The store is located in the Parkesburg inside the West Salisbury common Plaza. This Home Depot contains typical Home Depot items, and I shop here for paints, accessories, garden supplies, and the nursery. The staff is friendly out here, and the nursery garden contains a wide range of plants. I will definitely suggest that this place,it provides value to what you buy in terms of home items as well as the garden.

Great stuff who try there best to help! I shop there daily for my business and the full- time regular employees are trying their best to provide a great experience. Some days are better than others for everyone. With part-time help and employees not showing up for their shifts, it can be challenging....

I'd like to give a positive review to the Home Depot location I recently visited. The store was well-organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me in finding everything I needed for my home improvement project. The wide selection of products and competitive prices made it a great shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning for my future home improvement needs.

I try not to use this Depot unless I have to, just not a fan of how it's organized compared to Downingtown. I always make sure I know what I'm getting ahead of time so I don't have to ask for help finding anything but I still have trouble finding things here, often because there isn't even a spot on the shelf for basic items. Mainly in plumbing but in other departments as well.

Absolutely Horrible Delivery Service that is subcontracted by Home Depot.!!!!! Additionally, there Distribution Center is absolutely useless in rectifying any disputes.!!!!!If you want a Company to just "Kick the Can" down the street, you've come to the right place.!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL MY WIFE AND I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT.!!!!!

Needed 4x8 plywood for traintrack. Found it quick and easy. Needed it cut so I could hall home in my 2004 Chevy SSR. Got to free cuts there. All was quick and easy. Asked for help to cut and that was quick, friendly and easy. Will use this idea again in the future. Great market price on plywood and a box of coarse wood screws. Made it home easily.

We have the privilege of living adjacent to both a Home Depot and a Lowes. I'd have to say by far Home Depot is the better of the two for most items. This location does not seem to have some of the items stocked at both the Newark and Glen Mills locations, but is still amply stocked with most things. Store is clean, associates are helpful, and the mobile app is congruent with the store layout- which makes the shopping experience much better. Only reason for three star review instead of a higher review is that the store is not enforcing mask wearing as evidenced in the photos I've uploaded. There were two staff at the entrance greeting folks and I witnessed them allow this individual to walk in unmasked.

If I could rate them -5 I would do just that.Went to pay my things and the old guy at the cash register was scanning things twice...Then on top of that I told him I want to pay with two cards and i guess he did not nKnow what that means because he put it in as cash.It seemed like nobody really knew what they were doing...Definitely can't wait till the new Lowe's goes in at Parksburg

My grandmother purchased a washer on 7/22/23 from this location. It was supposed to be delivered 8/3/23. She waited all day and no delivery. Called and they said she was on the delivery schedule. Waited longer and still no delivery.She called the store and they said her order was canceled. She did not cancel and no one from the store called her to verify the cancelation. My grandmother is 82 years old on a fixed income. She is extremely upset. Went to the store and found out the order was canceled by an administrator on 7/28 for who knows what reason.Huge waste of time and terrible customer service.

Very nice place very clean courteous people they even offer a veterans discount for those people that don't already know it had no problem finding what I wanted as a matter of fact one of the gentleman working there asking me what I was looking for and directed me exactly to the place and I'll that the item was in good job by all that work there I would recommend this Home Depot to anyone and everyone.

I like the return policy, therefore I am giving a 4 star and 1 star is missing because, passing through those costumer service are Not Nice. I heard them complaining about our return. We bought them today and want to return the two trees because it did not match the others trees we have. Note: we bought 4 trees from other Depot location and return 2 back in this location

Warning!!! Bad customer service!!! They won’t return anything without a receipt. If you want good customer service and reliable customer service go right down the road to Lowe’s. Lowe’s customer service is excellent and they give store gift cards as a refund if you lost your receipt.

I've come here a number of times now that I live in the area. Seems well-stocked and looked after. The parking lot is kept clear of carts. I haven't interacted with the staff much but I have no complaints. Self checkout lanes are a nice addition for smaller purchases. They should send some parking lot attendants to go help out the Walmart!

