Location of the store was good, very clean , well maintained but complaint is not much of a collection here. Everything was just a sample of items. A small store compared to other I have visited. Staffs were attentive and active, but I might not visit again for shopping here. Price was not also very good when compared to others. I went here when there is 80% clearance sale and could not spot any thing that is interesting to pick . Sad to say this but the reality is that. Very clean restroom , clean store and fresh looking aisles.

D Jeans are fabulous from here!! I also got a really awesome Cala face scrubbie brush for 5.99, which is very amazing and cleans up easily!! Totally recommend!!

I LOVE this store!! Every time you turn around you find another something you didn't know you needed or wanted for yourself, a friend, a family member, your kid(s), your pet(s)! At the most amazing prices!!

They have a great pet department. Tons of pet supplies on clearance and the ones that weren't were still very cheap.

Went by to check out what shoes they had since Marshalls in Exton didn't have anything. Found a couple pairs. Like Marshalls, it's a hit or a miss. The staff was pleasant and the place looked very clean.

Service was great...was helped out by lady named Rosa in the jewelry counter. She was friendly and very helpful..shortened her break just to attend to me. Very appreciated.. Prices were awesome and the clearance had a variety of price points and brands for all pocket sizes...

I love shopping here because you really do save a lot of money on name-brands. There are also awesome random products you can buy that you can also save money on instead of buying them full price. The place is neat and it's easy to navigate through the aisles, unlike other stores.

I am disappointed that the gourmet food offerings have gone downhill, as have the clothing options. The buyers for TJ Maxx aren't as good as they used to be. (And this sentiment goes double for the sister store, Sierra Trading Post, which used to be fabulous but is now consistently a disappointment.) The benefits from the TJ Maxx credit card are pretty easy in comparison to other cards. I do wish, however, that they would modernize their system so that we don't have to click through 10 or 20 rewards coupons. Why can't the checkout person be able to "use all available coupons" without forcing them to go through the tedium of scanning each one individually? That bad software design causes the checkout line to move slowly!

If you're not black avoid going there because they will just ignore you. I decided to visit and was trying to buy something. There was a black woman working at the register and she just gave me dirty look and decided to fold clothes in stead of checking me out. I just left the cologne at the register and walked out. I never have been in a TJ Max before, and after that experience I will never foot in one again.

I recently visited the T.J. Max department store and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the store itself was disorganized and chaotic. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
