices. Store was clean, organized and the staff was helpful with suggestions. It's definitely a better experience than going to Lowes or Home depot.

The customer service is very lacking. They make you feel like you are bothering them. I am very glad one is opening closer to me so I don't have to feel as if I'm annoying them with my business.

I love these stores... I go to look around and I always find something I just have to have. Love their clothing section, their Carhartt selection, there pet section and small gift section!

Bought some barn mats there today. The old man that helped me was so great. They were so heavy and he helped me load them into my van. Later he helped me find a box cutter.

Fist time there. Not only did they have feed 4 animals, they also have clothing from infants to adults. Cowboy hats & cowboy boots 4 men & ladies. I picked up a small 6ft. Measuring tape to carry in my pocketbook. Also they had potted herb plants outside.

I've always thought that Tractor Supply was only tools, machines, etc. But, it also has home decorations, some food, pet supplies, and clothes/shoes! Some prices may be a little too much, but they have a lot and are easy to access/get into.

Really poor over-the-phone customer service two days in a row. Just trying to replace a blade on a riding mower that I purchased here. Person is unhelpful, not explaining what he's doing while I wait in silence for minutes. Doesn't ask for my name or confirm the model but says he probably has the blades because they are universal.