This is just one bad event I've had. Normally great store to deal with and great stock ..... I mean nothing personal to anyone that I talked to. I hope you find happiness because your miserablness is sad.I placed an online order on Tuesday in the early morning for in store pickup of 4 items. Everything had plenty of stock accordingly to the app. 2 custom colored paints and 2 small items. I called the number they provided to ask about my order on Wednesday morning (I had to start this job Wednesday afternoon). So I get a hold of a lady at the prodesk I believe is what she said. May have been the lady I met in person who was very rude to me about me questions. Back to the phone call. I asked why my order was still just processing. The payment went thru and I needed the items. So I got the response from the lady on the phone "I can't do anything I'm not back there". Well why does the number direct my to you if you can't help me? So I figured id just show up in person. I get there and go to the pickup desk. I've dealt with them before and have had zero issues. Well I the lady I had asked about my order gave me no help and basically told me to cancel the order and wait for my money to come back onto my card if I needed the items. After I had offered to go gather my 4 items and bring them to the desk to check out. She told me I can't have my cake and eat it too. I then made the comment I don't understand why I can't do your job for you. Meaning go get my 4 items and be about my day. She told me to hold on and just walked away with the most rude Attitude. Joey came over and understood my dilemma. Told me to go get my stuff and come back. So then I head to grab my paint and the person at the paint desk had the stuff sitting there mixed since yesterday morning. Idk what the problem is with there online processing.But I am very upset at the way I was treated while asking legitimate questions. Other then that they usually have everything I need.

When I called the Parkesburg PA Home Depot to inquire about drywall being delivered to my home, I was told delivery to my garage was available but had to come into the store to place the order. On Sunday (12/18/2022) we did just that. After about 30-45 minutes waiting for the order to be completed and after paying was told, sorry threshold delivery is not available due to COVID. COVID? REALLY? We cancelled our order and Home Depot lost out on a $800+ order. Just think, that is about 1/3 of the amount we would have spent for our drywall project. A delivery to a garage is practically outside. We will be going elsewhere with our business.

See I have all the stuff 60 year old women have.I wanted to do an exchange.That associate was truly trying to make the customer satisfied. That customer was me.It was an even exchange I already discussed with a manager.I was astounded how quickly they came back.Done deal

Unfortunately they list a great number of popular items for sale but they have none. And with gas this high it's a waste of time, money, gas, ozone. Home Depot is doing a lot to get the plus buy but don't forget you didn't get what you drove all the way here to purchase.

When I was there, they had no one to help me find stuff. To tell me what thickness the plywood was. What size plywood if it says 22-64? Is that a quarter inch? HELL, I don't know. I just want three quarter inch thick. I prefer home Depot, but they changed

This home depot is the most disorganized in check out if you have a big order or even returning products. I ordered a door that arrived at the store instead of my home. The door arrived and was sitting in the store for weeks I was never contacted to let me know my product was there. My project had been waiting and put off thinking that the door was still being shipped. It wasn’t until I called weeks later to check on my order when I was surprisingly informed that the door had been for a while. Then confused I forgot that I requested delivery when I ordered I wasted time making arrangements to pick up the door. The store is miles away from me and I would of spent more money getting there. Anyways called back and cleared with staff that the door was suppose to come to my door not theirs. After all of the confusion it has taken them over 3 weeks till today to deliver my door to me. I have been given all kinds of excuses as to their delivery person. I have talked to about 3-4 management personnel. I was guaranteed over the weekend the door would be delivered and nothing. I was guaranteed today Monday and still nothing so I call and the door is till in their building not picked up and it’s now 3:00pm. My project is scheduled for Wednesday they are now promising that they will deliver by tomorrow Tuesday. The utmost worst customer service ever and I spent a lot of money on their store and they have giving me nothing but a but a nightmare and a bad taste in my mouth. Home Depot needs to make things right at this point. I’m so over this having to rearrange my day waiting for them for weeks and nothing.

I go to this home depot often and typically have no problems outside of not always finding what I'm looking for. The people that work there are generally quite pleasant minus the occasional person who is just having a tough day. We have experienced issues with ordering stuff. Either they could not find it or just simply never really ordered it after notifying us it was there. They once sold us a floor model and we came back the next day with a vehicle to pick it up only to find that they had sold it again, to someone else.

I went to the garden center at Home Depot-Parkesburg today. I had a very good experience. The woman stocking the plants was very knowledgeable and friendly and the young man that checked me was very nice. Their customer service skills were excellent. It means a lot.

Drove here for an oil tank that the website said was in stock. Item was available after we spoke to two employees who had to a third employee to locate the item. If you looked it up online and followed the location, the item was obviously not on the shelf as listed. Update your information

Do not get a window installed from them. They missed their apt to install the window THREE times! The best part was on the third attempt we found (i found when I looked in the back of the truck and said that doesn’t look right…..) that they ordered the wrong window (bay vs bow) - so it was several months after the third attempt before it was finally installed. They also left 3/4” gaps that they were supposed to come back and lay trim over - never did. One of the two windows only goes down 6 inches - it’s been weeks since reporting this and still no word back.
